We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The owner upgraded our room during our stay because he had to do some maintenance in our room. The view in the morning with the balloons is incredible. The owners are a young couple who also live in the building. They are very friendly and are always available for us. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The rooms are brand new and super clean. Don’t hesitate to go there! You will not regret it! You can walk to a lot of restaurants and there’s a lot a parking spot around the hotel.

This is a new property run by a young couple. The facility is lovely and clean. The roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the morning flight of hundreds of hot air balloons. Large cushions are available for comfy sky gazing. There is a hoodoo in the backyard. Breakfast was fabulous.

The property is only 2 years old and it is also well kept. Breakfast was superb and the view to see balloons is fascinating. The staff was very welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Yours through them were more affordable than online offers. I highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Ivy Cappadocia. Murat and his family went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the terrace was a perfect location to watch the morning balloons. Murat was extremely helpful when we had issues with other reservations. We will definitely recommend Hotel Ivy Cappadocia to all of our family and friends.

Wonderful experience staying here. We came in very early on day one and were able to have breakfast in place of an early check out (not able to have breakfast) on our last day. Murat was very professional and hospitable. The room had a great view of the air balloons flying by in the early morning, also from the breakfast terrace on the third floor. Breakfast was extremely delicious! We highly recommend the Ivy Cappadocia to all.

IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The room is super spacious, with its private bathroom. The hotel is very nice, with a very spacious terrace, where you can see the balloons very well. The breakfast was incredible, very abundant and delicious. But above all, the attention was exceptional. Murat was always attentive to everything we needed, he made the reservation for the balloons and for all the activities we needed. WE LOVED EVERYTHING! I highly recommend it and it is the only hotel I would go to in the area.

Sanki misafir değilde evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Çalışankara tek tek teşekkür etmek gerek. Ayfer hanım,Hacer hanım, Murat bey her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Bir sorunuz veya sıkıntınız olursa danıştığınız gibi hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Bir de kahvaltısı var ki 5 yıldızlı hoteldekinden iyi. Çatı katındaki teras hele muazzam.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel and will 100% without a second thought repeat our stay when we visit Cappadocia again. It's a small and cozy family business hotel in a perfect location in Goreme with a nice terrace where you can watch the balloons in the morning and have breakfast. The owner and his family are extremely nice and hospitable people they truly made us feel home. They helped us to arrange tours with a very competitive price and ensured we get the best value in each of these tours (e.g., making sure we sit in the first row in the Turkish night restaurant and giving us tips). Even though we had to cancel most of the tours with a short notice because one of us got sick, they were very caring and helped us with the cancellation. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb I'll not be exaggerating if I said this is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel.

Had an incredible stay at Ivy!! Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The windows in our room were gigantic and allowed us to see all the balloons in the morning. The hotel is off the busy street, so it's extremely peaceful but still just a few minutes to walk to food/coffee/etc. Water pressure in the shower was the best we'd have had in our 2 weeks in Greece & Turkey. But the thing that made it exceptional was the staff: they made us feel like part of their family. Murat was extremely kind and helped us plan so many activities, including a hot air balloon, ATV tour, personal driver for sightseeing, airport shuttles and whirling dervish ceremony. Since it's a small hotel, breakfast was made for us when we arrived and the spread was incredible and tasty. Can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Ivy and wish them nothing but success!

This place is newly renovated by the owner, who by the way is also a balloon pilot. Breakfast is amazing! The rooms are spotlessly cleaned and very roomy. The people running the place are the best. It's walking distance to everywhere. You will not regret staying her and will be glad that you did! Just awesome!

At Ivy Cappadocia we felt at home. The staff, Murat, Ayfer, everyone was extremely warm and helpful. They helped us with airport transfer, local tourism plans and ballon flight booking. We are extremely happy with our room, clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very abundant and delicious. We hope being back some day soon! Thank you for everything.

Unser Aufenthalt bei IVY Capadocia war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Hotel bietet eine gute Alternative zu den Cave Hotels in der Umgebung, da die Ausstattung vertrauter zu den gewöhnlichen Wohnstilen ist. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auf Aktivitäten sowie deren Erreichbarkeit etc. beraten. Die erste Zimmerreinigung am zweiten Tag fanden wir nicht gründlich genug. Doch wurde das Zimmer erneut tip top geputzt nachdem wir um erneute Reinigung gebeten haben. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man sich in einem guten Frühstück vorstellt. Die Atmosphäre ist toll. Morgens sind vom Hotel aus auch Ballons zu sehen.

Murat the owner was very kind and helpful. Room was large, windows were plentiful with tea, coffee& water. Breakfast was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Mattress was HARD, if you are accustomed to a soft bed this WILL be an issue. I would recommend Ivy Cappadocia for anyone looking for a great location, breakfast & large comfortable room Thank you again Murat for your hospitality.

Owners on site also other staff for ck in and breakfast. Everyone Extremely hospitable ,caring, and knowledgeable felt like an VIP. Owner is a senior balloon pilot so we had the information to book a ride. The breakfast was full freshly made,delicious and a lot of options.Room very clean and modern super towels and sheets. Air con perfect. Small refrigerator in room. Perfect view of balloons from roof top garden or the hill behind hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Very Quiet neighborhood, Super bakery down the street. Everything’s close .Would love to stay here again. Horses in the back field a real treat.

This place is newly renovated by the owner, who by the way is also a balloon pilot. Breakfast is amazing! The rooms are spotlessly cleaned and very roomy. The people running the place are the best. It's walking distance to everywhere. You will not regret staying her and will be glad that you did! Just awesome!

IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The room is super spacious, with its private bathroom. The hotel is very nice, with a very spacious terrace, where you can see the balloons very well. The breakfast was incredible, very abundant and delicious. But above all, the attention was exceptional. Murat was always attentive to everything we needed, he made the reservation for the balloons and for all the activities we needed. WE LOVED EVERYTHING! I highly recommend it and it is the only hotel I would go to in the area.

A beautiful place very close to the center of everything. The staff is very helpful and they have a lot of hospitality. They can help you book tours and figure out what to do in Cappadocia. The breakfast was excellent each morning. I would definitely come back here.

Had an incredible stay at Ivy!! Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The windows in our room were gigantic and allowed us to see all the balloons in the morning. The hotel is off the busy street, so it's extremely peaceful but still just a few minutes to walk to food/coffee/etc. Water pressure in the shower was the best we'd have had in our 2 weeks in Greece & Turkey. But the thing that made it exceptional was the staff: they made us feel like part of their family. Murat was extremely kind and helped us plan so many activities, including a hot air balloon, ATV tour, personal driver for sightseeing, airport shuttles and whirling dervish ceremony. Since it's a small hotel, breakfast was made for us when we arrived and the spread was incredible and tasty. Can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Ivy and wish them nothing but success!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Ivy Cappadocia. Murat and his family went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I stayed in Ivy for 4 days recently and cannot recommend them highly enough. Murat and Rushto were just awesomely great hosts. They were super helpful. Cooked amazing breakfasts took care of transportation to and for from the airport, booked balloon rides and green tour trips! They even were super helpful when I fell a bit sick and needed food delivered to the room. The location of IV is pretty Central and walkable to the downtown and all its restaurants and cafes. The rooms were spotless and cute! The breakfast mezze was the highlight of my mornings. Overall, outstanding experience!

Murat was very professional and hospitable. The room had a great view of the air balloons flying by in the early morning, also from the breakfast terrace on the third floor. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review. The owner and his whole family were the nicest and most helpful people. The owner arranged the hot air balloon ride and airport transportations for me. I didn't have to do a thing. I greatly appreciated that. Breakfast with lots of varieties was served daily. I will definitely return when I visit Cappadocia next.

Property: it’s a newish hotel just 8mins walk from the town centre. The rooms are well appointed and have all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Mr.Murat and Ms.Yağmur really looked after us. They communicated well before our arrival to ensure everything was taken care of. Ivy Cappadocia Hotel We spent 3 nights at the Ivy Cappadocia Hotel and it was our best stay in Turkey. The hotel is in a quiet location and is almost brand new. An easy 5 minute walk to the bus station and main shopping / restaurant area. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Morat and Hulya are excellent hosts and made us welcome from the start. Morat knows the city and area extensively and provided us with guidance and advice during our stay. Breakfast in the terrace room was varied and excellent. Both hot and cold dishes along with made to order eggs. Hulya (and Serbet) made us feel welcome and special every morning. The terrace is a great place to watch the balloons take off and they go right over the hotel. All in all it has been our best stay in Turkey bar none.

The property is only 2 years old and it is also well kept. Breakfast was superb and the view to see balloons is fascinating. The staff was very welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Yours through them were more affordable than online offers. I highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Ivy Cappadocia. Murat and his family went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the terrace was a perfect location to watch the morning balloons. Murat was extremely helpful when we had issues with other reservations. We will definitely recommend Hotel Ivy Cappadocia to all of our family and friends.

Murat the owner was very kind and helpful. Room was large, windows were plentiful with tea, coffee& water. Breakfast was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Mattress was HARD, if you are accustomed to a soft bed this WILL be an issue. I would recommend Ivy Cappadocia for anyone looking for a great location, breakfast & large comfortable room Thank you again Murat for your hospitality.
