The hotel is conveniently located in the Reforma area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It’s a stylish boutique hotel, not too large in size. The interior isn’t luxury, but it has a sense of fancy. The bed, furniture, bathroom, and everything else were brand new, and it is very comfortable to use. The room also comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, and the water is replenished daily. Breakfast is standard but perfectly fine. There is some noise from the bar district at night, but if that bothers you, I think the provided earplugs will solve the problem. The staff is friendly, and not only the receptionists but also the bellboys speak clear English, so communication is no problem. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit CDMX.

Everything was fantastic about this place, except location. It was directly across from 3 bars/nightclubs that stayed open until 5am. It was like you were in the middle of mardi gras trying to sleep. Like unbelievably, so crazy you had to laugh loud. So if you’re looking for chill, this won’t be your place. Too bad, because the set up and staff were fantastic.

No pool - or at least I was not introduced to it. Breakfast very slow and not good. Area noisy with nightlife until very early hours with poor soundproofing of the room. Room cannot be heated. Rooms are nicely furnished and premium. Staff friendly, but then I didn’t have any problems
