⭐ Very disappointing stay – poor value for money. We stayed at easyHotel Oxford for two nights (29–30 October 2026), paying £218.06 including parking. The room was tiny, and the rock-hard double bed was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept properly. Despite being a size 8 and size 10, we could barely turn over comfortably. The room was unbearably hot, but the ventilation unit was so noisy it sounded like stones being thrown around. I have video evidence. The shower was extremely weak, we received just one towel between two people, and the cleaner dismissively shooed me towards his trolley when I asked for another. There was also prolonged noise outside, bright light coming under the door at night and a badly distorted mirror. Your slogan is “Super easy, great-value and comfort that counts” – sadly, our stay was none of these. I complained directly and gave the hotel a chance to resolve matters. After several emails, my last message went unanswered, and I received just £35 back. I understand this is a budget hotel, but £218.06 for two nights is not cheap. Budget accommodation should still provide basic comfort, decent facilities and respectful service. For the price paid, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again.

It was great, had everything we needed, super clean and the people at the desk were super nice. 30 min walk to oxford or you can take the bus for 5 pounds for a day paas or 2.80 single ride. You catch the bus right outside the hotel.

The hotel is located 1.7miles to the centre of Oxford. Which is lovely, if like me you love walking!! It is in the great location of Summer Town with a parade of shops for restaurants, coffee shops and local supermarkets. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with clean towels, toilet paper and shower gel. However, there were only 2 hangers to hang either a coat or handbag. There was no other furniture or hanging space and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Parking is on a first come first served basis - I would advise arriving there before 11am when check out is to grab a space. Once you've paid £15 per night, the parking is guaranteed to be yours, even if you decide to drive somewhere else and then return, you'll find a space.
