The half shower doors were such a bad idea. I’m usually not a complainer but the water really goes everywhere. Pool isn’t huge but it was fine. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Across the street is an elementary school with a fun playground if your kids need to get out some energy. Cute town with lots nearby.

Enjoyed the stay here. Positives: Comfortable room, quiet, good smart tv with decent movie channels, air conditioning was great, coffee making facilities. The gym was also great- weights, treadmills, bikes inc. a peloton, free weights and a cable machine. Negatives: breakfast (for me) due to intolerances, a sign says let us know if you have dietary requirements but after questioning found they couldn’t even cater for GF or DF. Shame… other than that a great stay!

This was the best facility we have stayed in for a long, long time! Everything was spotless, linens were fresh, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. We requested a late check out with no problems. Internet and tv were good. Absolutely nothing negative to report. We don’t travel to this city so may not be able to stay there again, but if all the facilities in this chain are as excellent as this one we will definitely not be looking at a different brand!

My sister and I stayed here after seeing Selah in concert in Spencer. Check in was quick and easy. On the TV it said hello Robin, which I've never seen before. There was only 1 negative thing that bothered me but not my sister. I'm not sure what they use to do their laundry or how much bleach is used, if they use bleach but I could constantly smell something on the pillowcase. I'm sensitive to bleach so if that's what I was smelling it bothered me. Other than that the stay was great.

New hotel in town so I wanted to try it out, and the room was so spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff was great, breakfast smelled wonderful but we didn’t stay for it. I had a 2 queen studio and would definitely rent again.

We have stayed at this particular hotel many times with no issues. This last visit on the day we were to check out we woke up and the tv did not work at all. I went to the front desk and told Taylor and she said she would put in a work order. She was very nice. After breakfast as we were getting off the elevator a guy was entering our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on door. He said he had a work order and I said we were not checked out and he said he would be back. Taylor at the front desk told him to wait until we check out. It is inexcusable to enter a too room of a guest when the do not disturb sign is out.
