I loved my stay. Free parking, beautiful city and bay views, friendly staff, private, lovely pool/hot tub area, well equipped gym, and I felt safe and welcomed. Definitely will stay here again.

The property was great. Hotel staff was amazing. Location and area was perfect. My only complaint was my room was a private residence, 1407-2, and the floor was very dirty. The only reason I know was that my bare feet turned black walking around the room barefoot. I would definable get a new cleaner. That floor hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Makes me wonder what else was neglected. If that is addressed it would be a great stay.

I really enjoyed the condo . Staff is very nice and friendly. Floors of condo were dirty and half of the elevators were not functional. But the views were breath taking and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Shower is exceptional. I loved the coffee offered and the convenience of it being at coconut grove.

There were bed bugs in the room, my friend went to the doctor and they diagnosed bed bug bites. They are all over her body, not clear and definitely unsanitary.

Room was very dated and falling apart, hair in shower and coffee maker that didn’t work. No soap at basin, no shower soap/gel in shower. NO SOAP period. Balcony space barely fitted one chair, cigar smoke from room next door filtered in.

The property overall seems like a nice place to stay. Not too fond of the minimal parking spots available requiring us to park in a "blank" spot. Our biggest problem was having roaches in our room and having to kill them daily! During check out, after notifying front desk, they advised they would've gotten us another room not knowing the room we booked was through a private third party and would've been difficult to accomplish.

Great location in Coconut Grove, which is on the edge of a huge renaissance (has plenty of restaurants and shops open with much more under construction). Rooms were spacious with a walk in closet and a loud inroom fridge, but decor a little dated and tired - bathroom needs renovation and outlets inconvenient for charging phones, etc. No extra charge for garage parking but turns and spaces are very tight so don't bring a large vehicle. Housekeeping was spotty, missed at least one day so we ran out of coffee and front desk didn't have any to give. Tile floors were filthy and turned bare feet black. We didn't use the pool or gym, but a rather lively crowd each day seemed to be enjoying it. Do be aware this is a party part of town! We could hear the next room's tv pretty clearly so if someone was having a party in the hotel you would definitely know it - a man in the lobby was complainig bitterly to the front desk about a party on the floor below his room and got only a shrug from the clerk. But overall, we thought the value was there in high season and would stay again.

Room was pretty spacious and bed was comfortable. Spent 4 nights, but only had the room serviced once due to managing to not being out of the room early enough or whatever. Room had a small balcony which we went on a couple times, but weather wasn’t great for spending a bunch of time out there. Tile flooring probably not well installed since there were a number of cracked tiles around the room and bathroom which probably speaks to the general quality of the remodel. Facility is a combination of hotel and condos and the residents always seemed very friendly in the elevators. Elevators seemed a bit aged. There were a number of times when voices and noises carried into the room. There seemed to be some sorts of work being done somewhere although I didn’t see it. Upper level of the parking levels had a bunch of ceiling jacks along one end. Onsite parking was nice, but a bit narrow in spots.

The room was nice, but they made the walls paper thin, so you can hear every word and movement of your neighbors. So, no matter how nice the place seems, the fact that I couldn't sleep because i could hear the neighbors all night just made this place not worth the money I spent.

The room was serviceable but signs of wear were evident -- chipped paint, missing baseboard. The TV was a nightmare to operate. The cable box was balanced on top of the wall mounted TV and never offered any of the promised options on either remote. Wi-Fi was unreliable so thankfully I had other options. I did not realize that housekeeping was not included so it was a bit disappointing to come back after a day of meetings to an unmade bed and wet towels. Front desk wasn’t sure if this was included so gave me a number to call. The message simply said the person wasn’t available. On a positive note -- the room had everything basic you need. The gym didn’t open until 6ish meaning I was unable to use the facilities before having to leave for my meetings. Location is wonderful and front desk was as helpful as they were able to be.

The best part of this place is the balcony view of the water and the lush green trees of coconut grove neighborhood. The place was also very clean. However, I think I was given in a wheelchair accessible room because the standing shower didn't have much to keep water from going outside the shower floor so I was constantly needing to mop up the overflow after each shower with the towels they provided. The other thing that was frustrating is that any time I wanted to speak to the front desk, I had to go down to the desk from the 17th floor (which on the elevator could be a while wait than normal because a lot of pleople are using it) for any questions because the phone was not working.

This Air BnB has amazing views of the water and The Grove downtown area. Easy parking and everything was walkable. Great location. Unfortunately, the late night street noise / racing made sleeping very challenging. It of control of the property but disappointing that the locals have no respect for people that stay / live right off the main road.

The phones in the rooms were non functional. I had to use the phone in the hallway next to the elevator. But other than that, the room was perfect for me and my girlfriend and the balcony view was amazing! Pool view and ocean view seeing the sunrise and sunset! The pic i uploaded was the view from the gym upstairs.

Internet is TERRIBLE! If you need to use internet, you need Hotspot or something other than their internet. If you call the hotel directly from outside the hotel one will pick up the phone. Otherwise average. FYI only 2 washers and dryers available luckily no one was using when we were there.

Upon arrival, I was told my reservation was cancelled after we drove 13 hours from New Orleans to Miami for a birthday trip ! Susette picuoe or however you spell her name , is the property manager, she informed the lady at front desk it was nothing she could do because we arrived at 10:30pm instead of 4-6pm at check in time , she sold our room even though we had already reserved it through Expedia! We contacted her numerous of times with the business card the staff gave us. No answer or returned call til this day. It’s sad, unprofessional and inhumane to allow your tourist guests to have to find another hotel because yours is sold out and you are absolutely the worst host ever for cancelling a reservation without first contacting me ! I hope god deals with you and all the staff that continued to lie and say it was nothing that could be done .

Upon my arrival at 12:45pm , I was advised that my room was being cleaned and that it will be available shortly. A hour later, I was told that my room was still being cleaned. An hours after that, I was told that my room was still being cleaned. 45 minutes after that, my spouse asked about the room and made a fuss over, it wasn’t until then that I was told that check in wasn’t until 4pm! If that was the case, why didn’t you tell me that from the start?! During our stay, the restaurant was closed and under construction. Also the parking here is a nightmare!

What really made our stay here so stellar was the wonderful staff at the front desk. I am so sorry I did not get the names of the folks who were so attentive and reassuring. I have elderly parents who were probably quite needy and the staff were patient and generous with their time and assistance. Also the person who oversaw breakfast was above and beyond. At first, I resented paying and giving a tip prior to getting service. But after the first day, I had no hesitation. We will be back!!

Hi, I booked this room (Airbnb as per hotel lobby staff) and let me start off by saying the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The number provided by hotel.com and their direct line- I am unable to get in touch with anyone.it took me 3 days to get a person from the lobby. Once I finally got in touch with them, I needed to let them know that we need a baby crib which they provided. Other than that, the bathroom sink kept clogging up since day 1 and the AC vents were broken and it was extremely uncomfortable the first two nights for my family including my 1 year old. We didn’t sleep and it RUINED our trip. Lastly, when I asked them questions, they were reluctant on answering them clearly. (Maybe a language barrier) and when I checked out the staff at the lobby counter was SO rude. He said “give me the key” shouting and I decided to walk away after shouting back “your welcome!”. Also, everything’s under renovation and this building is extremely dated. Never staying here again.

IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Doesn’t help that the staff in the lobby could be more attentive/knowledgable, even if the units are managed by a different team/position. All they do is give the card of who to contact and you don’t hear back. Phone or email. Elevators take very long.

Hotel is dated and under remodel. Manager on site was missing and could not resolve an issue with my booking. I booked two rooms in one reservation and they could not find the second room. When I asked for a late checkout at 5am they said I would have to call after 7am to do so. I said that I was early for the 7am. No need to go to sleep for 2 hours to then wake up to ask if I can check out after 11am. So frustrated I went back to my room packed and just went home. I paid $200 to be able to take a shower at this hotel.

Front desk girl was unfriendly, did not even mention that restaurant on a property was closed, and room did not have any information abt the property. Dust under the bed, dirty doors with the stains to a balcony, coffee machine in a room did not work, TV either ( could not connect to internet), gym floors are dusty - housekeeping can do better job at this hotel! Rooms are spacious, nice view, excellent location and parking - big plus

The staff at private oasis at Arya are excellent. They are very friendly, efficient and professional. We ordered taxi to the airport, the staff arranged it on time and called us 20 minutes before departure. The view is amazing, we saw sailing races and beautiful sunset and sunrise. My wife was very sick due to food poisoning and the staff arranged a quick check in so she can rest. We will be back next time we are in coconut grove.

This hotel is located in the Coconut Grove area which is so beautiful. The area around the hotel is gorgeous beautiful homes, you have the Trolley system close by, the Metro system a 20 minute walk away, and other Omni system a 5 minute walk. Plus, great shops and food are within walking distance. If you don’t have a car the beach is a bit of a hike on public transportation, but doable. The property itself is very well maintained and the pool was a a great treat in the evening since it is heated. I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room I stayed in. The the kitchen sink and refrigerator needs some repairs, but I’m sure their maintenance staff will be on it once the room is unoccupied. My only complaint is the slow elevators, but my stay, the staff and the area was great. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Great views and walkable to all the great places in Coconut Grove. Service was excellent and room was super clean and comfortable. Only one minor issue with the electronic blinds but the staff responded right away.

The internet was terrible. It was so poorly functioning that we had to go to Starbucks to get some decent Wi-Fi. The permanent residents there apparently do get decent Wi-Fi, so why is the Wi-Fi for the hotel guests second rate. We were also supposed to get $25 meal vouchers but we were told they no longer do that. BTW, the hotel website still states that there is a restaurant.

Love everything about it except no place to eat restaurant close down for renovation that was kind of an inconvenience for me and no place to eat by the pool no place to get drinks. That kind of was a bummer. Had to go out if I wanted to eat and out if I wanted to drink.

The hotel is a mixture of hotel rooms and privately owned, but hotel managed rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent, with numerous eats and shopping in area. Service and maintenance are good, but no breakfast facility. All in all, a very good place to stay.
