Area is very close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium to walk. This was very convenient. Did not love that the only option to park your car was valet parking. I was unfortunate to have a hit and run happen to my truck in the parking garage they use. But overall we enjoyed the hotel but not the parking options.

main entrance is closed as working on road! So you go in a alley to get to hotel! No parking only valet! they are limited so have to wait a while! Area super busy!

I stayed here before when it was 21c Museum Hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Nissan Stadium which is merely a 10 minute walk. This hotel is going under renovations and is not up to speed yet from what it was previously. Staff was super friendly and great service. Elevators were extremely slow and even had a sign saying they were slow between 8 and 4pm. Valet parking will cost you 65 dollars plus tip. If traveling light park in the lot across the street for 55 dollars for a full day. All in all I would stay here again if an event was at Nissan Stadium. Room was private and clean but it didn’t have a balcony or view if that matters to you.

Nice place with a great location. Very clean and staff were excellent. Only downfall was parking at 80$ a night, I know it’s downtown, but that’s the highest I have ever seen anywhere. All and all a great place.

Can walk to Broadway! Security onsite at night and door was locked and needed key after 10 p.m. which was good for safety. Had to get my uber at 4 a.m. and security was there to walk us to our uber outside.

Great location, but Deluxe rooms are very small and not according to the picture on my reservation. No fridge or microwave which seems standard. No information in the hotel or room about any services or things in town, so I assume there was no room service. Hotel was under construction so no lobby or place to sit and work outside of the small room. Smelled like they sprayed a can of glade in the elevator. multiple people commented on it. It felt cheap for the money we paid.

Overall, for a 1-night stay, hotel was quiet and clean. BEWARE of valet parking! Thankfully, we did not have any issues but 2 cars the morning of our departure had been broken in to. Apparently, from what we understand, this happens fairly frequently.

When booking it would have been nice to know the entire hotel is being refurbished. The lobby was gone, there was no front door. Very limited bar/ restaurant . For what the hotel try’s to represent they should have been more up front about the condition currently. It was a mess. My room was fine, no real issues but not outstanding either.

The property was nice however no nashville vibe at all..very cold feeling...frint staff were nice...at night when cam in a girl was sitting at a sude desk with radiis-she never spoke but i assumed she was the night clerk...our room had sink leak, # on door was broke, tp holder brike, no bathroom mat towel, beds were good and rooms were very clean.

The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.

The check-in was frustrating. There were several people in the lobby, on a Friday afternoon, at check-in time - waiting for their rooms to be "ready." On a Friday afternoon. The young lady working at the counter handled it with grace and composure and you could tell she was feeling an immense amount of pressure. The young man at the counter acted as if he couldn't be bothered with the guests, or to assist the young lady. So, we were told to come back in an hour to see if the room was ready. "Here are some free drinks to keep you occupied." One hour and 30 minutes later, the room was ready. The floors were sticky, the room looked like it had been quickly wiped down, and felt moist. I assume that they are short staffed. I think I will avoid the boutique hotels from now on.

Just enough out of the way to be nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms are terribly hot and it takes over an hour for the AC to actually cool the room down. Staff was attentive and tried to accommodate us, but they did acknowledge it's an issue in every room.

Great location and friendly staff. Nice modern room with a great shower. Good ventilation in bathroom - it didn't fog up. Our window looked out onto an inner courtyard with a roof, and not outside, which was a bit disappointing.

My room was like being in a cave. The window looked at a wall that was 3 feet away. No natural light, literally a coffin. And not enough lighting. Not like any picture on the website. Completely depressing.

Service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a corner room and loved the view! It was so good I kept the curtains open all night. Close enough to Broadway but just far away from the noise. Will stay there again!

Short while after we arrived my wife and I were showering etc and someone who had the same room key entered my room. Never happened to me before. When i told the man at the front desk he denied it happened to me. I was in a hurry and thought yes I will never come to this hotel again.

Pros: Staff working valet, front desk, and housekeeping were exceptional! Friendly, attentive, professional, and eager to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. Clean, safe, updated hotel within walking distance of Nissan Stadium, bars, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. The rooms were well decorated with art pieces and clean but the lighting is quite dim. Cons: Service was atrocious in the bar/dining lounge. Waitress never came back after dropping off menus. Took 30 minutes and waving bar staff over to finally get order taken. 15 minutes later we finally received drinks and eventually the food order. We ordered the Tuesday taco special which was 2 tacos (2 pieces of shrimp per taco) for $20. Bloody Mary was nearly undrinkable because there was so much lime in it. Quite possibly the worst drink our party had ever tried. The lounge and bar area was really well designed and furnished with a great selection of whiskey and bourbon and shows great potential if the service and quality of food was improved. There was plenty of staff for the number of patrons but they lacked organization and hospitality skills.

The property allowed cats so that's why I chose itCheck in was a breeze. Front desk staff was more than courteous. The hotel was under construction during my trip but my room was wonderful. It was more than spacious. The only thing I didnt like (and my travel mate in another room) was how to turn the bedside lamps on(after trying different combos I got it, my travel mate's did not work). Could be due to the construction. The valet was a little pricey for my liking but the valet staff always had my car ready when I needed it. Breakfast was a little pricey. Although it was good, I can't see us paying that much for breakfast again. Overall, my room was great and my stay was pleasant.
