Every single staff member was not just helpful, but friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood and half the price of equivalent hotels. I plan to return to Mexico City to continue my work there and hope I can book the same room again.

Beautiful property in a great location in Roma Norte & amazing value for money for a solo traveller. All the staff members were truly lovely, welcoming and helpful. There are lots of interesting restaurants, cafes, shops, sights and parks nearby. Very walkable neighborhood that feels safe. Room was comfortable (if maybe a little warm, it was hot in CDMX) and it was nice to have a mini fridge. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the 10am checkout – it’s just so early and makes your departure rushed :) All in all I had a good stay (wish it was longer) and would be happy to book this hotel again!

Such a lovely hotel full of charm on an amazing street. Adolfo the hotel manager was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and the cleaning staff always so cheerful and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

We had a slight issue with our room the 2nd night of our stay. We felt that the staff handled this issue very well and were extremely kind. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great location. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The coffee in the lobby area and the court yard to hang out in are big pluses as well. Would love to stay here again in the future.

It's just an oasis in this town.
