Close to whatever you need. Comfortable accommodations. Very clean. Great porch for sitting in the mornings and evenings.

We loved the house as we all had room to spread out and still have a TV! We were sure glad to have the fans to run in the upstairs rooms as heat rises. House was very clean and easy to find. Nice area, be sure to see Old Town. Location close to Estes Park, Boulder, Red Rocks and Denver. We recommend this house!

Myself and extended family had rented this house for a family wedding locally. Check in process was great, easy to get In, starter household essentials were wonderful and I felt it was very clean. The children’s toys were a big hit and a nice distraction. There is plenty of space for our whole family within the place and we never felt on top of each other. Plenty of kitchen necessities as well, it was great they had some basic cooking supplies as well (spices). My only suggestion would be to add some type of window covering to the basement egress window. I found it very difficult and bright while attempting to sleep at night/get littles to nap and sleep. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
