This is a great hotel in a good area. Close to the mountains, Red Rock amphitheatre and plenty of shopping places nearby.We love staying here every year when we go to visit family. So convenient for us with family very close by. Centrally located for us. They have a Continental breakfast daily, an indoor pool, gym and laundry available. The staff is very friendly and nice. Housekeeping keeps everything clean and we got fresh towels daily, unless you put the do not disturb sign up. Highly recommend this place.

Everything about this property was great except the elevator. We got stuck in it and while it was only for a few minutes, my anxiety went through the roof and it really freaked me out. When we told the girl at the front desk she just kind of laughed and said oh it happens all the time. Ya'll should fix it especially since it happens all the time.

This place is new and nice, and it’s only 12 minutes from Red Rocks. There is a pool but no hot tub. It’s clean and comfortable, with a well stocked hot breakfast. It’s very dog friendly, you even get a little doggie gift bag for your dog. They need to put a trash can out back for dog bags though. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did refuse to let my friend into my room, she was running late so I went ahead to the concert without her, and they said they would let her in the room but didn’t communicate my request to the new staff during shift change. She had to wait for me to get back to get in. Other than that, a great stay!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Check in was fast and easy, the front desk staff was kind. I appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. Breakfast was just okay. We did get stuck in the elevator once, but other than that we had a great stay.

Always nice to stay in a new property. Everything was clean and well designed. Beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had…1 complaint, no hot tub! There’s an area for it next to the pool, but it’s just concrete floor. I sure hope they complete the original design and put the hot tub in! We will definitely stay here again.

There was a large stain on the floor that looked like blood. We didn’t notice it until late and didn’t have time to come discuss at the desk due to timing of our plans. When checking out, we brought this up and desk person assured us that it was ink and low on priority list of cleaning. She then made it seem she was going to give me a discount/refund of some sort and I was fully on board, then at the last second said she couldn’t do that and asked if she could send me an email to sign up for a membership instead so she could give me some “points.” I said sure because I was just ready to leave. However, I never even received the email for the sign up / discount. So, the whole thing was annoying.

The deposit is $50 a night, I couldn’t find that stated anywhere and found out when I got there. Rooms and beds were nice. However room on the 4th floor behind the elevator is extremely loud assuming from the laundry on the first floor. Would shake the the entire room and bed and had a constant loud ringing

Soundproofing was aweful. Person floor above us got up at 4:30 and to bed at 1:30 am. You could hear noise from the room next door. The constand foot steps. Ask for the 4th floor. Bathroom sinks are shallow with the faucet set back toward the mirror. You can't get your hands under the spicket to wash them. Worthless.

This hotel was great! The building and the room were modern & stylish. We were there for a concert, so we didn't use any of the amenities like the indoor pool or breakfast. However everything was very clean and the little interaction we had to have with the staff, they were nice & courteous. Our room had a microwave & a good sized fridge. The bed was as comfortable as you can get for that kind of hotel. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to a friend!

The room door lock was loose and did not seem work quite right. We had to make sure it was actually closed. The door from the bathroom protruded into the walkway into the bedroom, making it hard to get by. There was no ottoman or table for the chair as in other hotels, in order to leave room for a dog crate, which we didn't have. We arrived a short time before check-in and were told our room wasn't ready. Yet because we were on the first floor, we could see down the only hallway with rooms on the first floor, and there were no cleaning people working. So we felt we were lied to.

Employees couldn’t have been nicer and were so helpful! Even had breakfast ready for us early which was really nice. The hotel Is very noisy and we were awakened several times around 12-1:00 am.

The hvac unit was so loud even on auto that we had to turn it off completely in order to sleep. Then of course there was no fresh air. Breakfast adequate but as usual the hot water provided is put in a coffee urn so not able to have decent tea unless you want it coffee flavored

Reserved 2 rooms via Expedia and prepaid in full for both rooms. With printed confirmation in hand, I attempt to check in and was told that the desk clerk could not find the reservation and that the hotel was full. The desk clerk attempted to contact 2 managers who were not on property at 4:00pm. Neither manager ever responded. The clerk claimed Expedia never sent them the reservation. It took an hour for me to get Expedia to refund for the rooms, as they had to talk to the hotel directly. Meanwhile our two rooms turned into having nowhere to stay. Never again.

I had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. They have coffee and fresh cold lemon water in the lobby for people who stay there which was a great thing to have available all day. My room was great, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice property and we stay here a lot. New building, clean, great location. However, the front desk staff is always hard to find. We had to wait for someone at check-in and at check-out....it's not like they are busy with another guest....they are just not there and we have to wait for them to come back. They need a bell or something at the front desk so they know when people are waiting.

We stayed at La Quinta Inn and Suites for two nights, and while the room itself was clean and comfortable, the overall service left much to be desired. Despite being out of the room from noon until 10 PM, housekeeping never came by to refresh our towels or restock basic amenities. I had to go down to the front desk late in the evening to ask for towels, coffee pods, and soap, and unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It was disappointing to feel like our needs were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Because we booked through Expedia, we felt we were treated poorly.

3rd year staying here and they changed the rules ans wont let you check in early without paying. They dont even look if the room is ready they just say its $75. Its ok if you tell me the room isnt ready yet but its a very cold and unwelcoming experience.

This appears to be a very new La Quinta location. It's very modern and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I booked this location because I had to attend a party near Red Rocks in Morrison, CO. The title that appears in Expedia shows Littleton/Red Rocks. It really is quite some distance from Red Rocks and that was misleading. I'll do a bit more research on my next stay.

We enjoyed our stay at LaQuinta. It's convenient to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Our only "complaint," per se, is that there are no restaurants within walking distance except one that was rather on the expensive side. We learned of several restaurants within a 3-5 mile drive, which was okay, but we like to be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. The only other thing is that this hotel is sort of "out in the boonies," with nothing but warehouses, offices, etc. around us. Loved the indoor pool. Small, but clean, and very nice. We'd probably choose to stay here again for another trip to Littleton/Red Rocks.

The staff was great. The bathroom door had to be propped open with the trashcan or it would swing shut. The breakfast was terrible in my opinion. Bad sausage, bad gravy and tasteless scrambled eggs.

Not sure why this property gets such high reviews. It clearly falls into the OK category. Rooms were smallish & spartan but fine. Biggest plus’s are good location & parking & check-in was pleasant. Negatives, we left room at 10am, returned at 5pm but room never was cleaned. Also elevator didn’t work on the day we checked out. Finally “full breakfast” was very disappointing. Otherwise it was fine.
