I loved how nicely each common area and bedroom was appointed; it was really modern, chic and classy. Their free breakfast was tasty with different options. The only negative is that parking is very limited so you need to go to the nearby parking garage, that's why there's a $12 parking fee per day. Oh, the beds were VERY comfortable. The staff was very accommodating which is a plus so overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are kind and helpful. The elevator was out of service for a little while so we had to walk around the building in the cold to access stairs. We are on the 5th floor, so that wasn't fun.

The property is nice and quiet. The continental breakfast is very decent. But be careful when they send you to park at the garage when their parking lot is full. I was told go park at the garage and the hotel will validate the ticket. Actually, they did validate my ticket, so I can exit the garage. But they charged my credit card after. I called the hotel multiple times to get a credit back. But the manager never took it serious. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get back my money.

Disappointed with breakfast. As a non-egg eater, I had no meat option because only meat was in a prepared omelet .I decided on cheerios, which were stale and I had to throw out more than 1/2of the carton of milk because pouring a small amount from a pitcher was not an option. Also, I understand the lack of clean bed linens and towels, but since my room was not attended to during my two day stay, I had to go down to the desk to get refills on coffee, cups, and bathroom supplies. And I had to make my own bed.

The pillows were so hard and too big I left with a pain in my neck. When we came back in the evening our room was not cleaned and the towels were wet. $700 for 2 nights and parking was not included. I had to pay an additional $26 to park my car on the property. We had to inform the desk to send fresh bath towels when this should have been done. Never again will stay or spend my hard earned money at a Marriott Fairfield .

We were there for 3 days room was never cleaned after we asked for it, had to call for towels and face cloths all 3 days. The 5th floow smelled like weed which made our room stink if you can find free parking around the hotel use it if not they tell you to go to parking lot and they would validate it never told you that they charge your room. And all this for $279.00 a night parking

No housecleaning for a 3 night stay, even after asking. After the second day they dropped off towels but did nothing else: didn’t empty garbage can, make beds etc. There was never a garbage can in the bathroom. In a noisy area, next to freeway. Woken up early. Wasn’t worth the price of $330 a night.

Pros: Comfy Bed. Nice bathroom. Sufficient breakfast. You're very close to all the tourist attractions in Boston. Cons: Parking can potentially be inconvenient. If there's not a spot near the hotel, enjoy the walk to a parking garage. Especially when it's cold n' rainy. We stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come to our room. We literally had to call the front desk to have trash taken away. Staff was informed and apologized. Extra: The room wasn't big enough for parents and a 19 year old.

The Fairfield Inn was clean and a convenient location for our purposes, however, our room seemed extremely small. We stayed in a double queen room that had barely any space to walk around the beds and there was no space for suitcases. We have stayed at The TownePlace Suites, which is literally the same building, so you are paying for the same location, amenities, staff, etc. but the room sizes are so drastically different that I will not book a Fairfield room again.

It was fine except all the rooms face onto a very busy loud highway. Even though I had earplugs in I was awakened at 6AM by loud trucks even though I was on the 7th floor. Don't come here if you're used to a quiet sleeping environment.

I did not like the fact that I got there and my room was incorrect and I had to move into a different room the next night or two nights later. I also had to keep on checking on the room switch with the staff and they never seem to leave messages for the next shift but seems like they were going to pass it on

We had great service through our stay. 1st we got there late forgetting to check in but the staff there took care of everything for us and we ask for pack and play for our little one and he went across the street to go get one and bring it up to our room. We enjoy everything and will come back.

Overall the hotel was nice. I booked a double queen room 2 weeks prior to arrival only to find out that my reservation was canceled due to them overbooking. I was able to get another room but had to downsize to a single king room for me and my 17 yo son. And not to mention I had to pay an incidental deposit of $110 that I still have not received back.

A bit out of the way from most attractions but very convenient to T stop and lots of amenities in the area. If you want to save a few dollars and don’t mind taking a little extra time this is the hotel for you.

The hotel is close to Boston downtown. The check-in was quick and easy. There’re several restaurants nearby for dinner and snacks. Parking was across the building with a $12 fee. The beds were comfortable, but the pillow were not. There was some noise from the nearby traffic, but wasn’t too terrible. The breakfast was complimentary, but not too many choices to eat. We may stay here again next time because the of the price, but may want to stay in the downtown area hotel. It was a satisfactory one night stay. I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Boston.
