Luxury stay near Santana Row for vacation/business

Nice place, central location, good ac, great parking. Dont miss the Westfield Mall sounds crazy but it is very nice day and night and within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. We basically slept there and did sightseeing during the day. The minisplit units kept one bedroom very cold but the other was warm no matter what temp they were set on. The property felt safe and we had no issues with parking.

This apartment was reasonably close to Santana Row and the many restaurants there as well as the Winchester House. The owner was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns regarding the apartment and provided good advice for things to see and do, eat in the area. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this reasonably priced (for the area) apartment that we stayed in for a SJSU graduation. It was convenient to I-280. However, the driveway is right on a busy street, so renters with cars must be very careful backing onto Moorpark Ave. The apartment was very clean, yet some things can be improved. When we arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom as the cleaning crew had locked them away. Also, there was no coffee available either free or for purchase and the kitchen faucet did not work on arrival. These things need to be checked before every stay but were promptly taken care of. The beds had cheap sheets and were not very comfortable. However, the a/c worked great and the tv was fine. The area has a lot of longer-term apartment dwellers and parked cars and trucks outside, as well as foot traffic. Not sure of the safety, but the lock on the door was secure. So, overall, we would recommend this property for budget travelers who wish to shop in Santana Row or get easy access to I-280. It was surprisingly quiet despite how close it was to the highway. Plusses outweighed the minor negatives.

Do was a great host! when we arrived our parking space was unavailable and we didn't feel that the neighborhood was safe for our car or for us. Do was really supporting and reassured us about the safety of the area. Also, when the air conditioners weren't working he immediately gave us a trick to make them work again. The same when the wifi didn't worked, he helped us to solve the issue really fast. From one of the bedrooms you can barely hear the highway that is just in front of the unit. The kitchen is big, very well equipped and very organized. Also the door code makes the check in simple. Do sent us so much information about the area and also he gave us a late check out for free, we couldn't use it but it was nice.

The owner was super friendly! The place was perfectly clean, except the laundry was coin-operated and not very clean. We decided not to use the laundry. Otherwise the place was perfect and huge!

Good for a budget traveler. Noisy due to highway and major street. Bright LED lights shining in windows at night. Block out curtains would make a big difference in the noise, light pollution and overall comfort. Centrally located, communicative owner. Overall clean but weirdly no top sheets on bed. Could use a deep clean of baseboards and corners. We felt safe despite it not being the best block.

“Luxury” is laughable. This place is in a very crummy neighborhood, furniture falling apart, paint peeling, blinds broken, and on and on. It was located near restaurants and we only needed a one night for a concert at shoreline.

Very quiet neighbors, clean apartment, everything in good working order. This spot is a very convenient location to get anywhere in Silicon Valley. The only downside was heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads but ... that's what makes it so convenient!

We stayed there in June and it was a very comfortable stay overall. The unit had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to couple of issues we ran into and was prompt in answering any questions.

We decided to head out to San Jose to see our son who lives there. He has a studio apartment so we decided to look for someplace to stay for all three of us. This property was all that it promised..clean...comfortable...close to attractions, shops, restaurants and the major highways. Our host was an incredible resource. We were provided with an incredible amount of information and resources which made our visit to San Jose so very enjoyable. Our host reached out to check on us several times during the week to see if he could be of any help or offer any information. Our family highly recommends staying here if you are planning on visiting San Jose or surrounding areas. We will be returning!!

Best location where close to one of best shopping area in city. Host is friendly and takes care of of guests as he called to welcome and ask for what guests need during trip! Very helpful when I need advise travelling the city!
