Appartement agréable avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Pas dans le centre ville mais assez pratique avec le tram à 2 min à pied.

Idéalement placée. Commerces et transports en commun à proximité. Le péage dans la rue est limité à 2 h dans la semaine (3 h le dimanche) + 30 minutes gratuites d’où la nécessité d’utiliser le parking des bosquets derrière l’immeuble. L’appartement est traversant. Très bruyant les fenêtres ouvertes. Tram et voitures d’un côté voitures sur la promenade. Situé au 3ème avec ascenseur. Prévoir un tapis de bain ou une serpillière pour la salle de bains.

The location of the apartment is ideal, and it is spacious, but it’s really beginning to show wear and tear. The mattress are breaking down, the bedroom furniture is poor, the sofa is uncomfortable and the kitchen - whilst having good appliances - needs replacement crockery and pans. The fridge rattles and sticks. The lack of window in the shower room is also a problem with no extractor fan The double fronting (by which I mean windows to front and back) is very nice

great location within walking distance of tram and bus network also the beach is just across the road the apartment was clean and beds comfortable I would stay her again but the only downside is that you have to collect and return the keys from interhomes Nice office which is a tram ride away a key box would be much better
