Room was dirty, staff was rude (other than the Spa employees who are not even employed by the hotel), the room service was impossible to get through to. Overall I was treated not well at this hotel. I was expecting much nicer facilities for the amount of money I paid. I will never stay here again.

The staff was the best! All that you hope for when you go to a hotel! The room was clean. Breakfast was less than expected based off of the online menu. However, I just cannot say enough good things about the staff! All of them!
