We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great, we even had room service and they were quick and food was delicious. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Thank you

I asked for a late check out which I was given without a problem which was much appreciated. The Gym was handy. I had a room overlooking the main road which wasn't a problem. Overall a good experience.

A short walk from the train station, bus stops not far from outside the hotel. Shopping at cabots circus a short 7 minute walk from the hotel. Friendly and attentive/ helpful staff. Bar, restaurant and snacks available to buy.Excellent facilities available. Dry cleaning, Hair dryer,safe,fridge,iron in the room.Room was clean tidy and well kept as was the whole hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good hotel. Clean and spacious. Breakfast options could be improved. One negative is that the hotel does not have parking so there is a 5 min walk to the nearest car park. However you can get a discount for parking through the hotel.

Just the overall quality, It is wonderful standards and quality. Very enjoyable and staff were very friendly, Parking option is walkable from the hotel and short walk to all the areas of Bristol.

Was an ok hotel. Was clean with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely. Very good location to walk into the city centre. Staff were friendly. Only draw back is no parking you have to walk down the road to a pay car park. However you do get discount from the hotel.

Ice conveniently located hotel with nearby parking and short walk into the city centre for bars and restaurants. Nice reception when registering and complimentary drink. Peter this morning on reception was very helpful and friendly and a nice start to the day

Stayed here a few times and I’ll always go back when visiting in Bristol. It’s a lovely modern hotel with clean, well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Nice gym too

Very nice hotel. Good service, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant areas. Good selection of food in the restaurant and breakfast was good. Close to the railway station (5 minute walk) where you also can catch busses or a ferry boat. Walking distance to the city is manageable.

Didn’t like that there’s no parking on site, had to park away from the hotel like 3mins away which wasn’t safe walking down an alley at 11:30pm pm when I was going to check in. Walk in shower was very dirty there was dirt marks where you would stand it was literally brown but the night staff came 1st with attitude then 2nd time after collecting cleaning products she was apologetic & cleaned the whole bathroom. Bed & pillows were very comfy.

The hotel is a new building in an area with various new properties. Parking is 5 min away, and there's also a small Sainsbury which is quite handy. Bedrooms are tight woth comfortable beds and well soundproofed. My daughter got locked into the bathroom as lock broke, very disappointing and worrying. Also bath mat was badly stained. Ok hotel but pricey for what it is. Breakfast not great for vegans.

The tea cup is really dirty - full of dust. Same as the bedside light. The top where the button is at have dust all over it. The rest of the room is in good condition. Well design room and building.

Lobby and staff are really lovely. Nice large rooms with a mini cooler, kettle, iron and hair dryer. The only downside was that we didn’t have any shower gel as it was empty when we got there. Decent food and coffee with a large menu with good prices.

Service was off at this hotel. Reception staff came across as if they were doing you a massive favour and were even at times sarcastic. Not a good look. Man at breakfast kept staring at me oddly and as a solo female diner I felt very uncomfortable. No conditioner in bathroom and shower gel smelt off, like white wine! Ironically I’ve just stayed in another hotel with the same brand of toiletries and was able to compare! Breakfast variety was good though and beds comfy. Soundproofing good and room was modern. No car park on site.

Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us.

Very convenient. About a 10min walk to Cabot Circus. We were staying at the hotel for our wedding anniversary and was with our 4 year old. Requested an quieter room. On arrival, reception staff was brilliant. Gave us the quieter room we requested to accommodate our needs. Entering the room, the staff had decorated our room with balloons and left us a card. Thanks, very nice and really appreciated the touch Hotel staff were helpful throughout and always took the time to chat. Took the breakfast option which was quite good. Can be busy at times but we always got a table. If we wanted something that wasn't there, they would always check if they had any at the back. And if required there was extra things on the menu that you could request and they would prepare for you. There is a Sainsbury's local across from the hotel about 4 minute walk so if you need anything that's available. The hotel recommended 2 car parks, Broadmead NCP and a open car park. I parked at the Broadmead one. We arrived at 1pm on a Thursday and the car park was very busy. Parked on the 7th floor in pretty tight spaces. Found the Gardiner Haskins Car park to be closer to the hotel. So go for that one first before the NCP. Would definitely stay again here. Beds were super comfy too. Bit of an odd entrance to the hotel from the road but aside from that no complaints from me and my family

Room was clean and a good size. However you cannot open the window at all. Room is therefore lacking in fresh air and for me not conducive to a good night's sleep.

A nice modern hotel on the edge of the city near Temple Meads station. Quick and efficient check in/out. Spacious, comfortable room with a modern bathroom, plenty of refreshments, iron, large tv, etc... While the hotel has a bar and restaurant, there are not many facilities close to the hotel, but it's only a 10 minute walk across Castle Park to the heart of things. Very convenient for getting to/from the station. Less than 10 mins on foot (quicker to walk than get a cab).

The staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend

Comfortable bed, rooms a little warm

So quiet! We knew that the hotel was next to a busy road so were a bit worried that reviews saying it was quiet were not quite right. But they were! Our room was spacious and so quiet. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was lovely. The reception and bar area was above what I thought it might be for the price and there were even small emergency snacks (noodles and chocolate bars) and toiletries available to buy. Car parking wasn't available on site but the open air one just a 2 minute walk away was easy to use (and the hotel has a special rate so it cost us just over £12 for 24 hours). We'd definitely use this hotel again and can recommend.

Room was very comfortable

Booked for my 50th birthday. Requested a quiet room as we do not party, we eat early, sleep early and get up early. Put on a corridor with a group of lads who were in and out of their rooms, slamming doors till 11:30pm, then the noise at around 3:45 am woke us up again. Big gap under room door allowing light and noise in. Curtains on the window also did nothing to block out the outside light. Feel as if my request was ignored / missed. Breakfast is good, location good too. But would not come back as the self closers on the doors make the doors slam hard and noisily.

Whilst to hotel staff were friendly & polite and the hotel itself clean and inviting we did not get what we had booked. We booked a twin accessible room, we had written communication stating this was done. Upon arrival, after a 2.5 hour drive, we were told they ONLY do a double accessible room. So we then had to choose between sleeping in the same bed or having facilities for my disabled daughter to be able to shower. We weren’t allowed both. What happens when a disabled person is travelling with a carer? Or doesn’t want to share a bed? Because it was for one night o my we opted for the twin standard room which meant my daughter could not use the shower at all. Please rethink this ableist approach to accessibile rooms Leonardo Hotel, it really isn’t good enough.

Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals. However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing. When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. The manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. I expected more consistent service and better hospitality, especially from the front desk. The hotel itself is very cute and well-presented, and it could have become one of my favorite hotels — but unfortunately, it didn’t.

The staff on the front desks were extremely welcoming and friendly. Offered as much help as they possibly could to ensure our stay was the best.

The Leonardo Hotel is a well situated, comfortable, modern hotel, but what really makes it standout, is the warmth and hospitality of its staff. They are unfailingly friendly and welcoming. Andrea in particular is a wonder! I travel constantly with my work to several countries each month and I’ve never met a friendlier, more fun and kind host in my life! Thank you Andrea to you and your team :)

Hotels nice, but the staff make it. We were able to check in early, which really suited our plans. We were given a welcome drink too which was a lovely surprise. Particular mention to the lady who checked us in and lady on the bar.

Staff were really helpful and gave a free upgrade, after a long day of travelling and late night arrrvial check in

The location was excellent — close to the train station, city center, and also just a 15-minute walk to the shopping mall. There’s also a Sainsbury’s right next to the hotel, open until 11 pm, which was very convenient when most shops closed early on Sunday. Public parking was nearby, just within 5mins walk with a great discount provided by the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent location for walking into the city centre. Discounted car park within 2 mins walk. Modern, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are very nice with comfy beds, big shower, heated mirror in bathroom. I had a room for 3 which included a king bed and a small double. Coffee facilities and a fridge in the room.

Leonardo chain at Bristol is a pretty new hotel (as at Jul 2023) and the furnishing are all of high quality. The hotel rooms and main areas are clean and well maintained too, and staff service is great! Location-wise its still pretty ok given its a 10mins walk from Bristol station and there is a sainsbury local within a 5 min walk, It is also about 10mins to the main city center so pretty convenient. My only concern is the hotel entrance and directions for taking taxi/uber as most drivers would miss the exit for the pickup point. Would be good to have a more prominent pickup point but all else is perfect!

The hotel is a short walk away from Temple Mead station and Harbourside (also with bus stops close by) - convenient and quiet. The staff members were very helpful during our stay and our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of great breakfast options around the hotel (independent bakeries and cafes) if you fancy venturing out in the morning. There is also a Sainsbury Local nearby which is handy. All in all very good value for money!

Room was spacious and staff were excellent - friendly and professional but not intrusive, Bed was not very comfortable and the scrambled eggs at breakfast (clearly reconstituted from some sort of powder) were appalling.

Hotel was well located for our needs and was clean and had everything we need. We were very tired and opted to eat at the restaurant one evening but the food wasn’t very tasty especially for the price which brings the rating down.

Fantastic stay! Very impressed with the hotel and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team were always friendly and helpful. We ordered food to take upstairs to the room and it was all delicious. The breakfast was really good and there was so much choice. The bed was so comfortable and everything in the room was clean. We were able to leave our bags after we checked out whilst we went shopping. The location was perfect, 5 mins from both the shops and the station. Would definitely recommend.
