It was a great experience to be at Ritz-Carlton-Mexico, Good restaurant with a nice view of the city, great bar with good service. Excellent bed. We were impressed with the services all around. Definitely, we will go back. Thank you to the personal at the hotel.

Muy moderno diseño aunque algo incómodo al tener que tomar hasta 4 ascensores diferentes para moverse por el hotel.

Simply excellent and what’s expected. One of the best hotels in Mexico City with the best unobstructed view. From the moment I arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The panoramic views of the city are absolutely breathtaking and truly unmatched - you feel like you’re on top of the world. The sauna and the steamroom were a perfect retreat after exploring the bustling city, offering a serene space to unwind and recharge. The coffee service was exceptional - rich, perfectly brewed, and served with the attention to detail you’d expect from The Ritz. The tequila tasting was an absolute highlight of my stay. The selection was curated beautifully, and the experience was both educational and thoroughly enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in showcasing Mexico’s finest spirits. Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The staff’s attention to detail was remarkable, and their genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. I got a private room for my work meeting and it was perfectly private. This is hospitality at its finest - sophisticated yet warm, grand yet personal. LAS HABITACIONES CON VISTA Y TERRAZA AL CASTILLO DE CHAPULTEPEC SON EXCELENTES, AL IGUAL QUE EN EL RESTAURANTE Y BAR SAMOS (Muy recomendable). Solo hay un solo restaurante en el hotel (Samos) tanto para desayuno, comida y cena. Para cenar, uno desearía algo más formal como en otros Ritz C. La atención es excelente, pero la cocina lenta, particularmente en el desayuno (deberían tener buffet, en lugar de servicio a la carta). Al ser un inmueble de usos mixtos, la movilidad de elevadores es incomoda y por momentos los mismos son insuficientes. El acceso al Spa (la alberca mixta, es muy agradable), gimnasio y Lounge es incomoda por requerir traslado de dos elevadores y paso por áreas comunes del edificio. Las facilidades de los baños, sauna y vapor en el Spa, son limitados para el tamaño del hotel. Servicio de excelencia y precios acordes a RC.

The hotel was magnificent and extremely clean. Awesome location in central CDMX. The Club Lounge was good, but with a lower number of guests using it, I think some of the food may have been scaled back. That being said, the Club Lounge food was very good, with the various soups being some of the best that we have ever had! Barbara and Sofia in the Club Lounge are a real asset to the hotel and company. They provided service much above of what we were expecting.Housekeeping for our room was also excllent! Gym is very well equipped for a hotel gym, and very clean. Downfall for the week-long trip was the elevator situation. One of the two elevators going to the motor lobby, club lounge, and the 38th floor (Reforma bar and to transfer to the elevators to the rooms) was down the whole time, with the sole elevator also having repairs done.It made for a few lengthy waits (5+ mins).

Directly across the street from Chapultepec Park, views from my room were amazing! Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is very modern and doesn’t have much of a lounge/common area to hang out- except the bar in restaurant.

The staff was incredible at this property, as were the rooms and the views. The bar on the 38th floor had a great vibe and views as well. My only "complaint" was the design of the rooms in that the lighting wasn\'t bright enough, and there was no place in the bathrooms to hang hand towels. The design is very modern and chic, but not practical. That being said, I would stay here again. Very comfortable and great staff.

La ubicación es muy buena, la vista a Chapultepec muy bonita y el personal muy atento. Para un hotel de esa categoría, los cuartos no están a la altura, no tiene buenos acabados, no sirvió el aire acondicionado el primer día, ni la cafetera. Hay que tomar 3 elevadores distintos para llegar al cuarto, lo cual es un poco incomodo.

Hotel is amazing. Great location, stunning views, club lounge is amazing. Friendly, very attentive staff, wonderful housekeeping. Spa, pool and gym are large. Hotel is just the best choice to stay in Mexico City.

After Spent around $5000 in 4 days in the Hotel, and stayed in several Ritz Calton facilities around the world, Mexico City facility left so many bitter tastes that compromise my future selections with the brand. Facilities and cleanness were excellent, but there is no sense to suspend the electricity in your room at 11am (check out time) without making a phone call or knocking the door. I had to finish packing my belongings in the dark, and when I got to the front desk, they just told me that has to be something wrong, and they will check that out... nothing else happened.... 11:00 am they will cut the power... won't happen in another 5 Stars Hotel... Very disappointed!

Ritz Carlton Mexico City needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service. The service is not to part what you think when you think of Ritz Carlton. Staff, especially at the restaurant there is no attentiveness, I had to ask for things multiple times, I poured wine for myself and others who were accompanying me. Rooms were not cleaned properly, one night stand charging portal was not working, couldn’t charge my phone, some wooden hangers were broken, and when you lay down in a nice tub to relax, you can see ugly plastic pipes. Some of the days got water took 10 min to come out!!!! Oh and when I checked in, they asked me if I would like to put a credit card or pay when checked out, I said when checked out. However the minute I touched the mini bar, I get letter and phone calls to immediately see front desk and take care of those charges, so why even offer options to put card on file or pay at the check out. Just over all, I would not come back…. Only thing it has is the amazing view of the park.

We were pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. It was not properly cleaned when we checked in and we had to ask for housekeeping to come to clean our room a few days into to our stay. On-site amenities were great and room service was fantastic. Best in room dining we have had, ever. We were impressed that they gave us a time that it would arrive (in less than 30 minutes) and was impeccably presented. Staff was super friendly and attentive but would recommend stepping up the housekeeping services to match the rest of the top tier service.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service. Clean and safe! We loved our stay in a large hotel room with a view of the park. Spa, pool, sauna, gym and food amenities were wonderful! Staff friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Building is great, service is in generql good. Everybody is attentive. The furninshing were a bit off. Not to what I think the level of a Ritz Hotel should be.

I went to Mexico for a 4 days business trip. Room is spacious with great view to the Chapultepec park. Service from the staff is very good. Food at their own restaurant is good but service is slow, especially at breakfast time so if you're in a rush you better come down earlier than planned.

La vista que tiene el hotel hacia Chapultepec es maravillosa. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, atendieron nuestros comentarios sobre nuestra estancia. Nuestro cuarto estaba debajo del restaurante y se escuchaba el ruido del movimiento de las sillas.

Pésimo el servicio de recepción, la habitación no estaba lista a las 5 pm. Regrese a las 7 pm y las llaves no funcionaban. La luz del Buro y de la festera no servían. Muy mal para el nivel de hotel que es

All was well and peaceful until check out. Charged for service, shown as paid in my account but received a notice of card decline. Learned the decline because bank presumed fraud from all the attempts. Learned from RC Staff they were hzvikg computer issues. Also ir was odd rhat staff came by at 730 to ask for laubfry which was annoying. Still need ti resolve final bill but waiting onchzges/hold to be reversed. Needless to say check out marred what was a relaxing trio particularly through the efforts of the stellar spa service team

An excellent hotel with very attentive staff. Views are incredible. If you want a modern hotel then this is the best in mex city. If you want more traditional character and still a big brand then perhaps go for the four seasons. Locarion is great and views of Chapulpetec Park are simply incredible. The Suite was unbelievable

Personal excelente (solicité vista a la ciudad en la reserva y me ponen en una habitación con vista a Torre Mayor, me resolvieron de inmediato y me cambiaron a otra habitación con vista agradable). Ubicación privilegiada. Restaurant costoso, pero buena cocina y vista agradable. Instalaciones muy bien, sin embargo, por el costo tenía una expectativa mayor.

Very nice hotel, great rooms, excellent service, and good restaurants.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The agua fresca they had at reception was delicious and a refreshing welcome on our return every day. The mocktails at the sky bar were also delicious.

Everything about this Hotel is great. However, the New Year's Eve party was NOT what we expected. the restaurant was cold so people started asking about blankets. Too much food with an uncooked stake which we returned. the atmosphere was not for celebration, just another dining day. We spent $700 for 2ppl and came out very disappointed.
