I was pleased to find this hotel to be a great place to stay on our travels. After a long day on the road nothing is better than a comfortable bed, soft pillow, and quiet room. This was a great stay close to the I-90 that is pet friendly. The continental breakfast was filled with little goodies including bagels, English muffins, waffles (large and minis), breakfast burritos, yogurts, and much more.

Staff was 👌 and very accommodateing...ther was only paper or plastic cups in room. I would have liked glasses for my wine. Also, would like to have had a bar and restaurant on site. Found the price of the room to be high for what they offered. The breakfast could have had some eggs and bacon .

Check in took under 5 minutes. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Mini fridge, coffee maker, closet, reading nook, 2 outlets each underneath lights right by bed. Bed and pillows were comfortable, as well as neat. Free WiFi, closet, mini fridge, coffee maker, book nook by window, desk, 2 outlets each underneath lights by bed, desk, air conditioner and smart thermostat. Clean and comfortable bed/pillows. Large TV for hotel. Not smart TV, but all essential channels. Continental breakfast from 6-10am. Waffle makers, granolas bars, yogurt, fresh pastries, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, juice, all fresh and constantly replenished. Taco Bell (open until 2am), Dunkin Donuts, KFC right in parking lot. Aldi, Burger King (open until 1am), McDonald’s, 7-11 right across the street and next door. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing stay. GOOD water pressure in shower and clean; as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Completely new/renovated rooms. Gym. Easy/free parking. If my fiancé and I go to Rochester again, we will most definitely be booking and staying here again. Also fair pricing, especially with our reservation being EXTREMELY last minute. Would highly recommend!!!!

I understand the hotel was built only a couple years ago. Well kept. Everyone was very nice. There is a fee for my small dog. 50 for 4 nights which I think was very reasonable. Grounds are well kept.

This was a trip with family involving 2 rooms. My room was nice. We had no issues at all. My daughter’s room had bed bugs. She had to fight to get her money back for the room. There was no offer for medical expenses. Sadly, my son-in-law was literally covered in bed bug bites. Never staying here again. I feel like Hotels.com should have compensated expenses from this incident.

This hotel is so well taken care of by the employees, it shows. Every single thing about this hotel and the employees was near perfect. The room was immaculate and huge, comfortable, new/modern. The lobby was clean, safe, comfortable. Breakfast also good. Very friendly, kind, and accommodating.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was packed. Room was spacious with comfortable pillows and bed, refrigerator, microwave, safe - everything we needed. Good use of space with providing a bench/storage over the A/C unit. Room was a little loud - could hear guests above us and the entire place, especially our room, smelled subtly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast options were great - providing plenty of options. Juices were very watered down with little flavor but otherwise we enjoyed it. We would stay there again.

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a longer trip. This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. If I was using this room as anything more than a place to sleep and shower, it would have been a problem. The free breakfast was decent. They had waffles and other continental items as to be expected. They also had egg items that were pre cooked and could be microwaved. No complaints as it was enough to get our day started, and included free. There was a few fast food places in the same parking lot and a grocery store across the street. Overall the hotel was clean, quiet and easy to get around to other places in the area. I would recommend but also advise that it’s SMALL in those rooms. (We had a queen single bed room)

The hotel was clean and modern, and all staff we encountered were quite friendly. The bed was comfortable and temperature controls worked well. The room layout was not ideal, however. The desk space was against the wall under the television, and there were 2 chairs at the desk, but no table where two people could sit across from each other to share a meal or snack, or to play a card or board game, etc. The sofa was placed next to the bed, but the bed (not the sofa) was in front of the television. We stayed for 5 nights, so those layout details seemed inconvenient, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

I called the day of booking to request early check in and the girl assured me it would not be a problem and that she’d leave a note. Upon arrival it was an inquisition by the male clerk. Asked all manner of questions, such as , the persons name, what time I called, etc. Finally he gave me a room on the third floor and forgot (?) to give me the WiFi password. Too much hassle: not pleased.

Hotel staff switched our room from 2 beds to one bed and a broken sofa bed. No explanation beyond, “I see you booked with Expedia, that doesn’t guarantee you a type of room.” I was traveling with my 14yr old 6-foot 3-inch son to his soccer match. I insisted he sleep on the bed so he’d be rested and also because the sofa was tiny. I barely slept. The next day the “guest services “ manager said he couldn’t help sorry that happened.

The staff was amazing. Except there was an attendant on duty Monday morning. He was nowhere to be found or in the bathroom for 20 minutes. There was quite a few people waiting to check out.

My friend was visiting from Perú. It was very convenient and close to my home. The area is safe. Walking is not always easy because it is on a busy road but if you have a car it is close to everytbi g you need. Staff was wonderful and property was very clean.

We have never stayed at a Microtel Inn before, we were very impressed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling around the Farmington, NY area. There was lots of restaurants within walking distance and a casino just a street behind the hotel.

This had to bet worst continental breakfast I’ve ever had. There was hardly any food No creamer for the coffee the cranberry juice tasted like water they only had almond milk I myself went thru a cupboard for a top to my coffee The toaster was broken We picked this hotel because of the location and thw expectation of a good breakfast

Furnishings in the hotel lobby were welcoming, as was the manager at the desk. Everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast variety was limited but had several nice touches, such as almond milk, breakfast sandwiches and toppings for cereal.
