Really great place! Stylish, clean, easy check in. Loved the location. Only drawback was the construction next door which started at 7am. Lots of noise!

Casa Miravalle is a lovely stay in an excellent location in Hippodromo/La Condesa. It is right across the street from Parque Mexico and many many cute restaurants, cafes, and clothing stores. Our apartment was lovely and extremely comfortable. The security guards were friendly and helpful. The host, who is only accessible by WhatsApp and managing several other properties, is extremely unresponsive.

Good value for money, good location, some suites are better than others, but in general good.

I would not recommend staying here, especially for solo travelers or parents with a baby, where safety and security are top priorities. One of our biggest security concerns was that the very same person who cleaned the rooms also provided us with our direct door access code. Having room access credentials handed out this way made us feel extremely uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. The property itself feels inherently uninviting and unsafe. It sits directly next to an active construction site, with a large tarp draped over the side of the building. Inside, it is incredibly dark; the hallway lights only trigger when someone walks right past, and even then, they remain very dim, making the entire building feel even less secure. Additionally, the floors creak loudly with every step. We felt terrible for the guests below us, and nightly trips to the bathroom repeatedly woke up our baby. We booked only 40 hours in advance (booking Friday afternoon for Sunday check-in). After our first night, we genuinely did not feel safe and decided to leave. We requested a refund, but the hotel only returned 50%. The handling of this request was extremely frustrating: the property ignored calls, listed an incorrect email contact that had to be fixed, and required constant manual follow-up just to get a response. Given the extremely short notice of our initial booking, holding back half our payment felt unfair, as they hadn't lost a long-held reservation slot. Overall, the serious lack of s
