Evermore Orlando Resort

Loved staying here. The rooms were clean and the pools and bay were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. The customer service was top notch!

Great hotel. Lots of space and amenities, food was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful!

Keep in mind we were just there over Easter for 6 days and had a horrible experience with our flat and getting things priced that were broken and or missing when we checked in. We loved the property and decided to give it another try. April 22nd to April 29th we returned. We had booked a two bed villa and ended up with a dump and had to be moved to a flat. I machine was broken on our fridge, no washcloths in any bathroom, empty shampoo and body wash in the showers. The property was clean as usual and pretty empty (this was nice) but the constant smell of marijuana and females with thong suits was not an inviting atmosphere for a family oriented property. I am hoping we just experienced a rough patch in their hospitality. There was also a difference in villas vs flats and we should be receiving over 1.5k back. With that being said they didn’t want to make any accommodations for that to happen. There are plenty of activities for families and couples to do on the grounds without having to do a theme park.

The hotel staff makes zero accommodations. Don’t ask for a late checkout, they won’t give you. If you ask, they will knock on your door before 10:20 to make sure you are out. The hotel offers day-use access and probably needs the room for other guests. We asked to stay close to my brother’s apartment and they completely ignored both our requests. I hope my brother chooses another place for our family vacation next year. This hotel is not worth my money.
