Everything was great about this place. The bus stop is literally a 2-minute walk and the train station is right across the street but did not get bothered by the noise since the station is below street level (nit underground). They have rental bikes and the breakfast buffet is well worth it!!

This hotel was great! Not too expensive, good facilities and the bike rentals were very convenient. Only odd thing was there was a slight odor in the bathroom whenever we walked in. It wasn’t pungent or anything but it was noticeable.

Vi var en familie på 4 som hadde en overnatting. Rommet var relativt romslig, rent, fin utsikt og den eneste støyen vi hørte var fra trafikken hvis vinduet sto åpent. Nydelig frokost med godt utvalg i mat og drikke. Hyggelig betjening. Grei avstand til offentlig kommunikasjon. Det eneste som kan forbedres er heisene. De kunne med fordel vært større. Med oss 4 i heisen var det nesten ikke plass til flere, i alle fall ikke hvis noen hadde med koffert.

Disappointed in the hotel. Our “suite “ was basically two sets of double beds across from each other in the same room. There was just a dividing half wall between them. The bathroom could not be used without potentially waking up everyone in the suite. There are no solid doors in the place. So any light turned on lights throughout. No fitness area or other pluses. The noise from the subway is loud and without AC it was uncomfortable. The only plus is it’s a short walk to Tivoli and subway.

Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. centraal station. Musea en andere bezienswaardigheden binnen 20 minuten te voet te bereiken. Fijn dat er ook fietsen beschikbaar zijn via de receptie.

Allt var bra förutom att båda sängarna hade enorma fläckar av intorkad urin på sängbotten, som stack fram under bäddmadrassen. Gav ett väldigt orent intryck och drog ner hela upplevelsen. Förutom det, var alla trevliga, frukosten bra etc.

When assigned a room I was hit by a very strong smell of mildew when I opened the bathroom door. I immediately went to the lobby to let the staff know and was met with disdain and a reluctant promise to have housekeeping look at it. When I got back hours later the bathroom was still rancid and I complained again that it was not possible to sleep in a room that smells like mildew. The front desk made it very clear they had no real interest is helping but agreed to move me to the room next door. There was no smell but it was certainly dingy and poorly maintained. I travel full time and have never once complained and asked for an issue to be resolved so this was certainly a first. This would not he a hotel i would return to, even though the rest of the staff were lovely.

Small, but comfortable room. No air conditioning, but window opened wide to cool the room off. A lot of road noise, but they had earplugs on the bedside table! I didn't get the hotel breakfast, but it looked quite substantial. I was able to purchase coffee at the hotel desk. The hotel desk staff were efficient, professional, and very welcoming, especially the young lady from Croatia.

The reason for the 3 star review was I booked thinking there was air conditioning and there was not. The beds were also very comfortable but too soft for my back’s liking. If either of these things matter I would book elsewhere. The breakfast was amazing and all other aspects good.

Knappt fungerande wifi, ett hotell utan ac (varmt! Den inställda fläkten hjälper mycket lite, och med en trafikerad gara utanför var det inte ett alternativatt öppna fönstret), och alldeles för mjuka sängar. Men, bra läge med gångavstånd till både Tivoli och Ströget, superbra frukost, och rena fina rum.

Convenient Location, close to the main station and the old town, well maintained room. Helpful and polite receptionists. It was warm inside the room, needed to open the window but time to time noise came in because the hotel facing a big road. There are earplugs placed in the room for that. Wifi was a bit unstable.

Had a lovely stay at the Richmond hotel. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Met all our needs and requirements. Great location. If ever in Copenhagen again, we would definitely stay again. Shout out to Alexandra on receptionist for helping with arrangements and help with local transport (and taking some pics of us as a group)

We arrived very early in the morning and the front desk staff didn't hesitate to store our luggage until our room was ready. We had a suite, which accommodated our college aged daughter on a sofa bed and a separate room for my husband and me - draw back was no room darkening curtains. The sun comes up pretty early this time of year! While waiting for friends in the lobby, there were inexpensive options for a la carte beer/wine. Staff was very friendly!

En kvindelig receptionist gave en meget dårlig service i forbindelse med en ændring/udvidelse af reservationen over to dage fra 6 dobbeltværelser med et enkeltværelse. Ændringen bestod i udvidelse med et enkeltværelse, samt ændring af navn på dobbeltværelse til enkeltværelse. Dobbeltværelserne var booket til knap 1500 kr pr. dag, hvor enkeltværelset kom til at koste 2100 kr. pr. dag, hvilket ikke anses for rimeligt. Receptionisten besag ikke tilstrækkelig kompetance til at levere den nødvendige service.

Check in was very efficient, every staff membet was great throughout our stay. Room was small, having no a/c isn't usually an issue for us but with 4 people in a small space it was quite uncomfortable. The poor wifi was our biggest issue. Not being able to speak/read Danish, we were relying on planning our days online, and having only 1 english channel on TV meant that we had very little "entertainment" to wind down after our busy days. The breakfast was excellent. So many varied options, very attentive staff ensuring that everything was stocked, a very pleasant start to each day.

Jeg havde bl.a. valgt Richmond fordi jeg der ville have mulighed for at arbejde om aftenen med et super godt Wifi. Desværre et fuldstændig ubrugeligt wifi, - og det var nødvendigt at arbejde via mobilen for blot at sende lidt mails. Fine værelser, ok morgenmad, fin rengøring, men ikke særligt imødekommende receptionister.

Reception: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, we were greeted with happy smiles every morning. We didn’t have a mini fridge in our room but we had some snacks we wanted to bring back from our travels that needed to be refrigerated. The reception staff kindly kept our items in the fridge tor us. Room wise- the walls were super thin and we could hear our neighbours’ conversations and their (probably drunken) yelling. The bed consisted of a really soft mattress topper over another mattress which made it hard for both of us to sleep as we weren’t used to such a soft mattress. Multiple plug points available. Overall generally clean with free tea and coffee - water bottles free for first day only but tap water is safe to drink. Bathroom- there was a strong smell likely from the shower drain. The bathroom was cleanish with clean towels and okay toiletries. If not for the strong smell, it would have been a decent bathroom. For a budget stay, its fine. Very central location. 3 min walk to the nearest metro and 7-10 min walk from Tivoli Gardens and the central station. Overall, the helpful staff were the best part of the stay. Worst part is the bathroom smell.

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy! The location was perfect, only a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station and Tivoli gardens! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the room suites as I went with my son and we were able to have separate sleeping areas and the location was great right near Tivoli and the central train station - making it an ideal spot to get around. Riktigt sköna sängar, tyst och lugnt, fantastisk städning! Frukosten halvbra, kaffet smakade som om det stått för länge, osten hade torra kanter och sista dagen var nästan allt slut på frukosten en halvtimme innan det stängde. Synd man inte kunde cromecasta tvn på rummet. Annars bra!

Frokostmenyen er bra. Personalet har ikke lært å koke egg. Se på tilsvarende hotell som alle kan det! Det er mulig å lage både bløtkokte og hardkokte egg. De har ikke skjønt at man må spyle eggene med kaldt vann for å stoppe kokeprosessen . Det vil også gjøre det lettere å ta av skallet !
