Beautiful Deluxe Sonoma Retreat With Private Pool Spa Bocce & More! Sleeps 8+2

I had a group of 6 adults for wedding weekend in Sonoma and the only problem was that we didnt have enough time to hang at the house! Its in a great central location and the house is outfitted for a group. The pool and hot tub were amazing and was so pleasantly surprised that each room was stocked with 2 bathrobes. The kitchen was well stocked too. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location stayed with 7 of us. Lots of room great layout for cooking/socializing/drinking wine! Enjoyed outdoor space as well.

We loved our stay. The house was larger than expected and offered board games, hot tub, pool, and bocce ball. Fantastic yard. It is also well situated for visiting vineyards.

We really enjoyed our stay in Boyes Spring. The proximity to amazing restaurants, wineries, and shopping was fantastic and the neighborhood quiet. The hosts set up every room to be comfortable, with multiple quilts, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, and two robes for every bedroom. We used every bed in the house, and everyone reported a great sleep. We stayed during a cooler, rainy time, so we were unable to use the 2 outdoor sitting areas (front & back of the house) because the cushions were wet, pool not heated. We did use the hot tub every night which was heated to 100 degrees which was lovely and has us hanging out there for a long time every night. Two notes for those who are renting: - coffee maker is a trad coffee maker using ground coffee (we brought pods - shoulda asked) - pull out in main bedroom does not have a mattress in it. We were almost 7 adult women (none couples) and would have been stuck for 1 more bed… thankfully one cancelled. We had everything we needed and would love to visit again!

A lovely home for a large family weekend stay, made easy by the wonderful hosts. Everything most people might want under one roof. Best time to visit would be in warm weather when you can laze by and in the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub and petanque setup. Lots of games for kids - plus a skate park nearby for scootering!

Had a great time in the Sonoma & Napa areas. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. The hot tub was always warm, which is something we haven’t experienced in other rentals. House was well stocked & conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay Boyes Hot Springs! The house is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and robes available in each bedroom was a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and loved the privacy of the backyard. The house is in a great location with easy access to wineries, restaurants and shopping. We had such a good time! The backyard has amazing yard games, pool and hot tub. The hot tub broke down the day before our trip, and jac and Lisa got a new hot tub out for us the next day so we didn’t have to miss out on that! They were very helpful! Only thing to make note of so you guys (jac and Lisa) are aware is the upstairs bedrooms (facing the front of the house) has a good amount of ants. I think they come from the front porch and through those rooms with doors! Small ants so didn’t bother us but just to be aware probably need to spray exterior!

This weekend was great for my big group of friends visiting and celebrating in the Sonoma and Napa. The hot tub was always warm, the house was stocked and the hosts were very accommodating!

This house was PERFECT for our girls trip of 6. It had plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, well maintained, and modern. The kitchen was stocked very well. All the beds were comfortable. We loved having a hot tub to jump into at the end of our wine tasting days. Location was great. We were able to get over to Napa easily but also get to sooo many close things in Sonoma. Would return in a heartbeat. Would love to visit in the summer and use the pool/whole backyard.

Jacques was an amazing host with great recommendations of the area, wineries to visit and avoid and a great with communication. The house is spacious and we had 7 people comfortably. We had all amenities needed and a nice pool and hot tub. Able to easily park 3 cars in the driveway as well. Only thing we needed while there was some laundry detergent as we ran out of towels quickly and needed to wash. The house was clean even though some areas of paint and bathrooms show some wear and tear from renters it’s still a nice property. Only other thing to note is that some of the rooms didn’t have the best pillow options so you may want to bring your own.

The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good.

The kitchen is well stocked, the dinner table seated our group comfortably, the kitchen area was also perfect for drinks and snacking and our group had access to a nice TV to watch some football. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.The hot tub cut the chill of the cool evening. The location is also fantastic - super close to grocery stores, downtown Sonoma and the wineries. We hope to return!

We celebrated a 40th birthday with 6 women staying at the house. It was a rainy weekend so we were not able to enjoy the pool or the (not) bocce court we did enjoy the hot tub and hanging out in the very comfortable home. The beds were fantastic and plenty of room to have 8-10, especially if you brought kids or younger people willing to sleep on a couch or the pull outs. The large island made hanging out in the kitchen a breeze. We cooked breakfast and made apps and it was easy to work with what was in the kitchen. We took an Uber into downtown for about $10 and it was easy to fine one there and back. Had dinner at the Swiss Hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. The 2nd day we hung out at the house all day. The property owner, Jacques, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He also has a paella biz on the side which we took advantage of on our chill day. It was delicious and a treat to have a beautiful dinner delivered. The house was clean but could use a deep clean, dusting, and a hot tub refresh. Some of the products were scarce but what was there was good. Check out was super easy with minimal clean up required which is always nice when you are paying a cleaning fee. Overall a good value and a nice cozy place to stay.

We were a group of 4 sisters and sisters-in-law gathering for an all girls celebration of a milestone birthday. The home was perfect since we each had our own spacious bedroom. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room for breakfasts, cocktails and lounging. The property is also very convenient to wineries in Kenwood, Glen Ellen and Sonoma. And we dined at several lovely local restaurants during our stay as well. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

4 actual bedrooms. Good sized kitchen. Unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of the swimming pool or hot tub due to winter weather. Great dining room table. Plenty of seating downstairs.

My husband and I along with our 3 daughters and son in laws came to wine country for an early celebration of my 70th birthday. Jacques place was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Loved the outdoor space out front as well as the hot tub and pool. Jacques was an excellent communicator and quick to respond to our questions and needs.

Jacques and Lisa, the hosts were excellent with communication. They gave us a courtesy early check in which we requested and all questions asked before arrival were answered quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and all necessary utensils. The hot tub was clean and nice extra after a day of wine tasting. I would stay here again!!!

The house was perfect and just as described. The hosts were quick to answer questions and even accommodated an early check in. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool since we came during winter, but we did enjoy the hot tub! Would definitely come back in summer and stay at this home.
