スタッフの接客サービスとても良かったです。すごく丁寧に案内等してくれましたが、チェックイン時の担当者が海外の日本語があまり流暢では無い方で、支払いの際に意思の疎通ができず、理解するのが少し難しかったです。ですがすぐ日本人のスタッフが説明をしてくれ、理解することが出来ました。全体的に外国人スタッフが多く、良い意味で日本じゃないみたいでした。施設内もすごく綺麗で、ロビーに入った途端からすごくいい匂いでした。清掃も行き渡っており、とても満足です。また宿泊したいと思いました。

Very clean and nice new hotel. Staff is also very kind. The suroundings of the hotel are very calm and nice but not so much to do, so you will have to walk or take a taxi. The station is very close (10 minutes walk/ 3 minutes drive) so its good.

- Location is poor, not much around and no transportation. -Very noisy hotel, they made us pay to get an interior room that was smaller and not as nice as what we paid for. - The staff in their restaurant were passive aggressive. - The spa and massage service was a joke, we paid hundreds for their signature offering and requested heavy pressure only to be rubbed down with oil in an ice cold room.

This was our first stay at a Dusit Thani hotel and it was BY FAR the best hotel experience we have had anywhere in the world. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we waited for nothing. It was as if they knew what we wanted before we even asked. The room was amazing and the food (especially at Den Kyoto) and the service was outstanding. The spa service was also first-rate. Do yourself a favour. STAY HERE!

Hotel was absolutely stunning, room was beautiful and in a great location. Teppanyaki restaurant was lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast was absolutely disappointing. Ordered 4 times to get our order out. Ordered an omelette with ham, capsicum, Parmesan cheese and tomato and received an empty plain egg omelette. Ordered our coffee 2 times before it arrived and they still got the order wrong.

This hotel is amazing. The scent as you enter the lobby is stunning and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The downstairs bar has a cool vibe with excellent drinks. Breakfast is not to be missed especially the Thai menu items. I can’t say enough good things about this property.
