Tuve la mala experiencia de que cuando hice el check in el hotel no tenía agua. Lo que sí me ofrecieron fue un descuento por el inconveniente. Es importante mencionar que no es un hotel como tal, es una casa que acondicionó cuartos que son muy pequeños para ser una especie de casa de huéspedes. El lugar en general limpio pero las instalaciones están para mi gusto un poco descuidadas en general, con la excelente ubicación que tienen podrían echarle más ganas. Solo estuve una noche pero no volvería a hospedarme ahí, considero que no tiene que ver lo que anuncian con la propiedad como es. El descuento por falta de agua me lo dieron porque yo se los pedí, su único ofrecimiento había sido cancelar la reserva, cosa imposible para mi ya que no puedes conseguir un hotel en CDMX el mismo día. En general me decepcionó.

We booked this hotel for five nights and after the first night, we woke up without water. It was a Sunday, and the repair was not completed that day, so we decided to cancel our reservation and move to another hotel nearby. The front desk lady, however, was very supportive and communicative. And we got our refund a couple of days later. The hotel has an excellent location but receives very poor maintenance.

La habitación súper limpia al igual que el baño a pesar de ser compartido. Lo único malo es que si se escuchan fácil los ruidos del pasillo y me ha tocado personas hablando súper tarde por la noche o muy temprano por la mañana. Solamente el área común de comedor no hay servilletas o con que secarte si lavas tus platos, la sala le hace falta una limpieza al igual que al refrigerador. Pero en general nada grave, todo muy bien y el personal es muy amable en todo momento.

La ubicación es excelente, zona segura y tranquila, la limpieza muy mal, estuve con otros 4 familiares y en todas las habitaciones las sábanas llenas de cabello, a mi me apoyaron las chicas de recepción en cambiar las sábanas, me da la impresión que no cambian las sábanas y colchas entre huéspedes, si buscan algo en la zona es buena opción por la ubicación, les sugiero llevar sus sábanas o bien llegar temprano para solicitar las cambien si están sucias, también considerar que hace mucho calor y las instalaciones están un poco maltratadas.

Fue una experiencia terrible, el lugar es muy diferente a lo que presentan en la app, no es nuevo, huele mucho a aromatizante corriente y olor caracteristico a cigarro. Las "habitaciones" del departamento estan muy encerradas, no tienen ventanas, ni a/c, ni ventiladores y el lugar se siente inseguro, no hay cerrojo de seguridad en la puerta, no es un hotel convencional, eso no lo dice la app. Nosotros no nos quedamos, no lo.usamos y solicitamos la cancelacion, no no han devuelto ni la segunda noche.

La cama estaba extremadamente dañada, supongo era muy vieja pues estaba llena de “huecos” lo que hizo imposible descansar; por la noche hubo mucho ruido en el Cuarto piso, ya que la Cocina y sala comun se encuentra en el 3r piso. Los pasillos tenian olor a aceite quemado de cocina constantemente, lo unico rescatable es la ubicación y la atencion de la recepción

L’accueille selon les directives imposées par l’hôtel, n’ont pas été respectées par l’hôtel. L’annonce, marquait sur le site que c’était un hôtel ouvert jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et la directive mentionnait de trouver une clé dans le coffre à code du portail. Le code fourni à fonctionné, mais la clé n’y était pas. Impossible de joindre le staff directement car le service de messagerie est automatisé. J’ai dû attendre dehors pendant 30 minutes en pleine nuit sous la pluie à frapper au portail pour que quelqu’un m’entende par hasard dans la cour. C’est pas ce que j’appelle un service hôtelier d’accueil adéquat surtout pour un étranger qui ne connaît pas les lieux. Pour le reste, j’ai été bien servi une fois entré dans l’hôtel. Mais personnellement, je ne suis pas prêt à y retourner.

Nothing to like. In 4 days, I saw a receptionist once. The first day I could not get into the building because there was no receptionist and no one would answer answer a knock or a door bell. Many others had the same problem over the 4 days I was there. The receptionist even lied to say she was there, when there were witnessess to suggest otherwise. Disgraceful really!

Me encantó, la atención del personal en general es buena, todo limpio siempre aún compartiendo baño, lo único que no me encantó es que las paredes son de tabla roca y se escucha todo, no tienes privacidad y desde muy temprano se escucha al personal de limpieza haciendo su trabajo y si quieres descansar ya no podrás. El desayuno es preferible comer afuera y no pagar por el, te mandan huevos café y un vaso de azúcar que no entendí. Todo lo demás buenísimo bien ubicado, amables y áreas comunes lindas.

Me encantó, la atención del personal en general es buena, todo limpio siempre aún compartiendo baño, lo único que no me encantó es que las paredes son de tabla roca y se escucha todo, no tienes privacidad y desde muy temprano se escucha al personal de limpieza haciendo su trabajo y si quieres descansar ya no podrás. El desayuno es preferible comer afuera y no pagar por el, te mandan huevos café y un vaso de azúcar que no entendí. Todo lo demás buenísimo bien ubicado, amables y áreas comunes lindas.

Es falso que tienen servicio de alimentos las 24 hrs. Dicen que inician a las 8 am el sevicio pero me dieron el desayuno 8:45, y a las 7 pm ya no hay servicio. Hay cabello de las empleadas por todos lados.

Muy mal servicio, pedimos con desayuno y no lo tenían registrado, el baño es compartido para muchas habitaciones y siempre esta ocupado. Al tratar de cancelar las ultimas noches se negaron y no hay encargado para hablar. pésimo no lo recomiendo. Muy mala actitud.

The hotel is in a PERFECT area in Polanco, and the staff were helpful. However, my room was right next to the shared kitchen, so there was constant noise from cooking, chairs scraping, and people talking, along with a strong smell of Chinese food. Some guests also use the shared area for remote work, which means loud conversations throughout the day. The shared kitchen has a very good fridge, and the shared bathroom was generally clean with plenty of hot water, but there was no soap.. Unfortunately, some guests do not clean up after themselves. One girl showered and left the bathtub floor completely covered in black long hair, so you could not even step inside. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, which is very late and wastes most of the day. Overall, it was good value for the price, and despite these issues, I would stay there again.

The location is excellent. It's next to nice shopping centers. An area in need of improvement was that the room got too hot during the day. Maybe a good fan would help (the fan available was not that good). Also, there's a nice balcony but there were no chairs or tables to enjoy it. I would add those items to improve the stay.
