Nice people, Great View

Thank you to Arad, one of your staff members. Arad is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and talented at making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The only difficult part of staying at this hotel was carrying luggage up the hill, but Arad’s warm hospitality completely made up for it. During my two-night stay, he took such attentive care of me that although the lake view was beautiful, my strongest memory of this hotel is Arad’s kindness. When I checked out, I wanted to give him a tip to express my gratitude, but unfortunately I couldn’t because he was working the afternoon shift. I truly hope this message and my appreciation are passed on to Arad.

We absolutely loved staying here! We were in Luzern for 2 nights. We were greeted with a hearty welcome by our host, Bangin Salih, with a warm smile, a welcome map and public transport tickets (which included a 20% discount on many tours) We chose to purchase the breakfast buffet and it was DELICIOUS and the cost was a huge savings too! If we return to Luzern we would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you Bangin, Thank you Royal Luzern Hotel!

Staff were helpful and thoughtful

The view from this hotel is amazing! The location is not the best and it is up a steep hill so if you are travelling with luggage it is not ideal. It was SO loud in the room. We could hear everything from the rooms around us…we could even hear someone coughing in their room.
