Better than another Tru location I recently stayed at. Nicer staff, more attractive lobby, and better breakfast choices. Has a fun pancake making machine at breakfast. Nice selection of snacks for purchase. Location is close enough to I-75 to work for travelers. Walking distance from a convenience store.

Juan and the ladies working the breakfast area are so friendly and made me feel at home! The room was clean and all accommodations were clean and fairly new feeling. However, it's a little scammy or negative to only have room cleaning every other day so that when you right back not have your bed made or anything cleaned up in the room like hotels used to do. Unless you are staying for more than two or three days, I feel that you do not get what you paid for as far as features I expect from hotels. Also, the most negative and I believe I should have gotten me an account credit for the fact that they advertise a pool and it was closed and/or having issues my entire stay. Anyone coming from out of state to Florida and specifically buying a bathing suit should be able to swim at a hotel.

Tru by Hilton hotels are clean, and that one is, too. The staff was very friendly. We especially liked the lady in the kitchen; she was very kind and caring. The breakfast was enough. Check-in and check-out were very fast. We have no complaints about the property.

The bath shower drained water constantly. The bath floor was filled with water and we needed 3 towels to begin to manaage the flow. The shower stall exhibits rust. Rust? The small fridge was so small if you put food into it, the door could not close. the soaps are hung on the wall and require two hands to manipulate and utilize. This place is not Hilton quality. I have been a member for 20Plus years and this is the worst. ever experienced. Breakfast is cheap and unsatisfying. The coffee offering was decaf and weak :"regular." We went out for breakfast. Half and Half disappeared. Sheesh we will not look for Hilton hotels now. This is a 3 or 4 star? To whom? Thoroughly disgusted and disappointed.They taking advantage of tired travelers a block or two from Interstate.

Electrical outlet by the bed did not work - inconvenient for me because I sleep with a CPAP machine. Lamp next to window did not work. No coffee pot in the room - about $250 per night - I think a coffee pot should be included. Shelves for clothes instead of drawers, no closets - only exposed hooks and racks. 2 queen beds, both were sagging where people previously slept. Not as nice as I am accustomed to at the $200 per night price range.

Minimalist decorating. Comfortable for a few days. No closet, just an exposed bar. No drawers. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to rave about.

The staff was amazing. Everything else was horrible. Tiny room, and I didn’t sleep for 2 days straight due to the unrelenting barking of our next door neighbor’s dog. Might as well have been our dog, considering walls so paper thin I could hear our neighbors conversation word for word.

The breakfast was very good, room super clean, friendly staff, quick check in/out. My only complaint is that the sound isolation between the rooms isn’t very good, so we heard, you know, some noises coming from our neighbors during the night. But I definitely recommend this place.

Great location ! Typical Hilton top-notch service, and breakfast was exceptionally good. Only one inconvenience....I had a phone call from the front desk at 1:50 AM waking me from a sound sleep. The reason ...he asked that I turn down the TV....which was not on and not been on since checking in! Normally, and most places, would have someone do a walk-by to check on the source instead of making a blind call to an unsuspecting victim!

Hotel was fine. The front desk clerk was an embarrasment to Hilton. Never looked up from whatever he was doing on his phone to welcome us. Took credit card info and handed me rooms key cards. No thank you or anything. The only thing he said was "The elevator is on the right" Room keys did not work and after going back down to the front desk 3 times we were finally given a different room. Om each trip down to correct the room keycard situation, the young man never looked up from his phone nor greeted me. On the last attempt I held the cards out for him to take. He never looked away from his phone or tried to take them from me. He just held his hand out as if I was supposed to place them there while he continued playing with his phone. I simply dropped them on the desk. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism that a Hilton employee displayed and will definitely think twice about staying at a Hilton property in the future. Inexcusable to have someone like this representing your brand.

Tru by Hilton was a beautiful hotel. It's fairly new so everything was in excellent condition. We loved the showers, and my kids thought the soap/shampoo/ lotion, etc. dispensers were great and easy to use. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and full of legit breakfast foods (bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal and more) They have a 24hr coffee bar, that includes tea and hot chocolate, with some of the best coffee I've ever had. Nice touch to have my favorite flavored coffee creamers and syrup. Every member of the staff was super friendly, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend. Great location too. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and not too far from the interstate. Don't forget to check that cute little used bookstore next store!

My car was vandalized in the parking lot. The breakfast was not enough and as soon as 9:00 came on the dot they were waiting to shut us down and make us leave. Literally a hand in the light switch starting at 8:50.
