The hotel was close to transportation; there is only a long skywalk to the train. There is a public parking area connected to the skywalk, and parking places are constantly available. You should return the ticket to the hotel each night to pay. Breakfast was excellent, with toast, crumbled eggs, yogurt, and fruit among the many options. The hotel was clean and safe. We felt very comfortable in the room I liked the cabinet it was modern and functional. There were additional office rooms and spaces in the hotel, as well as a fitness center.

Enjoyed our stay at TownePlace Suites in Medford. It was a great location for the Tufts graduation. I would stay here again as it was very convenient to campus as well as for excursions into Boston. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was a pain. The need to use your key to go up and down for every floor was problematic - especially since we were all on different floors. The swipe was sensitive and often didn't work the first attempt and then if your hands were full you had to set everything down to swipe and then press the floor button and if you didn't do it fast enough you then had to try again. It was a total nuisance!!

This was my third stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, you need additional outside parking spaces. I did not feel safe parking in the garage at night.

At first parking seemed to be a disappointment as there didn’t seem to be enough spots right outside the hotel but then discovered that the lot across the street had plenty of spots with easy in and out process.

The staff at front desk were all extremely friendly. The girl at the breakfast was also very friendly and polite. The place was overall very good and clean. The room could use a little more attention to the details in cleaning for example: the sink was stained dark and some dishes was not well washed. If you are using the sofa as a bed is very comfortable but if you open it to be a bigger bed it still had “memories” from other guests like tags and pens. If you not looking at the details it is indeed very clean. But if you look at the corners you will see some old dust. Since everything else was very clean and the people were nice I would go back for sure.

Poorly run hotel; seemed to be a corporate or management problem. We asked for our room to be cleaned after a couple days out of a 5 night stay. We were told we could not have a daily cleaning. Then we kept being told that the room would be cleaned when we got back from being out for the day, but it never was. We were repeatedly promised and yet nothing, and our room had trash and used towels piling up. We never got any cleaning, which is gross for a 5 night, 6 day stay. The staff was apologetic and there were cleaning staff that we did see seemed busy trying to keep up with cleaning when rooms were being vacated. Either they aren't being given enough hours to clean regularly or they're understaffed. I certainly won't be back and I'm skeptical of the brand now.

Great Hotel ! Rooms are very Nice and this past weekend we stayed in a little Suite , it had a full size Fridge and a dishwasher , and Stove top Burner , not they we used them but was very surprised to see all those in a Hotel room. Very Close to Encore and The airport .

Too expensive for what it offers. The bedrooms are small, the mattress has lumps, you can hear the noise from the road through the night, the shower is weak and water only warm ( not hot) all that for over 300 dollars is too much. Not happy with the experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

A great affordable property in a good location with a few bars & restaurants nearby & train station into the city. The king studio room was clean, spacious with good air on, comfy bed & good modern shower. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend & use again.

Comfortable "suite". The king room has a bed and a less than comfortable sofa, a desk and an arm chair. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and a microwave...dishes for 4. First, I want to say Sophia is something else, her customer service was on a hundred. Very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Loved how she welcomed us and made our check in experience lovely. Loved our room and amenities. Will be coming back again.

The staff were outstanding. Requested early check in and was accommodated. Offered a place to relax for 30 minutes while room was cleaned. Front desk was helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Overall it’s been the most pleasant hotel stay I’ve had in the last couple years. Kudos staff.

We stayed there about a month ago and besides some issues inside our room it was overall good. Most bc the front staff was great so we came back. This time our toilet wasn’t working and even though we asked no one came (different front desk) also that wasn’t water pressure on the shower. So I not coming back

We went to the bar for a pre dinner drinks. The bartender wouldn’t even look at us and made us feel like we shouldn’t be there. No personality and discouraging. We had the drinks and left.

Great location to see Boston! 596 steps from the front door of the hotel to the subway ticket booth (yes... I counted). Orange line - Wellington station - four stops from North station. Clean. New. Great breakfast with lots of options. Our family of 4 loved it all!

Close to subway station (orange line - Wellington stop), clean, safe, quiet, good internet. Close to Assembly which has restaurants, stores, and a riverside park (1 subway station away, or 20 minutes walking over the bridge). It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was well located, very close to the metro that takes you to Boston Downtown in 25 minutes. On a walking distance from the hotel there is Assembly Square, an area with outlets and some bars and restaurants. Very close to hotel there are also several options for lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was very clean, room and bathroom were of a good size, the design was modern and pleasant. There was basic bathroom stuff available, like shampoo or shower gel, as well as hair dryer. There is a little shop in the lobby to buy some basic things like water. Breakfast was tasty and although there was not much choice, there is enough options and variety of healthy food, like oatmeal, yoghurt, granola, fruits, as well as eggs and bacon. I did not try their gym, but it seemed of a good size. The area is peaceful, there is not much noise and taxi can easily drive you straight to the hotel entrance. There was lot of parking available as well.

Amazing location with near buy shops and restaurants. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro station and about a 15 minute ride into Boston. Hotel has very limited parking but they do allow you to park in a parking garage across the street and they will validate your parking ticket so you do not have to pay for parking. Room was spacious, clean, and check-in was quick. Breakfast was good.

A good hotel for our 2 day visit to Boston. Great location to catch the train into the city centre. Room was great, very comfortable and was quiet on the most part. Buffet breakfast was pretty decent, biggest let down was the sustainability, plastic plates and cutlery, with a sign to encourage a new plate for every visit. A small slight on what was a great stay.
