Waymore's Hotel Nashville

the hotel has an amazing rooftop bar overlooking the lights of Nashville. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was located near everything we wanted to de and do. 24 hr front desk person and free parking.

Room was clean and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a delicious cocktail at the rooftop bar

A rebuilt hotel that is new with an effort to please. Very nice rooftop bar/view. The "facility fee" added on check out was a bummer. Why do they not include this in the price of the room rather than hiding it and hitting you with it on check out"? The answer is obvious.

Housekeeping never visited my room over the 3 nights I was there and I never put the hangtag on my door to not have them come. I am a business traveler and when you book for 3 days, you should be offered a refrigerator in your room. Also, the gym is located 10 minutes away and not on site, which wasn’t clear on the website, so I was disappointed to not have easier access. The staff never asked about my stay and seemed bored.

They have a resprt fee with a subpar gym and no valet

Awesome staff, great vibes, shockingly good food. Rooftop bartenders are great. Exercise room is tiny. Parking is super easy and location is great

You pay $18.60 per accommodation, per night for Fitness Center Access - but the fitness center has 2 non working Peloton Bikes and a treadmill. I always use the gym and until they actually get the bikes working I don't understand why I am paying this charge. I stayed here two weeks ago and made the same comment, the biles still aren't working.

The Waymore is a great place to stay. I have stayed there every time I visit Nashville. But I will make a note to self to request to stay on floors 2 & 3 from now on, because floor 4 is directly beneath the Roof Top Bar which plays very loud music until late. I also had to listen to a wedding reception that went on until midnight. Not great when you have a sleeping baby in your suite.

Great location in historic area. Fabulous restaurants close buy. Day pass to gym was awesome. Staff super helpful. Walked to Nissan stadium for a concert. About a mile. The bed frame needs padding on corners. Leaving with boo boos! Would have loved to had a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.

There was no in room frudge, microwave, ice machine on floor and room was small. No way it was a king bed either. Website very deceiving

Great location and nice room, but I gotta say, those bed corners are brutal and my shins are not happy. My only complaint is about those things! They need some padding or guards or something!

Very good contemporary industrial hotel. A little noisy but very clean. Staff very helpful and nice.

The room was very clean and overall comfortable. I personally was disappointed in the comfort of the bed. The mattress didn't seem to be suited for a platform bed.

This was a great location and we loved the space. Very modern and open. The kitchenette and bunk beds were great for a family of 4.

My room was 402 at the end of the hall which was nice. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was above, so you could hear cleaning and banging. There was no view, only street overlooking not so beautiful neighborhood. Loved the vibe, and the service and location! Just wish I could have stayed in a room with a nice view.

Paid for skyline view but the way the bed was positioned you couldn’t see it at all out of the window. No coffee in room. Also, the walls are very thin and we were woken up in the AM hours next door making the bed shake.

I arrived late with my family, intending to stay for the weekend on a cross-country road trip. We booked the room over a week in advance, as I was traveling with child and a dog. Upon arrival, they had sold my room out from under us. We arrived at 11pm and it took well over an hour to even inform me that in-fact we didn't have a room. The only resolution they could give was to call Expedia - that it wasn't their problem. By this time it was nearly 1AM and there were no rooms available via Expedia in the area because Trump was in town. We ultimately had to find a random, brutally expensive room for a single night and leave first thing in the AM. It destroyed our trip, and they took no responsibility whatsoever. Furthermore, I was unable to get ahold of the GM of the property after numerous attempts to do so over the course of a week. I even tried to reach out to the ownership group of the property, but to no avail. They simply didn't care. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life.

Worst service I’ve had in a while: front desk disappeared for many minutes without even a greeting at my presence, restaurant room service did not answer phone so I could place an order (I had to order Uber Eats), front desk did not answer phone, then front desk made me walk all the way to lobby to pick up my uber eats. I will not return.

Customer service at check in was poor from start to finish. We had to change rooms due to numerous issues - mainly broken toilet. Never an apology, never an urgency to move us, we was made to feel like a hindrance for daring to complain that things were broken beyond repair. The noise throughout the night was horrendous resulting in very little sleep. The only plus was the roof top bar which was lovely, fun with great, helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately due to the customer service at the reception area, very average rooms and location I would not recommend this hotel. Overall disappointingly poor ☹️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding stay from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly (and even WAY early), and every interaction throughout my stay was genuinely warm and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — every little detail made a difference, from the quality of the bedding to the quiet air conditioning. They even brought us a refrigerator when our room didn’t include one! The amenities were excellent — rooftop was beautiful, lobby is super hip complete with a photo booth, coffee was delicious, and location was perfect and safe. It’s clear that the management truly cares about maintaining high standards and creating a relaxing experience for guests. Specifically Fernando and Katie, they were SO nice and made me feel like they had known me forever. I travel often, and this hotel stands out as one of the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville — I’ll definitely be returning!

The front desk is located within the bar. Bad design. Especially when the bar is packed and you have to make your way through people to check in. Staff is bartending and checking in. Location is unappealing. Staff is not friendly or helpful. No cleaning service. Was advised by front desk "You have to request cleaning service at most hotels...." NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE! No smart tv. Tv's appear to be old refurbished tv's. Room smelled when we arrived. Would NOT stay here again.

The staff at Waymore are very accommodating and friendly! I always enjoy my stay there. Not your typical hotel vibe. Love Happy Hour!!

Staff was inattentive and did not engage with guests. Stood at front desk for a long time and then sat at coffee counter with no acknowledgement. Service in cafe was slow and had to finally push together some tables after being told over and over that they would clean them. The good: very convenient to downtown. Short Uber rides with side street pick up. Key locked parking garage. Rooftop bar staff was friendly and was kept clean.

Overall the hotel was great. Staff were extremely friendly and property and rooms were clean. The surrounding area was sketchy but still felt like it was a safe area. Hotel is a quick drive to downtown Nashville.

Booked for an overnight stay and overall, it was a very good choice! Hotel has an artsy-deco feel & very inviting. Front desk service was very nice & welcoming. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, & relaxing. There is a secure parking garage and the surrounding area appeared okay & safe. Many people out walking in the area, close to many attractions and downtown. There is a rooftop club at the hotel but there were absolutely no noise disturbances!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, excellent staff (special shout out to Anthony at the front desk), and an idea location with lots of bars and things to do within walking distance.

The hotel itself was excellent. The area around the hotel, not so much. I do think they are fixing up the whole neighborhood but we didn’t feel safe walking to Nissan Stadium.

Great location. You can walk to Broadway on a nice day or just stay in area for dining and drinks Decor is very comfortable in lobby area

Area was sketchy and filthy - Loud banging started on our wall and outside floor at 4AM - Couldn't go back to sleep - When management was told the could care less - cancelled second date of stay and would never recommend

Loved this place- walkable to Downtown - Roof Top lounge is amazing. Food is very good. Local beer offerings . Definitely reccomend Love this hotel and love Nashville !!

Great location in funky East Nashville, steps from Basement East and some great restaurants, with downtown easily accessible.

The room was fantastic and very clean. Very comfy. However, we had lots of issues with the club. Half the reason we wanted to book this hotel was for the cool looking rooftop bar to enjoy before heading downtown, and the food. However, we didn’t know that there was a wedding booked on the rooftop bar, so we weren’t allowed to experience that. Got great drinks at the bar downstairs, but the food wasn’t anything to be excited about. I was handed a physical menu from the bartender and ordered the “Hot chicken chips” that came with hot chips, pickles, and ranch. I received about 11 potato chips in a small box with nothing else. I asked about it and tried to get what I ordered, and I was told that’s the way they always serve it, and they had no idea what I was talking about even though it’s on the menu. Upon asking the other staff that was present, they all said the same thing even though I was pointing at the menu of what was supposed to come out. For $9 I expected something more. Then, coming back late at night, there was a group of staff standing in front of the elevators talking. One of the staff members looked at me and said very bluntly “We’re closed”. I asked how I could get to my room, and another one said we were fine to go through. They left but the elevators were paused and wouldn’t move, so walked up 3 flights of stairs to our room. I assume the wedding was still happening because it was very hard to sleep with loud music. But, it’s Nashville. Expected to stay up late!

The property boasts beautiful decor, clean lobby, excellent food. The hospitality and housekeeping staff were so attentive and kind. Really accommodating! The Roof Top Bar Tall Tales...fantastic drinks! The bartender and facilities manager, both amazing at their job! Please stay here! You won't regret it !

Perfect spot for a large group or friends traveling together. The different room options, first floor lounge, and rooftop bar were amazing for gathering. And the breakfast options & lattes were delicious every day!

I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place was! Beautiful, hip, property, great staff. Unfortunately, the weather didnt allow us to enjoy the outdoor patios. Dog friendly, covered somewhat secure parking (there’s a gate, but people can walk in). Great cocktails (i give food quality a 7/10 - nothing fresh at 5th floor restaurant). I would stay again.

The rooftop bar is amazing! The rooms are also clean and comfortable and have all the necessities. You do have to go downstairs for coffee though but I was up early and it was available early. It was also good coffee.
