Super clean-super nice- very quiet- lovely great view -the people that work here amazing -honestly I can’t say enough. The pool is amazing. There’s a barbecue here that’s fantastic. There’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage all the way up the stairs although there’s a very lovely staircase the rooftop pool that’s nice too. I really love it. I love it so much I’m staying longer.

It’s been great. I’ve enjoyed it. The view is good. The room is great super nice. The furniture is fresh & everything’s clean. The staff is so nice so polite so kind there’s beautiful birds singing outside. There’s a little convenience store next-door down the street. There’s some restaurants right on the ocean. You can walk to everything there’s a café next-door, which is amazing. You can hear the traditional sounds of the city of Mazatlan for an hour or so at night. A cheerful reminder that you’re in Mexico! the room darkening window drapes were perfect. The AC works fantastic. The shower is big and Lovely is a washer and dryer. That’s amazing. The entrance to the building is locked 24 hours a day. I’ve extended a couple times thanks Claudia and staff for all your attention and wonderful kindness

The apartment(s) itself were clean and nicely furnished. However, once we opened the sleeper sofa, the mattress was disgusting. Full of stains. The towels in the bathroom(s) were so dirty that we called the manager on duty to complain about both issues. We were moved to another unit and the situation was just as bad. We were sending the manager (who was out of town) pictures of the stained mattresses, towels and sheets!! Some stained in yellow and some with what seemed like blood! We were upgraded to a two bedroom room, and bought our own towels. The manager, Claudia, was very apologetic and tried to help us but the place, although it is very pretty from the outside and has very nice furnishings lacks cleanliness. No hangers in the closets, no toilet paper in the bathrooms (we had to ask for it). And to top it off, electricity was cut off on Monday May 18th due to lack of payment. We saw how Claudia was contacting the electric company paying by phone each of the 21 units that were cutoff. It is a shame that such a nice place is so uncared for.
