Great hotel.. a 4 minutes walking to Walmart, 5- KFC, Dunking D, 2 minutes drive to Waffle House, etc, Hotel have SHAMPOO, Conditioner, Body cream( Lotion) Pool was little cold, One thing i didn’t like is washer and dryer, you have to download an app, then they charge $5.25 for washing, the $5,25 for dryer. Well it says only $4 but it will log you out of the app so they keep the extra $ money . They have disabled the coing option. I love it . Quality

Nicest hotel we stayed in of the 3. Very clean and great hot breakfast. Due to a storm the fire pits were inoperable. But did have small pool and weight room. Very close to Ark Encounter. Nice staff.

The touch screen coffee machine in the lobby was the downfall of the hotel. They would break down frequently and took forever to brew a cup. There was a constant line during breakfast of people waiting for a cup of coffee. They would be better off just having brew and serve urns or air pots. I was told that it was a company wide roll out. They were enough to keep me away from a Holiday INN Express if I can help it and look for other properties when available.

Nice hotel, pool is nice size and decent gym. We stayed 3 nights, each morning breakfast was good with a couple of egg changes too. Nice perk to have outside seating areas as well. We liked that there was a Walmart close by and easy access to the interstate.

Everything was excellent, hotel was clean, well lit, breakfast was very good, pool area was spotless, wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities

We’re shocked that they charged pet stay $50/day!!! Most hotels (Hampton Inn, Hilton, etc) we stay in only charge $75/stay (1-4 days stay). We will Not stay in this hotel ever again the future. This hotel laundromat only accepts ShinePay App. Washer and dryer $4 each on App. We put extra money on the App. But now We never use this app ever again after this. Other hotels use coin $0.50-$2.00 per load instead of $4 using this App. What a ripoff!!

The hotel is newer and very nice and clean. There is a patio just off lobby where you can sit outdoors with a fire pit and chairs and tables. The breakfast buffet is traditional and good. Their coffee machines grind the beans per cup and it was excellant. Only 10 minutes drive to the Ark Encounter. Not much to do in the town of Dry Ridge, the few boutiques are closed on Mondays, Also Expedia sight mentions a shopping outlet mall, but its been closed down . We did eat pizza at a place called Edwardos which was delicious! We would definately stay here again.

Swimming pool is very small and no guard and power outage for long hours and then we have to leave the hotel because they weren’t sure for how many more hours the power outage will be

Love they had complimentary razor and shaving cream. Loved the breakfast options. Did not like how the room smelled dirty. Bedding didn’t smell fresh.

We only stayed for the night. The staff was very nice and polite. The building is very well kept. Rooms are spotless.

I felt so gross after staying in this room. It might be one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever ver stayed in. The sheets were damp, and it felt like I was sleeping in a swamp crumbs on the furniture broken bathroom door lock.

Room had ants. Had to wait room wasn't ready. Check in 3pm ugh. Cable went out

This is a new hotel. Extremely nice and clean. The lobby has a pleasant smell - I’ve only smelled once more at an upscale hotel in Chicago! Breakfast was good too. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the room was too humid for swimsuits to dry.

Service was excellent - breakfast was also excellent (bacon! And 24 hr coffee and hot water service) - Keurig in the room too! Bedding and towels didn’t smell very clean (add bleach?)

Quiet,.clean, updated,.comfortable bed.

Could not get the internet to connect to Netflix. I didn’t like there new way of connecting to Netflix.

The mattress was not comfortable. However, the overall stay was enjoyable.

My only issue is the design of the room. If you open the bathroom door you can't get into the fridge or coffee area. Just inconvenient.

Perfect stay. Nice and quiet. Room with easy access to highway, but not enough to hear any traffic, loved that! Bed was great, choice of firm or soft pillows. TV was a decent size. Cooked breakfast was much better than the advertised 'continental' breakfast would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine expect for the fact we had very very loud people above us so it was hard to sleep at night and they woke up quite early with loud noise in the morning.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the two types of pillows provided, one soft and one firm, which added to our comfort. The front desk associate (I unfortunately don't recall her name) was exceptionally polite and always had a warm smile. The only minor downside was the lack of a room-darkening curtain, as the existing shade didn’t quite block out the morning light.

Hotel was better than expected. Room was a good space and not crowded. There was a chaise lounge by the window, the bed was comfortable, bathroom / shower spacious and there was also a small fridge and microwave which was not listed in the room amenities. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and there is a small area with a gas fire pit that was a nice space. And more importantly, the room and hotel was very clean. I would definately stay here again if in the area.

The service there was amazing. They let us do a little later check out so my baby could get her nap and the ladies at the breakfast were so amazing. Our room was perfect.

They need to train the staff on how to work the TV’s…mainly the streaming option so that they are able to assist the guests with questions, but other than that the stay was wonderful.

Tryed to check in and they dont rent to locals. Why did they let me reserve, and pay for it! Disappointed!

The staff was super and the check in process was fast and efficient.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the desk staff each time I spoke with them. We arrived late in the evening and they were very helpful with out bags and assisting with the heat in our room. The cleaning staff were able to give us new towels the second day and third day as that is all we needed so they didn't need to clean the room until we left. The breakfast was good every day. Thank you.

Afternoon Staff was uncooperative and not friendly

We had booked the room for two nights but had an unanticipated family issue. The manager was unwilling to work with us to change the booking. It was an missed opportunity for good service. Holiday Inn will be at the bottom of my list for future stays.

Very clean and quiet location. Minutes from Ark Encounter and about a half hour from Creation Museum. Would stay here again.

Shopping at Walmart was handy. Eating facilities were close by. Arc Encounter destination was close by.

Very clean room with great mattress. Also, the rooms were large and you dont’t feel crowded. Great staff! Breakfast was decent but wish they had make your own waffles. Convenient parking with shopping nearby. Would stay here again! Only negative, the street address did not show on my GPS. But, thereis only one exit for Dry Ridge and the hotel is located behind Walmart.

Close to the Attractions. easy to find, quiet

Most everything was great. Very quiet at night for good sleeping. Only issue - breakfast area doesn’t accommodate enough people.

Nice clean comfortable room. Front desk staff when I checked in was super nice, another staff at checkout was as well. Breakfast attendant was nice and the sausage gravy and biscuits were yummy!

Lack of exhaust fan in bathroom. The toilet paper holder was loose & would spin around. The swimming pool water was cloudy. The breakfast on Mon was great. On Tue, the orange juice was watery, the cinnamon rolls were not hot. On Wed & Thu they were out of 2% milk cartons. On Wed the omlet station was empty and the dining room was overflowing. Tables were not cleaned between customer changes on any day. I was unable to get a printout of the charges to my credit card until we checked out. We had made changes to our room type while traveling on Sun. Whe had reserved a suite with king bed & sofa bed. We wanted 2 queen beds but they were sold out. They later called me & said a two queen bed room was now available, which I accepted. However, I could not get an adjustment in price equal to the website price that day, which was $50 cheaper than our original reservation. The manager said that she would e-mail me a copy of our charges, but no charges were listed in her e-mail. Later attempts to get this resolved were unsuccessful. Our room was only serviced on Mon. On Tue & Wed we returned to our room in early afternoon because of the outdoor heat. Our room had not been serviced. We were resting when they came so I had them empty the trash & provide new towels & toilet paper. The same thing happened on Wed. Our room was only serviced once during a 4 night stay. I had reserved this property because of outstanding online reviews. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.

So many pluses! The hotel is fairly new and sparkles! The breakfast bar was delish and well stocked. All staff pleasant and courteous. Fresh 24 hour coffee available both in the lobby and in the room!! Quiet rooms. Beyond satisfied!!
