Located really close to the central station (10 min walk). The rooms are more like a classic/old fashioned style but clean the ok comfortable. There is parking available but remember to book directly with the reception since the booking through Hotels does not cover it. The parking has a few chargers for electric cars but the charging fee is a bit on the high side. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection.

hotel comodissimo in quanto non lontano dal centro (30’ a piedi) e servito dai mezzi pubblici, vicinissimi e frequenti. personale gentile e struttura pulita. unica pecca il barman dell’hotel molto sgarbato (tutte e tre le sere). probabilmente era da solo per tutti gli ospiti, ed era stressato.

Vi tjekkede ind på hotelet da vi åbnede køleskabet på værelset havde de ikke ryttet op efter de sidste der havde været på værelset, om aften ville vi gerne have isterninger med op på værelset til hvores drikkelse måtte vi ikke få nogen af bartænderen der var en del larm fra undergrundsbanen man kunne høre selvom man sov på 3 sal. Så ja kan være det er et fire stjernet hotel men vil jeg nu ikke lige sige.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central railway station along the road that passes outside the main entrance. My room was very spacious and overlooked a side street so was incredibly quiet for a location so close to the train station. The breakfast was well stocked and offered a good choice for all diets. I would happily stay there again.

Fint hotel med en god central beliggenhed. Vi var glade for værelset som var fint indrettet. Eneste minus var at hotellet ligger ovenpå U-bahn. Det rumler flere gange i timen. Vi kunne godt bo der, men det er sikkert ikke for alle.

Gute Lage für Stadttrip - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof - Zimmer eher klein, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend, Fernseher war nicht funktionstüchtig - Zimmertausch wurde aber angeboten - WLAN leider auch sowas wie unbrauchbar - da nur eine Nacht verbracht, kann nicht mehr beichtet werden

Für einen 3 tägigen Aufenthalt war das Hotel sehr gut, 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Hauptbahnhof. Nicht zu empfehlen für lärmempfindliche menschen, denn aufgrund der U-Bahn Geräusche.

Incheckningen tog förhållandevis lång tid och det dröjde innan ytterligare personal dök upp men alla var väldigt vänliga. Rummet var fint, rent och utrustat med AC. Tyvärr var det ganska lyhört och det var mycket ljud från båda andra rum samt tågspåren i närheten. Frukosten var fantastisk!

Incheckningen tog förhållandevis lång tid och det dröjde innan ytterligare personal dök upp men alla var väldigt vänliga. Rummet var fint, rent och utrustat med AC. Tyvärr var det ganska lyhört och det var mycket ljud från båda andra rum samt tågspåren i närheten. Frukosten var fantastisk!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customer service and the breakfast buffet was really good. Peter was so friendly and attentive to whatever we needed while we ate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Kamer ziet er netjes uit, badkamer is groot, met een heerlijke douche. Matras vonden wij te hard. Het hotel ligt achter het station, ca 8 minuten wandelen. Spijtig om te vermelden,maar wij vonden het niet veilig om er in de avond te lopen: veel zwervers en drugsgebruikers. Ik weet dat het hotel daar niks aan kan doen, maar ja, het mag wel vermeld worden.

Hotel is good but location is not! A lot of homeless people and junkies doing drugs in the middle of the street. I was affraid of walking back to the hotel especially in the evening. I would have chosen a different hotel for sure if people would have been tell this in the reviews. Drugs were a well kept secret and I don t understand why!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customer service and the breakfast buffet was really good. Peter was so friendly and attentive to whatever we needed while we ate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

Utmärkt och prisvärt hotell på gångavstånd från stationen. Brukar bo där första natten på den årliga tågluffen. Mycket bra frukost.

Det var larm fra metro, som har rute lige under hotellet. Stort pres på morgenmad buffeten især i weekenden. Der var ventetid på at få et bord. Personalet udviste stort og tilfredsstillende service.

Good stay - hotel is very well situated between 2 Underground stops which get you directly into city centre, exhibition centre Messehalle and the airport! My room was big and comfortable. Only downside is that at breakfast two days running it felt that they did not replace the cooked food quick enough as I could not get my selection of scrambled eggs.

I only had one night in St Raphael but would happily stay there again. Staff were helpful and made it easy for me in a situation not of my making. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Location is 5 minutes from the main railway station.

An enjoyable stay in a clean comfortable room. Pleasant staff especially in the bar in the evening. Good location for walking to city centre or to catch underground.

Staff were very helpful, room was as described and the aircon was a pleasant amenity to have. Also within walking distance of Berliner Tor and Hauptbahnhof Süd, so the hotel was well connected to the airport and the city. Housekeeping was supposed to be daily but on a couple of days our room was not cleaned for reasons unbeknownst to us, the reception were able to provide clean towels at request however. Would happily stay here in future. Thank you.
