They have free charging stations for electric cars! That was a really great surprise. The hotel was quiet and very clean, and in a safe area. Very close to Red Rocks! I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two days while attending a concert at red rock amphitheater, I will definitely stay here next time we come. Front desk staff was super friendly and nice, room was clean and looking new, pool was small but fun to play in with my daughter

Absolutely horrible stay and we will not stay here again. Zero knowledge or help from staff concerning the problems. Advertised property as having vehicle charging. Chose this property because of said service. Staff aloes regular gas powered vehicles to park in elec vehicle spots all day all night. NEVER was able to charge because blocked by regular vehicles. This wasted so much of our time and energy and as stated before we chose this place based on charging services. We could have chose multiple different properties that were closer to our destination and less expensive but we were conned into this property. Never again. I will be contacting the corporate offices with this issue as well as general manager as the staff is not helpful.

Enjoyable lobby area. Delicious breakfast (green chili?! Exceptional addition for a Colorado location). The hotel still has its pleasant ‘new smell.’ We also appreciated the 24-7 access to tea, coffee and cocoa. Our only complaint is the size of the pool which obviously can’t be changed (just a head’s up for larger families).

It is as very comfortable, good imenitys. Breakfast was good the gym was clean and had good equipment. Pool was nice but could have really used a Jacuzzi. We will definitely stay here again..

Very nice, very new. Upgraded my stay for free without asking, room was massive, like an apartment. Beautiful location in my opinion although not walkable to food, food is near. Gym is huge! Breakfast was actually delicious. Nice selection of snacks etc if you forget your own. Just a nice place in a nice area, will stay again next time I come!

The area was great. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. They had citrus infused water in the lobby. The breakfast was awesome with healthy options like oatmeal and yogurt. I even used the washer and dryer and they worked very well! The room could have been slightly cleaner (wrapper left behind the bathroom door and hairs in the shower). I would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed here for a show at Red Rocks. It’s maybe 8 minutes from the venue. The hotel itself was very clean well kept. Everything appears new. The staff were fantastic. The room was amazing. We had the one king bed studio (?) with a separate sitting area. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was massive. The shower was incredible. Free breakfast is included and it’s sufficient. Nothing fancy. Typical hotel free breakfast but it does save time and money when you don’t have to run out for breakfast. We would absolutely start here again when we come back to Red Rocks. Great venue. Great hotel. Great staff. Fantastic trip. Thank you so much!

They put us on the first floor next to the exit door so between the door banging open and close all night, someone’s car alarm was going off for hours. Also there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything your neighbor is saying or watching.

Whoever designed the hotel thought it would be a good idea to have a guest room that shares a wall with the food prep area for breakfast. Intermittent banging and noise through the wall starting at 0600. Since the purpose of a hotel room is- presumably- to sleep- this was a fail. Room 124 should be turned into a storage closet. Terrible. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but this soured the stay for sure.

Front desk manager was SO rude! We left and got ANOTHER hotel because we were literally being harassed with no one doing absolutely anything about it. The front desk “manager” has absolutely ZERO customer service and really needs to find another profession. Would have given this place NEGATIVE stars if I could because of that rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful individual.

My husband went to get coffee in the lobby as I was getting dressed. There were loud housekeeping employees in the hall. After he left, I heard a knock at the door. assuming he had forgotten his key, I started walking towards the door. All of a sudden, the door is opened by a male housekeeper. I was not dressed. Great Place close to Red Rocks Ampitheatre! The young desk attendant girl there was amazing, we told her we were going to a show at the venue and actually ended up coming back early because of elevation sickness, and she noticed right away and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and that we didn't need anything else! Just wish I had gotten her name! Great staff and place to stay!

Booked this hotel as we were going to be attending a concert at Red Rocks that night. Arrived about 3:00pm when check-in was allowed. I was told that due to overbooking we would be upgraded to a suite but it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour. It was an inconvenience as we wanted to get cleaned up before heading to the event that night. The gentleman said we just had to show ID when we got back later that night. We got back at 12:15am. I told employee we had a room ready and I was told to show my ID. It took her a while and then gave us 2 keys. We go to the room with all our luggage and keys don't work. After a minute of trying a person answers the door and says excuse me! I was terribly embarrassed for waking them and said sorry they told me this was our room. Told her she gave us a room with people in it. She then argues with her "trainer" as she said she was new and this goes on for several minutes. Husband finally says excuse, the customer is in front of you. Argue at another time and get us into a room. Never an apology, nothing. Very rude to us. Lacks professionalism and customer service. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was at a great location ! Only 7 miles from red rocks and close to places to eat and things to do . The facility was clean, the gym was nice, and the morning breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast ! I would definitely stay here again .

Very nice, very new. Upgraded my stay for free without asking, room was massive, like an apartment. Beautiful location in my opinion although not walkable to food, food is near. Gym is huge! Breakfast was actually delicious. Nice selection of snacks etc if you forget your own. Just a nice place in a nice area, will stay again next time I come!

This is a great location to be near Red Rocks amphitheater and is a pretty new facility. However, it is not near many restaurant choices. The breakfast was not great, as they were late getting it served and it had very limited choices.

Great check-in process with Birce and excellent location near Red Rocks and C-470. The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel gym had excellent machines and weights along with a water fountain to fill up a water bottle. Breakfast was pretty good with several choices from eggs and a meat to cereal to waffles. Parking was easy and you didn't have to walk far to get to an entrance. I didn't get anything at Tavern 66 but plenty of people seemed to enjoy it each evening. No issue with check-out.

Saturday night, call to order food at 9:44pm: “I’m sorry the kitchen is closed.” “On a Saturday night, before 10pm (the stated time on the order in menu)?” “Well, the bar closes at 10pm (ON A SATURDAY), and the kitchen’s last call for food is at 9:45pm.” “Which is now?” Pause. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” There are no restaurants nearby, nothing within walking distance, and mere snacks (overpriced, teensy bags of chips and bottled soda) available for purchase in the lobby. It would have been so terribly inconvenient for the staff to take an order at last call than to receive an average review. Add to this that the walls are super thin. You can hear people sneezing in the room next to yours, the TVs blare through the walls, and *every* door closes with an unnecessary slam—starting with housekeeping at 6:30am. Close to Red Rocks. That’s it. Otherwise, it may as well be Utah with the strict blue laws and the “required” bible and book of mormon in every room. If you choose to stay for mere convenience, do not expect an ounce of anything beyond a place to sleep until 6am. Do not recommend.

Enjoyable lobby area. Delicious breakfast (green chili?! Exceptional addition for a Colorado location). The hotel still has its pleasant ‘new smell.’ We also appreciated the 24-7 access to tea, coffee and cocoa. Our only complaint is the size of the pool which obviously can’t be changed (just a head’s up for larger families).

It has a bar that was still open even after the concert at 10 o’clock on Sunday night, which was very nice. They even had a shuttle for a fee to the concert, but unfortunately it was booked up.
