Primera vez en San Miguel y no pudimos haber echo mejor elección en hospedaje! Hotel Nena nos encantó todo! Ubicación privilegiada! A cinco minutos ya estás frente a su hermosa iglesia y plaza principal, la comida del restaurante deliciosa! Por lo regular en hoteles donde se incluye desayuno son muy limitadas las opciones, aquí todo los platillos con muy buenas porciones y delicioso, las habitaciones con el toque moderno dentro de la antigüedad de la propiedad, super bien equipada la habitación con tu cafetera y todo lo indispensable para ducharse, el personal SUPER atentos! Eva y Tadeo los chicos de recepción siempre atentos y amables a todos los detalles y preguntas de los huéspedes, Lety nos atendió en el area del restaurante y siempre con su buena actitud. Nos gustó mucho que tuviera estacionamiento ya que en San Miguel es misión imposible… el estacionamiento no está en el hotel, pero 15 minutos antes de que llegáramos llamábamos al hotel y ya había alguien que nos recibía el auto para llevarlo a estacionar a donde ellos tienen acceso. The hotel was very accommodating! They kept valet parking open for us as we arrived late. Valet noticed one tire had a nail in it and even had it fixed for us so we had our vehicle ready to go after checkout. Thank you!

This was such a little gem of a find. The property is beautiful and felt very intimate and luxurious. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun and the drinks were delicious. Great view of the downtown area. There is also a yummy taco stand on the same street and the food was amazing! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary Breakfast was very delicious and fresh. We highly recommend this boutique hotel, truly a beautiful property.!

We had a wonderful stay. Great facility, food was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. It is centrally located and so easy to walk to events, museums, galleries and shops. Concierge lined up an auto tour of the city for us. There 2 weeks and no time for boredom. Hotel had a small pool and we had a whirlpool on our balcony. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience San Miguel de Allende

The property was in an excellent location within walking distance to all the attractions with plenty of dining options. It is a small property with a restaurant as well as a rooftop bar. As a result, you may hear music in the evening but it tends to stop around 10pm so sleep was not an issue. The breakfast provided was delicious. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, in particular, Tadeo at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs during the stay. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in this beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende.

Excelente servicio y atencion. Tuvimls un problema con. Uestro auto y siempre estuvieron al pendiente y nos ayudaron a darle una solución, buscadl un mecanico e inclusive las piezas Andres en todo momento estuvo apoyando. Excente servicio...sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente. No tiene estacionamiento pero tambien estan al pendiente de tu llegada para que ellos lo estacione ..

We just returned from a 4-night stay at Hotel Boutique Nena in SMA. What we found the best about this property is its location. We were within walking distance of the main plaza in front of the Parroquia. The trolley stop was right around the corner and plenty of restaurants on Correo and Relox streets were all within a 5-7 minute walking distance. The noise level was never an issue for us. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, smelled heavenly, and the A/C worked just fine. The bathroom featured L'Occitane toiletries, bathrobes, and the water temperature controls were a pretty consistent temperature. We only had breakfast once during our stay and it came with fruit, granola, and honey; coffee and juice; and a choice of made to order eggs, chilaquiles, an omelette, or pancakes. The only complaint was that there was a small bug floating in my husband's coffee, presumably from the coffee cup as these are stored out on the coffee bar in the courtyard. We only visited the rooftop restaurant/bar once when family met for dinner there by pure coincidence. The view was nice, the drinks were superb, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again when we visit SMA.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit leider ist die Anlage sehr abgewohnt der Pool mit abbröckelnden Fliesen die Fenster undicht und das Bad mit gammeligen Fugen Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt Wir waren schon in anderen Hotels in San Miguel das geht besser die laute Musik schon beim Frühstück und in der Bar in der Nacht liesen uns sehr schlecht schlafen leider nicht empfehlenswert

This place was awful. The room we checked into had a horrible smell, that could not be hidden. The staff was aware, the guests were even aware that had been checked into the room prior to us and were moved to another room. The housekeeping staff acknowledged that the smell was coming from the sewer pipes under the guest room. The recleaned room and still nothing, awful rotting smell. They tried to move us to a smaller room with no compensation. Had to leave resort and stay at another hotel. Terrible situation that hotel took no responsibility. Be warned, this hotel has a horrible reputation with locals and visitors.

Great location and charm. My only complaint was that you can’t see out of the windows(which are doors). At first it felt claustrophobic, but the quietness of the room in San Miguel-which can be noisy- won me over.

Hotel is conveniently located near Centro. My room was supposed to be a suite but, was on the smaller side. The AC didn’t as cool as my friend’s room. There are no fridge or microwaves in the room. We had to ask for ice everyday. I was on the 2nd floor. The door to my room did not stay securely locked. It could be pulled open even though it was locked. I let the front desk know and she just let me know they are monitoring my room from the cameras and that I was safe. We had to turn our room key in every time we left. They said it was to keep up with who was gone. It was ok. I would not stay here again.

Our room was very nice. Bed is perfect. Shower has good water pressure. Awesome toiletries. Enough choices for breakfast. TV has Netflix and You Tube. The most accommodating staff. Very good people. Perfect location. My only complaint was the noise. The terrace has a DJ that plays music until 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. And until 10 pm on Sunday.

The girls at the front desk, Eva and Emma were amazing. We were there celebrating my husband’s birthday and they made sure it was a special one. We got a bottle of wine and a nice birthday card so that made our stay extra special. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was not as great. The food was OK but the service (bar tender and waiters) was lousy. The parking was average because we had to wait for our car at least 20 minutes. But our overall experience in the hotel itself was amazing!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Nena. Being with just 3-5 minutes walk right into the center of SMA, and still located in the middle of the old town, it was a perfect location. The hotel is converted from a large mansion from long ago. Character, with amenities... pool, top rated restaurant (La Dona) and cobblestone streets and sidewalks right outside the door. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nena. The location is perfect for walking to the main square but also to other parts of the city. Many dining options within walking distance. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious with many good choices and was a nice way to start our day. The staff was all friendly but the best thing about the hotel was the very helpful concierge, Joshua. He provided assistance on restaurants and things to do and was always there to help with a smile.

This was a beautiful property in a fantastic area of San Miguel. The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. When our first room ended up being too close to a busy/loud area of the hotel, they graciously moved us to a better room. The only disappointment was some negative behavior of an employee who made it a point to be borderline rude during the breakfast service a couple of days and charging for an extra breakfast roll, water or coffee refill, after we were informed by her that a number of our items were unavailable for two days of our pre-paid breakfast. (It was unpleasant enough service that we opted out of our third day of our pre-paid breakfast to eat outside of the hotel.) The management kindly removed those charges however and were always accommodating so I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to San Miguel!

I liked the hotel very much. It’s small, beautiful, very well decorated, easy access to the mayority of all the shopping area, Restaurants and points of interest. pretty much you can walk everywhere. I didn’t eat in the hotel except for one breakfast that was included in the price, but that was the only thing i did not like. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very comfy and clean. I loved the bed and the pillows. I will stay there any time again.

This is the second time we stay at Hotel Nena, we love it. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast included, great rooftop bar, the hotel location at the historic center very close to the Parroquia San Francisco and San Miguel Arcangel. We will definitely return to Hotel Nena at our next visit to San Miguel de Allende.
