Property was very clean and ready for us a little earlier than we expected upon arrival. Pool was clean and plenty of seating for several guests. Quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by. Exceptional customer service and we would stay again the next time we are in the area!!

This was a great house for a quick trip to FLTo play flag football. Tons of room to spreadOut and plenty of towels, pool toys, etc.Pool was in great shape, house was very clean and communication was absolutely wonderful.

Our family absolutely enjoyed every bit of this house! The pool was amazing and our children spent the majority of our stay in the pool, so it was well used and so worth it! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 8 (2 adults, kids - 15, 12, 10, 10, 6 & 6). We would definitely pick this house for another vacation!! Maggie was so easy to communicate with on any need!!

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.

A great place to stay! They allowed us early check in which was great so we had ample time to settle in and prepare for the week. We had decided to eat in more and this was the perfect place for that! We were able to grill and cook, and hang out in the pool in a spacious backyard!

We had an amazing time staying here while visiting family. Everything we need was already there, not even one small thing overlooked. The place was immaculate, the pool was clean and they even had everything we needed for my nephews 1 year old daughter. This will be our go to place whenever visiting family from now on. We stayed here to visit Coquina Beach. It was a 15-20 minute ride to beach. The house was clean and exactly as described. Pool was clean and maintained. Towels, bedding were all clean and comfy. We enjoyed the updated decor and the prompt responses from the owner.

Great house, just as listed! Very clean! Everything you need in one place! Close driving distance to any food, shopping, activities, beaches (15 minutes)… Advice: take flip flops! The shells in the backyard are rough on the feet, super cute tho!

We enjoyed staying at the house in December of 2022. It is a good value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The communication with the manager/owner was superb. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is great.

Maggie is Amazing!!!! She was very accommodating. The house fit 3 adults and 3 kids and 1 toddler comfortably. House was very cute and clean. Kids loved the pool! We only stayed one night. Will definitely book again when we come back next time!

We rented this property as a temporary dwelling as we were moving my Mother out of her condo in the same area. Maggie was amazing with communication and very accommodating with a last minute add to our stay. Despite Idalia rolling by while we were there, we had a great, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool and accommodations were great and neighborhood was good. Would stay again and definitely work with Maggie again. Thanks for everything!

Let's start with Maggie. She is such a nice and accommodating person. We have a 1 year old and she went to Target and met us with wall covers just because I asked if she had them. I think we could be friends she is so awesome lol...The house was perfect. It was clean, it was comfortable. It felt nothing less than going on vacation at a family members home. I love it here! This will be the first place I look every time I come. Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in your home.

A great place to stay! They allowed us early check in which was great so we had ample time to settle in and prepare for the week. We had decided to eat in more and this was the perfect place for that! We were able to grill and cook, and hang out in the pool in a spacious backyard!

The property was super close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a lot of near by stores and restaurants. Overall my weekend stay was relaxing and fun. I’ve never rented a house before and I would definitely do it again.

We enjoyed staying at the house in December of 2022. It is a good value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The communication with the manager/owner was superb. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is great.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect and Maggie was always so willing to help with anything we needed or asked about. Neighborhood coming from the airport was sketchy however the home itself I felt safe.

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.

Excellent getaway! It was like home away from home as Maggie has provided everything you need and more! Home and pool were clean and well kept, and there was plenty of room. Maggie is an excellent host. Very attentive and very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay at one of Maggie’s two Bradenton properties the next time.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were in town with friends to do a little business south of home, so we decided to make it more enjoyable and get a nice place to stay. After a lot of searching online I came across this gem. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but as soon as you enter the backyard you feel like you're in your own private oasis. I communicated with Maggie, the host, quite a bit with a few questions I had before our stay. She always answered me promptly and was super friendly and accommodating. As far as the home, it was spacious and very well thought out. It looked like they were extras of everything! Super clean and tastefully decorated. It didn't feel like something hastily thrown together, but a real HOME. Lots of extra and thoughtful touches like shampoos and body washes, and a little snack tray laid out upon our arrival. The pool was clean and refreshing, a nice break after a long day. All of us agreed we wish we had been able to book it for a week! If we're ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it either, book now!

This was amazing for our family. My granddaughter sees the seashells out back & was so full of excitement. The host is an excellent comunicator and flexible. The house is super cute with everything you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the pool, the screened patio and firepit. Close to all the beautiful beaches!
