You have access to the Swan and Dolphin facilities right next door. The Dolphin pools are closer to the Swan Reserve than the other two properties. Beautiful hotel. Short walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Parking was easy as well.

Great hotel and walking distance to Disney Swan and Dolphin resorts where you can take the water taxi to Epcot and can walk to the Disney boardwalk area. Walkable to the grotto pool complex, which is large and beautiful and has poolside drink and food service. Also walkable to the small beach area and Swan Paddle boats and playground area for kids.

Wonderful property and amenities. Beautiful accommodations and access to Swan and Dolphin resort. It was a girls trip of a lifetime. Swan Reserve should add a hot tub and a sundries shop onsite. Otherwise, I couldn't have planned a better stay.

Great location. Great service. Does not feel like a Disney hotel- no gift shop- no convenience store. If you get your period or a headache, they have a service, but nowhere to go downstairs and purchase items. There is a coffee shop that is good and you can walk to Disney Boardwalk and Epcot which is great. Just feels like a normal hotel, not like a Disney hotel. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The beds were mediocre and the shower water pressure was meh. The shuttle takes time to wait for after a long day- either take the Disney one to the boardwalk and walk back or take an uber after a long day of walking through parks. This is a good option to choose if the Swan or Dolphin are booked up.

Very nice hotel... this was our 3rd time staying and we like the location and the value they provide. Very nice pool area. Only one negative this time - you have to order your drinks and food around the pool on an app. Last time we were there that was not in place. They need to bring back LIVE people taking your order.

The staff was fantastic. Being able to watch the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom was a plus. Food options good. Like the pool and that you could get a beverage poolside. Coffee shop was nice to have onsite. Our room was nice. The air-conditioning was really loud when it was on. Something was leaking or perhaps they cleaned part of the carpet (there was a spot) after the last guest and part of the carpet was wet. Close walk to both Epcot and Hollywood studios and the Boardwalk.

We were an ADA room (we did not request it), the shower water sprayed all over the floor and there was barely any water pressure. We also found a previous guest’s garbage (food) under one of the beds. Definitely not acceptable considering what we paid.

Everything at the swan reserve was amazing! The only thing is on my birthday when we came back from the park, the cleaners left 2 cupcakes for me, but didn't clean the room. We weren't happy about it.

A premium and convenient retreat from the madness of Disney world. Super easy to walk to back entrance at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the benefit of early opening and late opening for deluxe resort guests. Very short walk to Dolphin and Swan and their facilities as well as Boardwalk and Yacht and Beachclub resort restaurants. Rooms are clean and stylish.

Well kept property. The Signature Epcot View, Suite, 2 Queen(S), Sofa bed, Epcot view was PERFECT! Watched the fireworks from the windows. Very spacious living, dining area, Comfortable beds, and spacious bathroom with separate room for toilet.

Check-in was terrible. Our room was not ready, and we waited for four hours for a room. Understand that we were early, but after we checked in, house keeping took 2 hours to clean the room next to us, which made it abundantly clear that was the reason the room was delayed

We liked how easy it was to get around. Everything walkable or various transportation. Everything very expensive. Disappointed with the boardwalk facilities. Thought there may be more restaurants. The amount we have paid for the full vacation, we could have had a really nice all inclusive holiday somewhere beautiful. Felt like the staff that worked in the bar areas were not always friendly infact the guy that worked the bar in the outside of the reserve was quite rude.

Even though there was a major hurricane knocking on the door, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Our room was spotless and quiet. Food and beverages were excellent. Thank you to Disney for making a stressful situation easier to get through.

The WD Swan Reserve is a beautiful hotel and with a great location to the Disney parks. Transportation was easy however I would like if the buses to the parks were on a schedule, for example on the hour or half hour to make planning of the trip from the hotel to the waiting location to pick up the buses to MG and AK. Every staff member that we came across were kind and helpful for whatever we needed. The rooms were beautiful, clean and had high end finishes and very quiet. The only noise we heard were people walking in the corridor.

Great location, a short 15 minute walk from EPCOT (I think Hollywood studios is equally close) and ample free shuttle opportunites for the other parks. Nice and quiet, when you need a break from the theme parks, but close enough to all the fun. Brownie points for the free boat service to the parks and other attractions. Would happily stay here again.

Like that you can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios but boat service to both parks runs efficiently. Bus service to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom is efficient. I wish bus went directly to Magic Kingdom instead of the the Transportation center. Would be worth walking to the BoardWalk resort nearby to catch a bus direct to Magic Kingdom.

This hotel (sort of) takes the overflow from the older WDW Dolphin and WDW Swan hotels, and was more reasonably priced. As a guest of the Swan Reserve, you can also use most of the facilities at the Dolphin and Swan, and have early park access on selected days. This hotel is clean, modern, and has access to lots of facilities - including its own pool (plus access to those at the Swan and Dolphin, which may be better for young kids). The only downside is that it’s slightly further to walk into the parks from the Swan Reserve, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Hotel property is outstanding.. highly recommend and I look forward to going back. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to Epcot, the boardwalk, loved taking the ferry for a character breakfast and the ease of getting to magic kingdom. Was nice to return to the hotel & quietness after a long day of crowds.

Centrally located in Walt Disney World. Easy access to all WDW attractions via Disney's transportation system. Hotel is new and modern. Room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The A/C worked well to keep the room nice and cool. The beds were very comfortable and we never had a problem falling asleep. There is a small refrigerator, a huge flat screen TV, and a good-size security safe in the room. The Amare restaurant has a limited menu and it was a hit or miss with us.

The pool was wayyyyyyyy to hot, that needs to be monitored. The Amare restaurant had the cafeteria atmosphere, not what I was expecting. The better restaurants on property are a bit of a walk especially after a 10 mile walk through the parks. My wife and I got bought in the rain on the way back to the room after dinner at the Swan, with no coverage. Overall a nice place but is missing a few considerations

There is one restaurant and one cafe. The cafe closes really early. There isn’t a Disney gift shop like the main Swan resort. It’s quite a hassle getting to any Disney attraction.

This was our first true vacation in over 18 years and The Walt Disney Swan Reserve made every second feel special. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The architecture is stunning, the lobby is elegant and welcoming, and our room was modern, comfortable, and offered stunning views that allowed us to watch the nightly fireworks at EPCOT. It added such a unique and intimate touch to each evening, something we won’t forget. And the food was incredible. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed it so much that we canceled other dinner reservations just to come back and order room service (it was that good). If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and truly memorable Disney resort experience, the Swan Reserve is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Gone are they days of spectacular service. It used to be that all Disney properties were a head above the rest. No more. Both times that we ate outside at the pool bar it took a long time for service. Only 1 server was working the entire area.

We thought for the prices it wasn’t excellent. The decor wasn’t that nice. Room service was quick but the food was just not that good. I got an opened ketchup with mold in it and food was not hot. Bed was comfortable and heat and ac were perfect. Windows were dirty also. I’m not sure I would stay again.
