Your website says it is a 15 minute walk into central Oxford, totally wrong!! It was at least half an hour at pace, it is 1.9 miles. Expensive parking. We arrived at 12.00 and spoke with the receptionist who said we could leave the car in the car park and pay when we checked in later. When we came back to the hotel about 7.00, we were told that there was no spaces for us to park, and we that had to park elsewhere, even though the car was parked there.

For a budget hotel, this was great. Just one thing would have made our stay better - a kettle in the room or even just the possibility of borrowing one now and then.

We had a great stay at Easyhotel Oxford. Nice, clean et good service frome Diana. We appreciate our stay. 10 min bus from Oxford University. But it will cost you 15 pounds sterling per day for the parking.

Easy check in, though I think £15 for 1 nights parking was a bit steep. We just wanted a bed for the night with no frills. The room was clean and tidy. The en-suite looked as if it was newly refurbished and had nice toiletries supplied. I would have liked a hand towel and another bath towel as there was only one between the two of us. But all in all, it provided what we needed for a one night stay.

Just a bit too basic for me. A kettle isn’t too much to ask for. Or a hair dryer. Rooms are small which is fine and reception is friendly. You have to pay checkout past 10 and pay for hot water at reception. Parking is £15 a day. Dogs have to be under a certain size. It’s the EasyJet experience for the night. Not for me.

Really clean and lovely bathroom but there was no hairdryer as listed. And I know it’s been mentioned before but the rooms definitely need either a kettle or mini fridge as there is really nothing at all in the room, I understand it’s budget but I would happily pay what it would cost to run a cheap kettle. The only drinks machine was downstairs in the reception area and it was not working properly.

This hotel was the most epitome of "it was clean" - no b lls and whistles, very small room, not even tea and coffee in the room, but spotlessly clean, quiet and comfy, absolutely fine for a place to crash after work. Ideal if you're on a budget and need something simple.

The room was very clean and well-maintained as was the rest of the hotel even the stairway. Staff were very nice. Convenient location for us. We've stayed before so know the area. Good food options that are very near. We'd stay again.

bed was rock solid only had 1 towel when we arrived so had to go ask for another pillows were flat and super uncomfy our room the heating didn’t work we put it up as high as we could but it was only going us cold air so we was freezing cold all night left with the worst cold and sore throat shower still had hair so hadn’t been cleaned fully

This is a budget hotel barely above hostel quality and conditions. The rooms are minuscule and there is no closet, nowhere to put your suitcase except on the bed, and only two hooks on which to hang anything. The room and property in general seemed to be a new build so looked nice on the surface, but the room was not clean (hair on the bed and stains on the linens, dirt on the floor) and the hallways were totally filthy the entire time. I appreciate their eco friendly approach, but that means that you need to go down to the desk for any service at all, including to borrow a hair dryer. No phone in the room and some of the outlets did not work. It is cheap compared to others in Oxford but if you want to feel relaxed and clean, pay more and go somewhere else.

The hotel is very convenient, and for a short stay was fine. I was travelling with a friend and the twin room was extremely small - with very little space for bags and hanging clothing. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

Easyhotel is a budget option and I've stayed in other easyhotels before, so was not expecting much. However, this time the price was not budget and the room was TINY. Could barely shuffle around the bed (which was small) There were no amenities in the room, not even the remote for the TV. If you're paying budget prices, it's great, if you're not paying budget price, it's a difficult pill to swallow

The room was a bit small for two people, with no space to comfortably open a suitcase. It’s more suitable for a one-night stay. However, the location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly—special thanks to the staff who kindly picked up and kept my earphones that I left on the bed.

The smallest room we ever stayed in. Hardly any walkingspace around the bed, no chair, no space to put your luggage.. We stayed three nights, the room was not serviced once. One towel for two persons at arrival, luckily we got some more at the reception. The hotel was said to be located in the center, well, that was not the case! The room and bathroom was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, a minute walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review is that the room even though it had a small window, it was not possible to open it and let fresh air in so it could get quite warm and dry. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

Staff helped us check in so was really easy. Nice and friendly staff happy to give out extra pillows and towels. Dirty towels removed from outside room when dirty. Aircon noisy and only went down to 19 degrees so hot in room all night. Ear plugs needed because of noise of aircon. Storage only under bed very little space to move around in. Stayed 3 nights but that's probably the most we could have stayed in those conditions. Great location for buses into Oxford and good shops, bars and restaurants near by.

The rooms are tiny, you'll struggle to swing a gerbil let alone a cat in the rooms! None of the sockets worked in the room and had to be reported to reception. Twice! So, no power to charge phones, watches etc. Whilst the big towels were lovely, one hand towel would have been welcome. The shower gel was quite nice though. Parking is very limited and we ended up parking on the road and in P&D car parks quite a walk away

The Hotel was clean, bright & tidy. The receptionist was very friendly as she directed me through the touchscreen check in. The room was bright with attractive stencil decor. The only down size was that the room was tiny. The room was just the size of the bed. The TV was too high on the wall so O had to lie back in bed to watch it. The bathroom again was clean but very small. The bed was comfortable but the whole room made me feel claustrophobic. Plenty of EV chargers in the car park.

I’ve stayed at easyHotel Oxford twice now and I would highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and do a great job! The area is great and very walkable with frequent buses to the city Centre. Leen is a top notch employee!

We were locked out of our room for 6 hours without our phones or money. Was checking hourly with reception on updates for someone who was going to come open the door Maintence team? Then someone else? Then a lock smith, was told will be here soon every time we checked in with them. We missed our dinner reservations and got back in to our room at 11pm luckily there was a food truck which is where we finally got some dinner. Felt like the staff were fobbing us off and not really bothered to much about us - being 3 months pregnant and worrying if we will ever get in our room again or eating dinner! We was also told we would get an email? From management in relation to compensation but 3 days have passed and no contact from anyone at the hotel. There was no management on site over the weekend which we found strange nor contact with them about this terrible situation.

Very easy to find and easy to find, just up from the main town of Oxford. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and soundproof room meant for a great sleep. Very clean and while it was not a big room, it was well thought out design with under bed storage for luggage, charging ports by both beds and bedside table shelves. Great value for money.

I booked two nights at Easy Hotel Oxford (Summertown) at short notice for a hospital visit to OUH nearby. It was excellent value, the room was perfect for my needs to dock-up, rest / sleep and make a quick exit for hospital each morning and its located an ideal high street in Oxford with an excellent range of independent and corporate restaurants and retailers. The hotel is staffed (which is reassuring for left luggage and parking queries etc) and one of the reception staff in particular - Aura - was extraordinarily helpful in helping me during a temporary disability with my possessions and food deliveries with kindness and friendliness. It was altogether a perfect experience.

When I checked in I was given a room that was already occupied! This was a pain as we had to go back a nd source another room. This room had a large damp patch on the ceiling and no space to put our bags. By this time we were late for the wedding so didn’t make a fuss. Bed was comfortable! We slept and left!

This is a reliable and much-needed budget option in Oxford. Looks quite far out of the centre - technically true, but it’s on a well-served bus route into town so that’s not a major concern. The hotel is perfectly fine! Nice rooms! Good internet! What lets everything down is the staff’s inability to process payments and print invoices for what I imagine is a hotel that gets lots of business users!! I currently have 3 ‘pending’ payments on my credit card totalling nearly £600 for a £213 stay! I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training for the staff or something else! But it’s highly frustrating And because of this I have cancelled all future bookings, and wont stay at EasyHotel again!

The room was fine and very clean, but it is very small and there is no chair to sit in or table to put things on. There aren’t even plastic glasses in the bathroom, but they did let me use two paper coffee cups from the lobby. The parking set up was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It was also very convenient to shops and a short bus ride from the City Centre and colleges. Good value for the money.

Really good value basic hotel in Oxford. The rooms are very small but comfortable. With a nice bathroom and good power outlets and usb by the bed. There’s no table so it’s not really a room you can do much work in but it’s quiet and I had a good nights sleep It’s not in the city centre so you’d need to take into account getting a bus - but it’s easy to get to and the summertown area is lovely with lots of shops and cafes

The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, a minute walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review is that the room even though it had a small window, it was not possible to open it and let fresh air in so it could get quite warm and dry. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

I booked two nights at Easy Hotel Oxford (Summertown) at short notice for a hospital visit to OUH nearby. It was excellent value, the room was perfect for my needs to dock-up, rest / sleep and make a quick exit for hospital each morning and its located an ideal high street in Oxford with an excellent range of independent and corporate restaurants and retailers. The hotel is staffed (which is reassuring for left luggage and parking queries etc) and one of the reception staff in particular - Aura - was extraordinarily helpful in helping me during a temporary disability with my possessions and food deliveries with kindness and friendliness. It was altogether a perfect experience.

A bit pricey for a small room BUT it was IMMACULATE with a great bed and a perfect shower! My work took me very nearby in Summertown and the bus transport to the train station is very convenient. There are cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel, and a very useful Sainsbury's across the road. Could NOT have fit the bill better.

I had a day meeting down Norham Gardens and Summerton is walkable. This is a hotel that is high spec in many ways but is cheap because there are no extras like breakfast. We stay 1 night while visiting Oxford. Hotel location was good few restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bus stop close by into city centre. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Carpark £15 a night. The place is adequate for casual staying. The good point for this budget hotel is that it's so convenient that you can get food and supermarket within a walking distance, and bus stop close by to get you to Oxford city or out of it.
