Will never stay here again, heater would kick on and off and the kids said the pool was cold. We were running late and get a call at11:08 to get out. I worked at a hotel before so I left the room clean but don’t think I would get any credit, I think the Hampton thinks they’re so uppity up. I will never stay there again!!!

This is a nice new hotel near St. Bonaventure University. We came with extended family for a basketball game and enjoyed our comfortable stay. The only negative was that the pool was closed for cleaning, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault; a guest was sick in the pool.

The pool was unavailable due to someone’s kid pooping in the pool. They only told us after we checked in and my family was so looking forward to using the pool. No comps or anything to make up for it, not even a free water. Noisy hotel due to wedding. Very dissatisfied

This is a brand new hotel and has that "brand new room smell" when you walk in! We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and the beautiful walk in shower and the well appointed fixtures. Nice bright hallway and lobby too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also situated far enough away from any heavily traveled roads that the room felt extra quiet for good sleeping!

This newly built hotel is immaculate and located less than a mile off the 417. The rooms are large with a great layout. The bathroom has a large mirror and lots of counter space. Also has a unique counter with sink for serving drinks and coffee. Only 20 minutes to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville and has many restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful and Wendy was very accommodating. Lots of parking on all sides of the hotel that allows for easy room access.

Facility and room were reasonably clean (I'm very picky) and the breakfast options were good. Three dislikes: 1) the heat / A/C unit is disabled so that the fan cannot run continuously, only when actually heating or cooling. I would suggest that guests bring their own fan for white noise / air flow in the room. 2) The sink design is absurd as it does not allow one to wash their hands under the faucet, which is mounted too close to the edge of the too shallow sink. 3) Some of the 110 v outlets are so worn that anything plugged in doesn't make electrical contact. You may think your phone is charging when it is not. This is a simple ,maintenance item that needs to be addressed. Thanks!

Relatively new property so everything appears neat and clean. Just two comments: First, we were told at check in that our room would be serviced during our 2-night stay, but after being gone for nearly 12 hours and returning at 7 pm our room had not been serviced. Second, the design of the bathroom sink and faucet was puzzling as the sink is very shallow and the faucet very low so one cannot wash their hands without contacting the sink, countertop, and faucet and splashing water all over. I had to wonder if whoever designed this setup has ever used a sink before.

We did not like the bathroom sink. It was too shallow to use with the faucet head. We did not like the sliding bathroom door as it was easy to pinch a finger in it. We did like the beds and the room temperature control was great. The pull down window shade was very good at keeping the room dark. Breakfast staff was cheerful and efficient.

We cannot stress enough how thorough and accommodating the staff was in checking us in. We had a last minute adjustment we urgently needed rectified. Desk Manager Taylor and Carlos went above and beyond in addressing our needs and concerns, making the check in process and stay stress free! There is no other hotel chain we will ever consider in the future.

It was okay.. the hotel was well taken care and clean. Breakfast was surprising in that it wasn't even warm at times.. and they ran out of food a couple of times. Someone didn’t figure in the amount of people that were staying there.
