Breakfast with a View with BBQ Firepit Golf Course

This property is not well maintained. The house had dirty floors, stained carpets, stained upholstered furniture, layers of dust on the shutters, dirty windows with handprints on the inside, dead bugs in carpets and on window sills, used makeup sponge on bathroom mirror frame, missing ping pong table, missing basketball goal, missing foldout couch in upstairs bedroom, cracks in the ceiling, damaged walls, unresponsive hosts.

A nice place to stay during our recent trip to Houston. Peaceful and convenient neighborhood. Accommodations were very comfortable.

The house has been poorly maintained and did not live up to the written description.Key Issues:•Amenities: Several listed items were missing or in disrepair. There was no ping pong table, and the basketball hoop was unusable until we dragged it out of the dirt ourselves. The cornhole set and a filthy BBQ (which was out of propane) were hidden away in the side yard.•Cleanliness & Pests: The house was dirty upon arrival. There were cobwebs both inside and on the balcony. Most concerningly, we encountered roaches coming up through the bathtub drains. The exterior siding also had visible mold.•Kitchen & Supplies: The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was only one small tea towel, no dishwasher soap, and the frying pans were so warped that even cooking was impossible.•Maintenance: The upstairs shower heads leaked, the bottom floor bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder, and the provided towels were tiny and threadbare.Communication:I messaged the owner several times during our stay to address these missing items and maintenance issues, but I received zero response.Between the lack of communication and the subpar state of the home, I cannot recommend this rental. Save your money and book elsewhere.

We recently stayed at this property and really loved the layout and space. The home was comfortable, in a great location, and worked well for our group, especially since we stayed there to host an open house for our out of town guests for our son's wedding.That said, the stay wasn’t as smooth as we hoped due to some missing essentials. There were no extra towels anywhere in the house (including no hand towel in the main-floor bathroom), the hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms had run out with no refills available, and there was only one kitchen towel along with less than half a roll of paper towel. The toilet paper rolls were already half-used and there were no extras, so we had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels ourselves. There were also only six coffee pods for a three-day stay in a home that sleeps ten, and very few extra garbage bags.The house has the potential to be a fantastic five-star stay — it truly is lovely. With some attention to making sure basic supplies are well stocked, future guests will have a much more seamless experience.

The house was just the right size, and location was great, had family members traveling from Denton and Ft Worth, Tx Owner responded quickly with answers to my questions.. Would definitely recommend this home for your next family gathering
