We first stayed here in 2024, and have just enjoyed a wonderful 16-night stay - arrived early and our room was prioritised for house keeping, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great location for parks if you want it, easy access to other roads if you don’t; options if you want to eat outside of the hotel within walking distance. Found all aspects of the hotel lovely and clean - the pool is wonderful, gym is well equipped. We chose house keeping every other day and this was always done to a very high standard. Will be back :)

Almost everything was excellent! Location, cleanliness, spacious room and sumptuous breakfast meal were to look forward to. I just really hope that they are already working on getting those elevator fixed ‘cause it was a little bit of hassle with only one elevator working.

Had a great stay and would definitely return for accessibility to the Disney parks. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only call-out we had about our stay was that the breakfast area is very crowded in the morning due to all the park-goers. The food by the pool bar was very good and great for picking up a late night snack!

The housekeeper forgot to clean my room. The staff Brantley lied to me. And the group of kids staying on the floor above me kept running the halls and knocking on doors. Other than that breakfast is different each day the hotel was clean and convenient to what we needed.

The property itself looked nice and clean. However, I did have an issue with bed bugs and a roach in my room. After noticing bites on my legs, I immediately called the front desk. They said they’d coordinate to have someone look in the room asap. I waited about 2 hours for someone to come. While waiting I found a roach in the bathroom. The person who inspected was nice and mentioned he’d get a new room coordinated asap. Well we waited another 2 hours…so I went down to the front desk to ask about the status of the room change. The supervisor yelled at me saying he was too busy and he’d get to it when he could. I understand being busy. But bed bugs is a serious issues especially when being pregnant and having a toddler sleeping in the room. I also did not appreciate being yelled at. I’ve worked in management, and the customer should always be treated with respect no matter what! We were moved rooms a while later, having to move all our luggage alone to the far end of where we were staying with no help. Thankfully the next day, I received a phone call from one of the hotel managers. He sincerely apologized and offered me a 1 night refund. But I never got the refund and I never got my Bonvoy point credited to my account for the nights we stayed. I frequently travel and stay at Marriott’s, but won’t be staying at this hotel again.

There were children in the pool all day, long even at night unattended. All the washers in the laundry room were broken. People did not clean rooms properly when requested. Trash all around over the place. Staff was extremely friendly and kind best part. Travel area for tickets only open till noon. If on vacation that makes no sense. Unfortunately will not be staying there again. This was our homey moon not horrible but just expect five stars.

When I checked in, I used thd bathroom. Many of the stalls were disgusting and needed attention. The sinks did not have soap. It was bad. However, the rest of the stay was phenonemal. I just recommend getting to your room amd do not use the public batbroom in tbe lobby.

My girls and I stayed here for four days for a mother and daughter trip. We loved that our suite had its own little kitchen and the bedroom and bathroom was in separate rooms. Only thing I did not like was the shower doors. It was half a shower door so when u shower water is all over the bathroom floor. But this was not a deal breaker for us. Staff were very kind and hotel was very clean.

This hotel was exceptional! Rooms are cozy, and loved the space, and separation from kitchen/living room and bedroom. Great for families. 10 minutes to all the Parks. Beds cozy, slept like i was at home in my own bed! This will be our new go to hotel when visiting! Thank you!

The room was very clean besides some large crumbs in the seams of the arm chair cushion and a couple of crumbs on the dining table. I also wish they would update some of the common area furniture. The stools for instance had stains and looked very worn. The room was very spacious though and I loved that we had a full kitchen. The breakfast was decent i just wish they had put some syrup near the buffet when they served french toast sticks. They keep all the syrup by the waffle maker bar around the corner from the buffet which we didn't notice until the next day. I do wish there was just a little more variety for breakfast but what they did have was fine. Staff was very friendly always welcoming us back and i loved the more modern look to the lobby.

What a pleasant surprise! Such a well kept hotel. Buffet breakfast was a great treat with the yummy Mickey waffles and such a huge selection. Rooms are great and linens are so nice! Loved the friendly staff and hospitality there! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The customer service was absolutely excellent. Every front desk worker was exceptional and I am very happy with my experience. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was great. The Florida bus service doesn’t have a convenient schedule so for anyone staying here the shuttle is not good. The hotel does not control the shuttle. But this hotel is definitely a great place and I love the price I paid. I would stay here again.

The hotel said there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, but you need to register yourself. However, the website does not work for registration, so I had to find transportation on my own.

This place is nice. Large room sizes with a good layout make it worth the slightly higher prices compared to the other hotels at flamingo crossings in my opinion. Biggest letdown was the shuttle bus offerings to Disney parks. Extremely limited options that won’t get you there for opening or allow you to stay to close. We didn’t bother and took Ubers and Lyfts every day instead. The cost was usually between $12-$20USD each way before tip to the Disney parks. Going to Universal parks is closer to $30+ tip each way and about 15min longer commute than what it will take from the Buena Vista hotels which is something to consider if doing both universal and Disney. Due to the location of the pool, you lose the sun in the hotel shadow relatively early in the afternoon (maybe ?5pm) which makes it a little less appealing in the late afternoon. It is also very shallow (max depth maybe 1.3m). Aside from these things, everything else is great. Good breakfast, friendly staff, decent hotel gym, amenities close by incl a target and Walgreens. Would stay again if only doing Disney parks, if doing Universal I’d opt for a hotel between the two.

Upon check-in, I was given option of the floor and distance from the elevator :) The front desk and the maintenance staff were always very helpful and polite. We were also able to purchase our park tickets at the hotel. Large, very clean room (my number one priority!) with all the amenities, crispy-white sheets, well-working A/C, and spacious shower (vent in the bathroom could be stronger, though). Breakfast offers sufficient choice of food, but I would recommend delicious waffles (3 types each morning, including gluten-free). Hotel in located in a newly developed, beautiful, and quiet area, with many good restaurants and stores nearby. Parking is not free ($20 per night) but it's right in front of the entrance. Nice, clean, safe, and not expensive hotel for couples and families, especially those who want to visit Disney parks. Highly recommended!

Nice room with comfortable bed and nice fullu equipped kitchen. easy access to Disney parks. SHOPPING CENTER ACROSS THE STREET WHICH INCLUDED A TARGET AND RESTAURANTS. My only complaint is they need to add a couple extra toasters at the breakfast buffet. There was only 1 (4 slice) toaster which was very slow and a long line of people waiting to use it which caused my breakfast to get cold. Nice buffet other than that.
