Nabeela and Eddie are lovely hosts who take pride in offering a comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation. The beds are comfortable and if you are bringing a pet, they have a private and fully fenced back yard. We also had a safe storage area for our bikes. If you enjoy mountain biking, this suite provides quick access to the North Shore and other nearby mountains.

Overall satisfying. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with. Good neighborhood and there is free safe street parking in front of the house. We liked the town of Bernaby. But it was a little far from downtown Vancouver.

It was very clean and organized. Everything looked almost new. It came with a lot of daily necessities including laundry and ironing, cooking supplies, coffee supplies, umbrella, hair dryer, extra towels and blankets, etc. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. We met their family, and cute dogs! Neighborhood was safe and central location to area attractions. There was free street parking available. Wifi was fast. It is a renovated basement apartment so you might hear a little bit of noise from host upstairs but overall quiet. Beds were comfortable memory foam type. Just wish there were more hooks to hang clothes in bathroom.

The apartments was very clean and well equipped! The host was warm and friendly!The sound proofing could be better, but did not bother us. Loved the patio and back yard. We enjoyed ourselves and being able to use a washer and dryer the last night was a bonus!

It was a wonderful first visit to Canada. Your place is perfect for our family of five. Thank you for leaving the light on since we didn't arrive until past midnight. Had no trouble finding the house. VRBO unit is a full mother-in-law suite around the back of the house. It was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and private. The hosts were very quick with helpful responses to our messages prior to arrival and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet respite close to Vancouver and the surrounding environs.

It is in Burnaby, close to Deer Lake (nice walk for sunset pictures) and Metropolis. Downtown is a very manageable 25 min drive.Our hosts are kind and welcoming.Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return when we’re in Vancouver again

This location is really good for a cozy stay and casual exploration of the area. It is close quarters for three adults and a kid, but not uncomfortably so. Everything worked, everything was clean and the neighborhood is really nice. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family.

Needed to spend one night with a family of 5 before a cruise. The price was simply fantastic and the property was everything we needed. It was on the smaller size, but the description is spot on. No surprises. I was dumb and got the address wrong but the owners were out and kindly helped make sure I was their scheduled guest and we got everything taken care of. The ONLY issue was walking/moving noise above (owners live above) as they were hosting a birthday party, but they were honest about it at the beginning, and allowed our kids to all spend some time together, and play with their dogs. Would stay there again, 10/10

Eddie was very welcoming and showed us around the suite as we arrived! It was a great stay for the night as we were just going to the hockey game. We had a bit of a situation the morning of our departure and Eddie was so understanding and empathetic toward us which was much appreciated! Great host.

The suite is clean and functional and location is in the centre of GVA, about 30 minutes drive to other major districts. Not to mention Burnaby itself is a nice neighborhood too! The hosts are considerate and provide excellent room tour, communication, and neighbourhood introduction.

This suite is lovely and suited our purposes well. Communication with the hosts prior to arriving was excellent and Nabeela offered information about getting around town without our own car, if needed. Eddie greeted us shortly after arrival and went through all the things we might need to know and made us feel at home. I would stay again without hesitation.

We needed a place in Vancouver for a short drive to local attractions without spending too much money. This place was conveniently located within about 20 min from downtown and the cruise ship port. The place was clean and had just enough room for our family of 5 with 3 teens.

Overall satisfying. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with. Good neighborhood and there is free safe street parking in front of the house. We liked the town of Bernaby. But it was a little far from downtown Vancouver.

Clean with everything needed for a stay. 30 minutes at most from any Vancouver attraction, and just a few minutes from food and coffee. Polite host that didn't disturb us. Low departure requirements. Will stay again!

Really nice place located in a peaceful neighborhood but close to shopping. Well appointed—it has what you’d need and was spotless. Was briefly shown around the place on arrival, which was helpful. Very close to the rowing facilities at Burnaby Lake.

The suite is clean and functional and location is in the centre of GVA, about 30 minutes drive to other major districts. Not to mention Burnaby itself is a nice neighborhood too! The hosts are considerate and provide excellent room tour, communication, and neighbourhood introduction.

We only stayed here for a couple of nights to explore the city before moving onto the Island. It was a wonderful short term location. Hosts were friendly and responsive when we needed something! Driving into town took a while because of traffic but I feel that that was fairly represented in the price.

Everything was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, and sofa bed worked well for us as well. The host pointed out some garden toys for our kids to play with and enjoy their beautiful green space outback, which was a lovely bonus.

I have allergies (they didn't know this) so even the extra care that they take to provide a box of quality tissue paper in each room was greatly appreciated. It may sound simple but it truly is a bonus.
