The room was beautiful and super clean with a lovely patio. Robes and slippers made it even more cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect, so close to everything. The service was incredible. Malvina made us feel right at home and was ready to answer any questions, always with a smile! We didn’t want to leave to be honest! Thank you Malvina, you are a gem!!!

I like the helpful attitude of the owner and the walkable location. I do not like the property lacks certain level of management in dull season. The heater is not functioning. No hot water until 6 a.m. The water heater made a loud noise when it was heated up. We use bathrobe to cover ourselves because there is no thick blankets available.

The host Malvina was wonderful! The room was beautifully curated and it included a large battle of water, Bosch espresso maker with pods, ironing board/iron, mini fridge and access to a patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstandig room, large and extremely modern with very nice balcony. The property is located in the centre of town within walking distance of attraction, bus station and harbour. The host was one of the best I have ever met. The room was very clean and comfortable. The whole team of Casa de Potie, the owners and the cleaning lady were extremely nice and helpfull. I am definetly coming back again.

I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are: - lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation - lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom - cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street. You need to take care of your luggage to the entrance and much worse through steep, narrow and twisted stairs. Impossible for elderly guests and people who will not fit the tight staircase. There is no lift. The bed is short. Men over 180cm will have their feet outside. Last but not least: do not take room 1 (with terrace) as it is terribly noisy and low so all noise from the street as well as the cleaning room just next to it, is in your ears. Contact with the venue is extremely difficult. The reception is always empty. Late checkout is not permitted.

10/10 5nights stay! Superb location- with restaurants, shops and near the harbour. also, walkable to bus stations. Amazing staff- very attentive, always happy to help and will drop what she (forgot her name) is doing to greet you in the morning. Rooms are quiet considering it is in centre of Old Town. Clean rooms- with towels, slippers and robes, staff will ask if you want it changed daily. Loved the racks to hang wet swimming clothes and water hose to remove the sand. You cannot turn airconditioning on if the balcony door/windows are open which is a clever idea for energy conservation and sustainability. Hotellet väldigt fräscht och fin. Centralt läge. Men tyvärr var personalen onåbar. Man ringer flera gånger och de återkommer inte. Hotellet var obemannat så det fanns enbart ett nummer att ringa. Vi fick vänta flera timmar på att få incheckningsuppgifter utanför hotellet. Hade ej fått utlovat mail med uppgifter

バルコニーに物干し竿があるのがいいですね。レセプションの方が明るく優しい。毎日水のボトルがもらえます。金曜日は休みだそうでお掃除もありません。唯一の課題はレセプションがないのでチェックインや鍵を中に入れて出かけたという時に電話をする必要があるので困るかも。what's upでれんらくできるようになれいいのですが。
