It all starts with the greeting at the desk. The staff was inviting, upbeat, and efficient. From there, the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I am an early riser. They had coffee 24-7 which was so nice to have before breakfast. The breakfast was very good and lastly, the parking was convenient and safe. I have had so many inferior experiences in hotels lately that this was a breath of fresh air. The staff deserves a hearty thank you.

Fantastic stay. Staff was upbeat and happy to see us, even though I booked just 30 minutes or so before showing up at 11pm (I was driving from key west-Indiana and got too tired to keep going). The room was ready, clean, and very comfortable. They had a lovely patio where we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast options were good in the morning, but if you stay on the first floor it can be very loud. You can hear doors slamming, people walking and talking and the ice machine especially if you are the end room next to the fire exit door but staff was great & nice. Nice to have microwave & fridge in room. The shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided for you! I would go back & request to stay on another floor. Check in and check out are easy.

Property was close to the event I was attending . Staff was friendly , room was clean and they had a nice quiet gym. I was able to work out without any interference. 24 hours coffee machine for the little pick me up was also great. Two gas stations less than 5 mins walk

The service was AMAZING! Fred was awesome. He checked in with us to make sure that we were satisfied. He was very friendly and exuded everything that a top tier customer service representative should. The only reason I gave this hotel 3 out of 5 stars is because it was not clean at all. Our hotel room floor was riddled with dirt on the floor, you could tell no one had bothered to sweep. The accent chair in the room had a dirt ball on the leg of the chair. There was hair in the bed before anyone laid in it. The refrigerator was rusted and the racks in the refrigerator were broken. The bathroom tub had a brown stain in it.. I hate to say I will not be booking here again. It's sad because the customer service was Amazing.

Excellent hotel. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very well run and everywhere is immaculately clean. Breakfast was good. It is a credit to the management of the hotel. Would recommend and definitely stay again if I needed to.

The cleanliness is what stood out for me. I could actually walk on the room floors with my bare feet! The location of this hotel was safe, quiet and the included morning breakfast was phenomenal. I assumed that the breakfast would consist of only the typical bagels and coffee but they went all out and included "real" food like pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, etc. The staff was super friendly and welcoming as well. If my wofe and i are ever in the area again in the future, this Holiday Inn will be our hotel of choice. Thank you!

The hotel was not very clean at all and had a strong moldy odor. Our room wasn’t very clean with stained sheets and hair on our pillows. The bathroom looked gross and the sink was clogged. We chose this location based on the good reviews and they all lied. This location needs a lot of work and improvement. Staff was kind and friendly when ever you could find someone.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. BUT the first room the fridge was leaking, was moved to a second room. That room was HOT finally cool down later in the night. Woke up the next morning to open the blinds and stepped into a large puddle of water from the AC unit.

The location is great and close to everything. Free parking and a good breakfast are a plus! However, when attempting to log into Netflix on the hotel TV, we were told Netflix on the TVs works in some rooms and others don't. No solution was offered. Upon check-in, the front desk receptionist also assumed I was 20 and was about to deny my check-in, when my ID clearly shows I am 21.

There was no ice machine on floor 4. Had to go to another floor for ice. Shower door kept opening while showering. Other than that, nice spacious room, clean and functional. Staff always helpful and friendly. I will use this hotel again.

This hotel was good. The only disappointing is where they put us to stay. The room was right next to the workout room and the door outside. There was a loud noise off and on. Otherwise thiscwas a good stay.

Housekeeping did not courtesy knock before attempting to enter our room. I was completely naked when a man put the keys in the door to enter at 10.am. Had I not been near the bathroom which is by the door, I would not have heard the keys opening the door, and he would have walked in on me. I placed the "I'm busy" door hanger on our door to prevent it from happening again. The next morning with the door hanger on the door, housekeeping atleast knocked before trying to enter, again, at 10 a.m. I had to yell "do not come in" from the bed for him to go away. So even the door hanger was not effective. This made me very uncomfortable as I have never been in a hotel where the staff did not confirm you were out of the room before coming in.

I also had a late flight out the following day and the staff were very kind and allowed me to stay on the premises after I had already checked out—special shout out to Fred who was very helpful at the front desk.

From the moment I came in Geraldine at the Holiday Inn Express at Destination Parkway in Orlando was so professional, kind and compassionate for my situation. Because Geraldine got me into my room i was able to make my business trip for my car on time and everything fell into place. I will only stay at Holiday Inn Express from now on. As a matter of fact the whole hotel staff was kind and very professional. My room was fresh and clean and I was very pleased with my stay.

We purposely set the alarm late (we arrived at 2 am). My son is only 13 so he needed the sleep. We came down for breakfast at 9:40. The machine to make pancakes was off and there was no more oatmeal left. We asked the lady to turn on the pancake machine and she raised her voice and said she was already cleaning. I reminded her that it was not 10 am yet and she needed to wait to clean. She proceeded to bring the pancake mix but made sure to tell me: "I am opening the bag just for YOU!" That was very rude but I still thanked her. It ruined my experience at the hotel

We were incredibly impressed with our stay ... from the friendliness and welcome at check-in to the breakfast which was very good - much, much better than most! The hotel itself as well as our room was very clean. The attentiveness at breakfast was beyond expectations - unnecessary but greatly appreciated! We travel often but have not stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses, but we will certainly be seeking them out based on this stay ... the bar was set high!
