Plenty of space! Kitchen was stocked with good pans, knives and plenty of dishes. Good selection of games, plenty of livingroom space with large tv's to spread out. Hottub was nice, clean and plenty of space (we had 6 in at one time and we could have fit more) We stayed with a group of 10 and never felt on top of each other. Overall we had a great time!

The location of this house is great and in a very nice neighborhood. However, the outside of this house definitely stands out, and not in a good way. It is not nearly as tidy and as nicely manicured as the surrounding houses. As we pulled up, our first impression was not a great one. For a VRBO rental, and because we were using it recreationally, I would have hoped for a little more detail to the outside appearance of the home. We were left with a dirty hot tub and the patio area was definitely in shambles. In addition to the patio table that only had two chairs placed at the table but two up against the hot tub, there was an old kitchen table on top of a piece of plywood randomly in the hot tub area. An old torn and tattered rug, as well as torn pieces of paper and debris, that were likely left by the previous guests, littered this area. The stones used to create a "wall" surrounding the patio were falling over making it hard to move around the hot tub. There were weeds growing up all around, and the black basins of the "garden ponds" contained no water, but were full of leaves and weeds. The inside of the house was nice and clean, and had plenty of room for our guests. I can see this being decent for business stays, but definitely not great if you're looking for a place to relax on the patio!

This is a great prperty for a large gathering. There is alot of rooms to spread out in. There were a few issues of cleaning but I talked to the host about these items and she was quick to get someone onto it. I would highly recommend this property

Kitchen was excellent for cooking/baking and critical for our stay. The house was clean and quiet, even with the traffic of 12 people. Location is good for easy shopping and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Ebony was very responsive and helpful. Great option for a large group.

The house was immaculately clean with ample bedrooms and space for our entire (large) group. Had a great trip from Canada with 3 generations, for a family celebration and this house worked perfectly for us. It's in a nice quiet area and has lots of bedrooms, spaced throughout the house giving almost everyone their own bathroom and three livingrooms.The host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again for sure. With a few updates this place would be 6 stars

We went for a weekend to visit someone attending Ohio State. House was in a nice area and spacious for our friends. Home owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

My group had an amazing stay! Loved the hot tub and game room! Very well stocked. Lots of space for a group. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

Everything was great! The kitchen was well stocked! (Loved the coffee selection) The rooms were nicely decorated! Beds were comfy! House was super clean and modern! We would definitely stay again!
