Wir haben vier Tage in Chania verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Neben Erkundungen in Rethymnon, Santa Marina und Heraklion können wir nur sagen: Chania und Rethymnon sind sehr schön. Kreta zu erkunden macht wirklich Spaß. Dort gibt es sehr viele freundliche nette Leute und sehr gute Restaurants. Aus unserer Sicht ist das beste Restaurant das Vasiliko am alten Hafen. Das Morum City Hotel Chania liegt in einer idealen Lage, von wo aus man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann, darunter den Alte Hafen und die charmante Altstadt von Chania. Das Personal beim Check-in und beim Frühstück ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Zum Frühstück wird frisch gepressten Orangensaft, der köstlich schmeckt, sowie eine hervorragende Auswahl an Spiegelei, Käse, Tomaten und Gebäck angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sorgen dafür, dass immer ausreichend Käse und andere Speisen verfügbar sind. Die junge Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war sehr engagiert und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Glück, von Mittwoch bis Samstag immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel zu finden, der für Hotelgäste reserviert ist. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, im Hof zu parken. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das moderne und zweckmäßige Bad war sehr sauber, und die Reinigungskräfte leisten hervor

Servicen av personalen mycket bra! Bra gångavstånd till restauranger och shopping. 15 minuters promenad till bra badstrand med många restauranger. Det negativa med hotellrummet var att badrummet var så litet! Omöjligt att duscha utan att vattnet rann ut på golvet pga ingen dusch dörr! Ingen plats att sätta necessär etc. Parkering omöjlig utanför hotellet.P hus finns ett kvarter ifrån hotellet,ca 15 euro per dygn. Annars leta parkering runt om i kvarteren.

Ottima struttura, ma non è un 4 stelle, nelle vicinanze è impossibile parcheggiare e la struttura ha solo 3 posti auto da prenotare a 15€ al giorno, la colazione buona ma assolutamente non da 4 stelle, nota molto positiva è che in 2 minuti a piedi si è al porto veneziano

Had the most wonderful, convenient solo birthday trip during my stay. The location is so perfect; the charming streets of Chania are right outside your doorstep, close to beaches too. Really great its’ near the KTEL bus station which is so handy for transport to activities, beaches or the airport! The biggest shoutout and special thanks to Thaila on reception, she had such a wonderful energy and really helped me have a special day on my birthday; going as far as to treat me to a cake which was the loveliest surprise in my room. All the other staff were really friendly too. The breakfast is unreal, so delicious! Menu items were are really good prices though I didn’t try these. Room was really clean. The meeting room is lovely, and so is the gym I ran a couple times and did yoga. Really quite and peaceful. On my last day the hotel were kind enough to let me store my luggage there due to my late flight, and they even went as far as directing me to a hotel around the corner where I could shower at no cost! Definitely returning here!

Excellent hotel with great facilities that were extremely clean. However, the amazing staff made it extra special for us. Samantha, Tomas and the rest of the team made it extra special. Personalised gestures, great recommendations and their warmth made this stay very memorable.

Prima hotel wanneer je een paar nachten (2 max 3) in Chania verblijft. Ik was er voor zakelijke doeleinden en dan is dit hotel prima. Douche is alleen wat krap (smal) maar het water is perfect. Bedden liggen goed en de scjhoonmaak is uitstekend. Ontbijten echter pas vanaf half acht wat helaas voor mij (wel betaald) twee keer te laat was. Parkeren is hier echter wel dramatisch. parkeergarage is wel redelijk dichtbij maar prijzig. verder is op straat parkeren gratis...maar vind maar eens een plekje.

Was a lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean, delicious breakfast and super close to the bus… my only complaint, and it’s a very minor one, was, the space between the foot of the bed and the wall was sooooo tight. To go from one side of the room to the bathroom, you almost had to turn sideways to pass the foot of the bed.

Warm welcome on arrival; immaculately clean room (shame about the view from 310 and, I imagine 309 and 308 plus similar outlooks on 2nd and 4th floor) towards a workshop area) Some things just are as they are. Bed was very firm; linens very crisp and clean; towels huge and shower very powerful. Toiletries were citrus//olive oil/ honey based and lovely. Breakfast was excellent - freshly squeezed orange juice and home made granola were highlights and tea in a teapot! Access point to Old city of Chania was just a block away(supermarket on the corner). Bus station 2 blocks away. Location perfect for exploring. All staff were great, but Thalia and Samantha gave us recommendations to some of the best(and not expensive) restaurants to try. Our city break with a historical emphasis became a gastronomic adventure.

The location was perfect for us. It was a 5 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Breakfast was included with our stay, the buffet had both cold and hot food options. We had pizza in the dining area and it was very good, enough for 2 of us and prices were good. The staff were excellent, very helpful.
The location was perfect for us. It was a 5 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Breakfast was included with our stay, the buffet had both cold and hot food options. We had pizza in the dining area and it was very good, enough for 2 of us and prices were good. The staff were excellent, very helpful.

Had the most wonderful, convenient solo birthday trip during my stay. The location is so perfect; the charming streets of Chania are right outside your doorstep, close to beaches too. Really great its’ near the KTEL bus station which is so handy for transport to activities, beaches or the airport! The biggest shoutout and special thanks to Thaila on reception, she had such a wonderful energy and really helped me have a special day on my birthday; going as far as to treat me to a cake which was the loveliest surprise in my room. All the other staff were really friendly too. The breakfast is unreal, so delicious! Menu items were are really good prices though I didn’t try these. Room was really clean. The meeting room is lovely, and so is the gym I ran a couple times and did yoga. Really quite and peaceful. On my last day the hotel were kind enough to let me store my luggage there due to my late flight, and they even went as far as directing me to a hotel around the corner where I could shower at no cost! Best location in Chania if you want to be close to the center and the beach. The staff is ever so helpfull beyond expectation. Always smiling and accommodating. When I found my mattress to hard, they immediately gave me a top mattress. I stayed for ten days and each day same high level of service and always greeted with a smile. One day I received a handwritten personal greeting, not just a generic but personal. Meant a lot to me. The breakfast buffet was to everyone’s liking with a great variety offered. Lovely stay with spacious rooms and balconies. Breakfast was superb with multiple choices. Location was perfect… a three minute walk two the old town walls. Plenty of shopping and tavernas right outside. Highly recommend the stay.

Very nice hotel that is very close to both the Venetian port and the Ktel bus terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage while we toured around before moving on to our next destination. Breakfast was included and there was a nice variety of foods, all very tasty.

Warm welcome on arrival; immaculately clean room (shame about the view from 310 and, I imagine 309 and 308 plus similar outlooks on 2nd and 4th floor) towards a workshop area) Some things just are as they are. Bed was very firm; linens very crisp and clean; towels huge and shower very powerful. Toiletries were citrus//olive oil/ honey based and lovely. Breakfast was excellent - freshly squeezed orange juice and home made granola were highlights and tea in a teapot! Access point to Old city of Chania was just a block away(supermarket on the corner). Bus station 2 blocks away. Location perfect for exploring. All staff were great, but Thalia and Samantha gave us recommendations to some of the best(and not expensive) restaurants to try. Our city break with a historical emphasis became a gastronomic adventure.
