It seems like they put a fence around the townhomes located in the back and called it a resort. The area is peaceful and safe, but there’s not many amenities (small pool, tennis, volleyball, benches by the lake). We couldn’t get the TV to work in the master bedroom and many of the upstairs outlets wouldn’t charge our devices. So if you’re looking for an economical place away from beach traffic, but driving distance to nice restaurants then this is the place.

We had a great time staying here! It was perfect for us, a little out of date but very clean, staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were clean and my kids had a blast and they loved the playground! Definitely will be coming back!

This was an amazing stay with my family. The view was incredible. The turtles, geese, swan and ducks came up to the fence. It was awesome!!! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a half bath when we walked in the townhome. That means a bathroom on all 3 floors. There was 3 pools, a child size pool, hot tub and an 8 foot pool. There was a tennis court, shuffle board and a playground for the kid in a gated community. I would go here again. It was only 30 minutes from the boardwalk, and 5 minutes to the closest grocery store.

We liked the fact the it appeared to be well secured. I would prefer a regular lock as well as dead bolt. There was the look of the grounds being well managed. I liked the trash can being right outside the kitchen door. Thank you.

Townhome had 3 floors with 25-30 steps between all the floors and only a half bath on the ground. 2 bedrooms on the second floor and third bedroom on 3rd floor all had their own bathrooms. Washer and dryer was located on second floor. Gated entry with 2 assigned parking spots and we were given a parking pass for our 3rd vehicle. The lake behind our rental had more than 50 turtles that did come to the bank to visit with us! Check-in and out were both less than 5 minutes and the office staff were very polite. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Even caught glimpse of a rainbow after a small rain shower with a cool reflection on the lake. Great experience.

The place was very nice and clean. It did have a musty smell when we first walked in. We came with 2 children and the only thing was there was no plastic cups all glass but other than that everything was very nice the pool was very close didn't have to drive to it. I will be back in October for a week stay with friends. Hope y'all have a wonderful summer and I'll see y'all in the fall

The four bedroom townhouse was extremely clean. They did an amazing job with upgrading appliances and equipment in that place. There's three floors with four bedrooms and six beds. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the master on the third floor had a balcony. I love the screen in back porch and swing. I would definitely stay there again. There's a pond with a waterfall in the backyard. Simply amazing!

I liked the secure feeling of a gated community. I didn't particularly care for the seating in the living room. Sofa was low and uncomfortable and the beds were hard and sounded like when you turned over you were sleeping on top of some kind of paper. Overall, the check in was a breeze and people very friendly and the unit was clean.

Place was very quiet and secluded, I loved the fact that the house was in a gated community because you have that sense of safety and security. There are only two main complaints that I have, 1) The key broke when trying to open the door. When I got there and went to check-in, I received the key and it just snapped in half when I tried to open the door. There was no emergency or after hours to help so my whole party had to wait until the next morning to go and get a new key to the property. We couldn’t go anywhere the first night unless we wanted to leave the door unlocked and risk somebody walking in and taking our stuff. 2) The building construction was weak. Everything was only and kept creaking. Also, there is now great sound proofing, so you can hear someone whispering in the kitchen from the third floor.

Just an honest review no harm meant. The surprise resort fee wasn't much to smile about. A Surprise 3 floors for 3bdrooms (lots of climbing). Requested a property that allowed pets and theyre listing in the options.. only to arrive to a big NO PETS sign on the front gate. Location isnt ideal... you have to drive through another apartment complex to get to the entrance gate. Checkin process was smooth , front desk people are nice .. but this one was not our fav. Tried to be as accurate as possible with stars(p.s. after cleaning ,making beds, emptying trash..ensuring property was good to go.. property tried to charge my card an extra $259 the following day

The best accommodations in the area. The property was a lot bigger than I anticipated. Mandy in the office was totally awsome. I will always stay at the location. Way more bang for the buck!

Me and my family loved the townhouse. Everything was clean. We were about 20 minutes from Myrtle beach. And about 15 minutes from Doug Shaw stadium in which we were in town for our daughter college track meet. The check in process was easy and simple. If we are in town in the future this property would be on the list to stay.

Not to far from the beach, the area was great for looking around and seeing everything, the place was amazing much better than most places, check in was fantastic and checkout procedures were easy and clear to follow, over all a really nice place that I would recommend
