We stayed here during our family trip to San Francisco on the way to home. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5–10 minute drive to the SFO airport. We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again, regardless of the few issues we faced. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had all the typical amenities in addition to a room safe. They offered hot breakfast (which in itself is worth the price), and everyone was courteous and friendly. The only issues we had were a few ants in the room (which they were aware of, and were working on fixing), and the second room key wouldn't work (which they immediately replaced). We had a great experience and will be staying there again.

The room was very clean and smell great. The elevator smell great too. The lobby is medium size however, its organized and clean. My only complain is this Indian guy from India didn't inform me how to login to my room WiFi. Thats very inconvenience and not good customer services. 👎👎 If you stay at this hotel and come across any indian fuy from India, get instruction logging in to your room WFi. Thanks Alex Aquino

It is one of the most comfortable and relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Moving my daughter into her college dorm was exhausting, but coming back to the Fairfield Marriott was like coming back home with such comfy beds. The cleanliness was incomparable even to really high end hotels I’ve stayed in.

There was also a hair on the shower floor. The rest of the bathroom appeared very well cleaned. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets seemed ill-fitting as the corners kept coming up. The room, while adequate, seemed a bit tired. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was surprisingly watery. The area was convenient to the airport and fairly close to some fast food, but I would not consider walking anywhere—not a visually appealing place.

I enjoyed my 5-day stay. Rooms are on the small side but clean with a comfortable bed and newer decor. Loved the breakfast choices and on-site fitness center, staff was extremely helpful. It's in a more industrial area by the airport, so unfortunately there are no close walkable meal/activity options. Other than that my only complaints are small things, like wishing there was a clock of any sort in the room, and wishing there was at least one other seating options than the desk chair. I would definitely stay again, though.

Excellent hotel. 2 relatively minor-isms: If u like a cool room for sleeping (e.g. 68), be warned the AC repeatedly autoresets to 70 and you’ll wake up hot. Must have to call for maid service/ towel replacement- cuz it wasn’t automatic.

Some of the reception staff were unfriendly, to say the least. Response to requests was generally sluggish (the reception staff had to call the maintenance a couple of times to make sure they are on their way). Location is somewhat industrial (no shops within walking distance) but access to San Francisco was reasonable (by car of course).

Front desk 1st impessions was excellent! New employee Lawrence was very friendly with a super smile & Grace was very professional, nice and made us feel special ! Overall the stay was good and was not disappointed except for one part of the check in. When I arrived I was told my 2 queen bedroom had, for some reason, been switched to a king an hour before. The front desk said it “must’ve been something the manager did to balance the rooms”(?) and that instead he was going to upgrade our king room to a king suite which had to pull out bed and that no other double queen rooms were available. After I said “oh, why did you do that? You need to fix that” a double queen room appeared and was given to us. This was an accessible room they likely keep reserved. It was a bit of a weird situation, and seems like they were just going to try and play room roulette with the next guest to check in. Again, good stay overall and would stay again if they could guarantee they won’t pull that again.

We just needed a place to crash before an early flight the next day. It was clean and comfortable and we slept very well. It was very quiet. I think we were the noisiest people on the floor. No bacon in the complementary breakfast though and my husband did not like that.

I'm a long-time Marriott fan. This Fairfield by Marriott is conveniently located to Park n Fly near SFO. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Parking is great. I checked in late one night and left early for a 7am flight. Made it very easy. I'd stay again for sure.

Clean property. Nice to have free hot breakfast. Nothing special but gets the job done with hot coffee, tea, waffles and some hot breakfast staples. Easy access to airport and freeway to get to the city. Felt safe. Keep your expectations reasonable and you won’t be disappointed.

So happy with our stay! This is my second time staying at this property and although there is a $18 fee to park my car, at least I know my car is safe. My room was super clean and the beds are OMG comfortable!!!! The included continental breakfast was yummy with a decent amount of options for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!
