Helt ok hotell, nytt men mycket fungerar nästan bra. Personalen är trevliga men få till antalet och det känns som flera av dem har sitt första jobb. Städningen kan bli bättre och vi saknade t.ex duschtvål trots att min fru påpekade det 3-4 ggr, vi fick ingen. Hissarna är otroligt sega och skapar ibland frustration bland gästerna. Modern stil med snygga rum med väl igenomtänk design och funktion. Väldigt lyhört.

Slow check in and check out - not enough staff. Bar staff slow to recognise customer waiting. Great gym. Nice hotel round the corner from Underground but still feels like teething problems related to staff.

Ideal for conferences at Centre next door. Brand new and well designed. However some challenges remain. Only half the lifts operational so waiting for ages to get to and from your room. Most Western TV channels not working, including BBC. Limited English language options overall.

Need a pool and a store to buy beverages or other things for travel Such as tooth paste or soap. I had to buy my water from the bar.

In general the staff was inconvenienced by travelers. The hotel was clean, but not high end anything. Most elevators were down.

Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows. Bathroom has no door for privacy however toilet and shower have frosted glass doors. The parking is under the hotel and the swirly drive below can seem tight but it is fine, well lit and safe. My second time staying at this hotel and would definitely return. The area is a office working area with big glass buildings. At night, there is not many people around. Walking distance there is a great gelato place "La Romanina" and for dinner "Nero Lab" modern with a variety of food from burgers, pasta and pizza. Delicious!!

Everything was lovely, only thing was Monday evening we had no internet for some reason on all our devices.

No housekeeping and parking is difficult

The hotel looks modern and beautiful but lack of ventilation. We all got allergies from the indoor dust. Exchange air is not possible. The bath in the room is small and right next to the safe. Water and humidity from the shower made our passports inside the safe soaking wet. This was completely unexpected. The hotel had a water main broken during the morning when we were supposedly leavings. All gusts had to be evacuated. The chaos and panic were everywhere as many need to catch up the flights and cruises. The hotel staffs were very nice, friendly and helping out as much as they can. It is obviously short staffing during the high seasons.

The only positive experience we had at this hotel was with the restaurant and bar. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They accommodated my daughter’s food allergies with great care, which we truly appreciated. I would give 5 star rating for them if there is any seperate rating for them. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay highlighted significant leadership and management issues. If it were possible, I would give the manager a zero rating. For example, we requested laundry pickup, but no one came on the first day despite multiple follow-ups. On the second day, I had to call the front desk and provide an ETA for pickup, even offering to leave the laundry at the desk. Only then did a staff member show up. In simple words; staff don't care about customer request here. Other issues: room service brought the wrong order after 40 minutes, and the rooms were dusty with inadequate cleaning. Additionally, a New Year’s event blocked restaurant access for hotel customers, with no prior notice. No response when we asked to talk with supervisor. All these issues point to a lack of hands-on management. It seems the manager is not actively overseeing operations or ensuring a smooth experience across different services. In contrast, I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels where managers are visibly engaged and available for discussion; checking on various departments and ensuring everything runs efficiently. This hotel could benefit greatly from that level of attentiveness.

Not convenient for Rome tours due to location outside city. Not many dining options in the immediate area. Overall cleanliness of hotel was lacking.

Place was too ultra modern and a pain to figure out the light switches. My side of the bed wouldn't control the light by my side of the bed, my partner had to control! No Bathroom door and the only light then wakes up your partner!

Upon arrival the air conditioning was broken. We had to wait to get checked in. Finally we checked in. At about 2am air conditioning broke again. Then we were changed to another room. Staff is proffered. Overall we were not satisfied because of the air conditioning.

The hotel is amazing, clean, and conveniently located near the metro and bus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, elegant design, nice clean sheets, and very nice and clean bathroom with a walk in shower. It was a great price for all the amenities.

Camera spaziosa confortevole luminosa e moderna completamente meccanizzata, servizi eccellenti, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile.

AC was not working Technician came in the middle of night worked till 1am, no luck Second night lights were not working, had to shift room Overall didn’t meet expectations

Not worthy of the Hilton brand, especially being an airport short term stay hotel. Calls from the room to Room Service went unanswered 5 times in a row, calls to guest relations went unanswered, when I went up to the restaurant I was told I could get packed food for the room as I was tired, only to be served a tray with open plates and no cover and told to take my own tray back to the room. Thankfully after requesting more than once, one of the restaurant staff was kind enough to help carry the food and drinks back to the room. Rooms are old, bathroom door warped from water vapour with paint chipped, tear on both chairs in the room, general upkeep much to desire. For the price being charged, definitely not worth it and certainly not being recommended to anyone!!

The front desk staff were all so great. Restaurant really good. Room very comfortable, beds were perfect.

DELUSIONE !….un check in che avrebbe richiesto almeno un ora e mezza !,!??,!! INACCETTABILE che debba fare la medesima fila di un gruppo arrivato per una Convention….ERANO ALMENO 50 persone..ho dovuto necessariamente cambiare i miei appuntamenti programmati ….almeno al mio rientro alle 21,30 mi aspettavo un upgrade di camera…che delusione Hilton Roma Eur …..CIAO ! …ps…ce ne sarebbero da dire altre..ma tralascio…

The only good thing was the metro was few mins from the hotel. The worse thing about the hotel was the level of customer service and hospitality, rude and unwelcoming staff. Also so much dust in the rooms, had to change the room three times also the breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans is poor for this hotel chain comparing to other Hilton’s. As issues were not solved and caused inconvenience we not planning to stay again here, there’s more hotels with better service.

This is the best choice for a place to stay while visiting Italy. The hotel is lovely, the staff are fantastic at making you feel welcome and it is close to everywhere.

Staff were very kind and accommodating to us. Very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

Modern, safe hotel located adjacent to the Convention Center, but a one hour taxi trip into central Rome due to traffic in the Piazza Venezia (10-year subway construction). Service in the restaurant and bar unusally slow. Difficult to obtain a direct email to communicate late arrival to the front desk.

Easy walking distance to the Metro. maybe 5 minutes. Breakfast only meal offered..cafeteria style.

Gorgeous property and beautiful rooms!! 20 minute ride to Rome airport. A bit pricy but WELL worth it. Will be our Go To airport total. WAY nicer than any of the hotel airports and a Breeze of a drive to FCO
