Top notch hotel. Service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Pool was great. Elevator access to beach club. I have no complaints. Would return. They have a shuttle to town center which is nice. Taxis are quite costly 20-30 Euros for 1 mile trip to the Marina. 350 Euro for round trip for dinner in Positano. 180 euro transfer to Naples. You can easily take ferries all day to Capri and Positano. Sorrento is flat and easy to walk. If you choose to stay in Positano over Sorrento good luck with the endless stairs and crowds of people.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had, definitely five star service. Having paid 100+ euros for beach clubs in the region prior to staying here, the included lounge chair and umbrella in a nice area at the beach club accessed via elevator from the lobby was great! Yoga class was lovely and so was the spa experience. Would definitely return next time I’m in the region and highly recommend.

Highly recommend. The staff was so friendly & really took care of us. There’s a complimentary shuttle into town each day that runs every half hour. The views are absolutely stunning. Complimentary access to the beach where they give you loungers and beautiful restaurant and rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Also, located 5 mins outside the city center so you are away from the mass crowds.

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Mediterraneo with my mother and we had a fantastic stay. Breakfast was great, as was our sunset tasting menu dinner, and let's not forget the rooftop sky bar. The views @ sunset are unreal. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Vilket fint hotell! Hotellet ligger i kanten på Sorrento så det är en bit in till centrum men det går en gratis shuttle till och från hotellet varje timma. Här finns allt på hotellet. Fantastisk frukost med en underbar utsikt här kunde man även äta middag, en takterrass med utsikt som är magisk och har en dj på kvällen. Baksidan av hotellet är som en liten oas med en stor pool, bar, restaurang, det är gott om sittytor. Spat utnyttjade vi inte. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum med utsikt över havet. Rummen hade allt som man behöver och det var som nytt. Vi var tre personer och vår dotter (17år) fick en riktig säng. Sängarna var perfekta. Passar de flesta varken för mjuka eller för hårda. Något som ingår är tillgång till stranden. Från hotellet rakt ner till stranden med en hiss genom berget. Solstolar och parasoll ingår. Överallt får man annars betala för tillgång till strand förutom en liten publicbeach i Sorrento. För de gäster som betalade kostade det 37€ för ett parasoll och två solstolar/ dag. Glöm inte baren vid receptionen i början på kvällen där du kan njuta av lite småplock som de bjuder på till din drink. Sist men inte minst, vilken fantastisk personal på hotellet, skulle nog säga att av alla hotell vi varit runt om i världen låg detta i topp. Inget konstlat utan en äkta glädje med en fantastisk service som gör att du gäst njuter av att vara på hotellet.

What a great experience this was. From the sit-down check-in with a glass of Prosecco, to the delicious restaurant by the pool, the breath taking rooftop terrace and the private elevator down to the beach. An unforgettable experience. We noticed that all the staff was always smiling and extremely friendly and helpful. So far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une climatisation efficace, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le balcon, parfait pour profiter du calme en fin de journée. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter.

very kindly, very clean, great choice with breakfast-everything is fresh, junior suite fantastic, comfortable bed, fantastic view from the restaurant and the roof bar over the golf from Sorrento to the vulcano vesuvio. The dinner is delicious.To the beach you can go by lift and at the beach is also everybody very kindly.The pool and the garden are a paradise. The is nothing where I can say it must be better or changed. I hope that the management can still hold the high quality.Thank you

Absolutely have nothing negative to say about this property. The rooms, restaurants, pool and more importantly the staff is nothing short of phenomenal. Perfect location and the passes to the beach club across the street are an added bonus. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel special and are genuinely concerned about your well being. So happy we chose to stay here and don’t forget to sign up for the pizza making class!!

Enjoyed every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and had a fabulous view. The room wasn’t large but had everything we needed including a good amount of space to store our luggage. The toiletry products at the hotel are lovely. Great amenities, spa, pool and beach club were great, breakfast was a highlight, we had a brilliant evening watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Staying here absolutely made our honeymoon, would definitely go back if able to get the opportunity again.

Property facilities and amenities are fantastic! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. With smiles on their face it really brightens your day. Access to the beach club was really easy and made for a very relaxing day. Courtesy bus made it super easy to get in and out of the main city centre. Room could be a little bigger but it was fine. Top notch hotel. Service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Pool was great. Elevator access to beach club. I have no complaints. Would return. They have a shuttle to town center which is nice. Taxis are quite costly 20-30 Euros for 1 mile trip to the Marina. 350 Euro for round trip for dinner in Positano. 180 euro transfer to Naples. You can easily take ferries all day to Capri and Positano. Sorrento is flat and easy to walk. If you choose to stay in Positano over Sorrento good luck with the endless stairs and crowds of people.

Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was ‘outstanding’ from the moment we stepped into the entrance. We were greeted by smiley, kind and courteous staff who offered us a seat and a glass of Prosecco as we checked in. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was just perfect - the staff; room; food - breakfast was amazing; pool; the view from the rooftop bar and the the restaurant; the free shuttle to and from Sorrento each half hour throughout the day. We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you.

What a great experience this was. From the sit-down check-in with a glass of Prosecco, to the delicious restaurant by the pool, the breath taking rooftop terrace and the private elevator down to the beach. An unforgettable experience. We noticed that all the staff was always smiling and extremely friendly and helpful. So far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Amazing place to stay. Have a shuttle right to town. Beautiful views. The front desk managers are there 24/7 I swear they don’t sleep, they really do an incredible job. The breakfast staff and the view is like out of a movie. I said it for another stay but I’ll say it for this stay as well the staff is what makes this place 5 stars they are working overtime and are incredibly friendly no matter where you are from. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend. The staff was so friendly & really took care of us. There’s a complimentary shuttle into town each day that runs every half hour. The views are absolutely stunning. Complimentary access to the beach where they give you loungers and beautiful restaurant and rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Also, located 5 mins outside the city center so you are away from the mass crowds.

The staff from check in to check out was friendly helpful and on top of all of your needs. They provide a complimentary shuttle to the main area where you can find shops and restaurants. The property it’s self it in a perfect location and the view from their restaurants are breath taking. I highly recommend staying here while in Sorrento!

This hotel was a dream! The service was outstanding. The food was amazing. The view from the restaurant and the rooftop was breathtaking. The walk to town was lovely and took about 20 min. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing and help at any request. We had a room with a sea view and the sunsets views are amazing. Has a car that takes you into town regularly so its location is no issue at all. Breakfast was perfect with large selection. Rooms are not large but believe standard for Italy. Only issue was the rooftop bar which is its highlight was closed twice for weddings - so if you have a short stay - be prepared to not have its amazing rooftop open. Otherwise an amazing hotel with no issues and beautiful views.

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Mediterraneo with my mother and we had a fantastic stay. Breakfast was great, as was our sunset tasting menu dinner, and let's not forget the rooftop sky bar. The views @ sunset are unreal. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Most exceptional hotel we have ever stayed at. Excellent service and amenities. I’d avoid the restaurant for dinner and book at more local spots in the city center for a more traditional Italian vibe but the rooftop bar is worth a visit and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the few family suite duplexes. While the ocean views were only partial (because of lay out) the room set up and two full baths were great. The hotel staff is exceptional with children -- learned their names immediately and greeted them in every passing-- and the pool and rooftop spaces were stunning.

This was my first trip in amalfi coast. Hotel itself was great. Staff were great. Only thing I wouldn’t do again is massage service, was subpar, only reason is that I had better. They charge for the sauna and hot tub. And upset the services in the spa.
