Disappointed in the cleanliness of the living room and kitchen, they both could use a deep cleaning. The oven was dirty and the last guest cooked a pizza on the rack so there was burned cheese on rack and bottom of oven. The freezer had leftover food items in it and was dirty on bottom of freezer. There were some stains on white cabinets and crumbs in drawers. We were there for Thanksgiving week so planned to do quite a bit of cooking and wished the kitchen was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathtubs would not drain but my husband was able to fix that. Garage parking was a nice benefit as well as each bedroom had its own bath. I want to add that owner was quick to respond and did refund me the cleaning fee. No one was available to come clean as it was a holiday and that was understandable.

Very nice home. I loved that every bedroom room had its own en-suite bathroom. It was clean, comfy and smelled nice. There is also a nice sized backyard and patio in the back. The home was very conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful stay in Fayetteville and would definitely stay here again!

Beds were comfortable and it was nice it has three king beds. Closets were large as well. Kitchen nice and spacious. Bath/ showers were ok but could use some updating and back yard could use some cleaning up but we weren’t outside much. .

Great place to stay, super close to stores/restaurants! Above and beyond communication with the owner. Loved the home it was amazing for our group of friends we can all agree that the home was amazing, homey feeling, clean, and gorgeous! We loved that the owners had board games, books, smart tv’s, grill, washer/dryer, garage, and every room has it’s own touch/theme including it’s own shower/ bathroom! Definitely recommend staying here.

This is such a great place! Settled in a lovely neighborhood, the house has three king bedrooms with super comfy mattresses, full baths and SPACIOUS walk-in closets. The owner, Brianna, provides the best personal touches and is SUPER quick to respond to any inquiry. I especially appreciate the detailed directions how to get in and out of the home and the ability to use the attached garage for parking. I very highly recommend this VRBO!!

The property was nice and clean. Property is 10 minutes away from UoA on weekends. Neighborhood was quiet. Cleaning expenses were high, considering I had to remove any trash in the house out of the rooms, take out the garage, empty the refrigerator, and strip the bed linens and bring linen to laundry room. Some on I didn’t mind, other chores I thought were a bit much. Overall, I would stay again. Good value for the price and nice property manager.

Our stay was wonderful. The house looked exactly as it does featured on the site. My only complaint is the clealiness of the kitchen. The appliances could have been wiped down better. The floors,fridge and countertops weren't clean. Overall our stay was pleasant and the property managers are so kind and wecoming.

Perfect location and loved that my daughters and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The owner’s were extremely nice and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

The house was so nice and very comfortable to stay in. It was me and my two other sisters. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds are nice and comfy. The kitchen and living room were a great place for us to gather and hang out. Brianna was available to us if we ever needed her and she was very kind! We booked this house because of the layout of the home…all three rooms are almost identical with king beds, master closets, TVs, and private bathrooms. It was the perfect set up for our small group and very roomy. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely try to stay here again if I’m able to come back to Fayetteville anytime soon.

This house was perfect!! We arrived earlier than planned and the owner accommodated our early arrival. My mother had just had knee replacement surgery and needed to go lay down and the manager let us in early!! The house was so comfortable! Beds were great!! Would def stay here again!!

Great place to stay streets are a little tight to navigate because of parking at over residents but that's would be the only issue with my stay at tgislroperty.

Great place to stay close to the stadium. King size beds in all 3 rooms and each room has own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable!

Very nice home. I loved that every bedroom room had its own en-suite bathroom. It was clean, comfy and smelled nice. There is also a nice sized backyard and patio in the back. The home was very conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful stay in Fayetteville and would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and clean. Property is 10 minutes away from UoA on weekends. Neighborhood was quiet. Cleaning expenses were high, considering I had to remove any trash in the house out of the rooms, take out the garage, empty the refrigerator, and strip the bed linens and bring linen to laundry room. Some on I didn’t mind, other chores I thought were a bit much. Overall, I would stay again. Good value for the price and nice property manager.

Great location for U of A campus. Enjoyed stay. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Just a heads up, I may have missed it in the description but all bedrooms are upstairs.

Perfect location and loved that my daughters and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The owner’s were extremely nice and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Excellent location for University of Arkansas Activities. Very clean home, super easy checkin. Garage is great and needed as neighborhood parking is very congested and tight. I would add all the bedrooms are upstairs with lots of steps. The bathroom and walk in closets are nice size; the bathroom is a tub shower combo. This property would not be good for elderly family members. Great internet speed. We were in town to attend a volleyball tournament and it worked perfect.

The house was so nice and very comfortable to stay in. It was me and my two other sisters. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds are nice and comfy. The kitchen and living room were a great place for us to gather and hang out. Brianna was available to us if we ever needed her and she was very kind! We really enjoyed our stay and we might plan to come back again in the future! Thank you!

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the living room and kitchen, they both could use a deep cleaning. The oven was dirty and the last guest cooked a pizza on the rack so there was burned cheese on rack and bottom of oven. The freezer had leftover food items in it and was dirty on bottom of freezer. There were some stains on white cabinets and crumbs in drawers. We were there for Thanksgiving week so planned to do quite a bit of cooking and wished the kitchen was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathtubs would not drain but my husband was able to fix that. Garage parking was a nice benefit as well as each bedroom had its own bath. I want to add that owner was quick to respond and did refund me the cleaning fee. No one was available to come clean as it was a holiday and that was understandable.

The property was lovely…perfect for friends…each bedroom has its own private bath. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have shampoo and soap available and a few more essentials in the kitchen such as aluminum foil, baggies; but the convenience and efficiency of the property more than made up for that. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

House was nice, and the beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable. Be sure to bring shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and kitchen supplies (oil, butter, coffee pods) as the property doesn’t supply them.

Clean & just like the pics. We loved each room having an en suite full bathroom. Comfy beds and lots of blankets, towels and pillows. Bring your own coffee creamer, but standard coffee pot & Keurig available!

Great place to stay, super close to stores/restaurants! Above and beyond communication with the owner. Loved the home it was amazing for our group of friends we can all agree that the home was amazing, homey feeling, clean, and gorgeous! We loved that the owners had board games, books, smart tv’s, grill, washer/dryer, garage, and every room has it’s own touch/theme including it’s own shower/ bathroom! Definitely recommend staying here.
