The property was meticulously maintained, and Grace was a very responsive host. Lauren (Grace’s assistant) was extremely helpful, as well. As a guest, I can honestly say the thoroughness of the rental process as well as the layout of the home and it amenities, were easily the best I have encountered. Thank you, Grace and Lauren!

My wife and I came to Grace’s beautiful home for a 3 day weekend winter escape. Grace was the best host we’ve experienced with a highly detailed introduction ahead of our stay. The property is fresh and spotless and exceeded our expectations. We spent much of our stay at the pool which was fabulous. We highly recommend the property.

This home is really beautiful and comfortable. The property has everything you need to get the most out of your time in Punta Gorda. We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized. I loved the labeling in the kitchen so I knew where to put things back. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this vacation home.

This property was extremely clean, comfortable, wonderfully decorated and described perfectly by the owner. The communication and check in/out process was excellent. My family really enjoyed our trip and we would not hesitate to book this property again.
