Property was large for families with children. Plenty of bedrooms and space with a decent size yard. Floors could have been a little cleaner for my liking but overall definitely would stay here again if in the area.

This property exceeded our expectations. We loved the layout of the house, with two separate living/family areas. We never felt squished because there was always somewhere to hang out. The kitchen was well acquainted with anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were exactly as shown online. The closets in the home were massive and there was ample storage space. We loved the back entrance room and the garage to store our ski equipment instead of leaving it in our cars. The dining room table was the perfect size for our group, as we enjoy playing cards after a long day of skiing. We had a minor issue with our entrance code and Ben was immediately able to assist us. We would definitely stay in the space again! Wausau is a gem of a Wisconsin town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property is an older house. It's obvious there are parts that are still a work in progress, but the places we hung out, living room, bedrooms, kitchen...we're all wonderful, clean and spacious. Garage parking is a bonus. Plus laundry!! Good location. Highly recommend.

We love staying at this property! It has the perfect amount of bedrooms with ample living space for our group. Each bedroom has enough space for all of our belongings. The built-in dresser, shelves in the upstairs hallway is an old school feature that we enjoy. It is nice having a dining room that fit our entire group. We appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities in the house. Ben, the host is easy to get in touch with. He was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Great location, nice older home, but updated and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, rooms were all spacious and HUGE closets. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Enjoyed having a family BBQ outside and close proximity to local attractions and grocery store.

Our group had a great time. The layout of the house works well for a family get together with two nice living areas on each side of the kitchen. I spent many hours sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. Having all of the bedrooms upstairs was nice. The location is great too. Easy access to lots of fun in Wausau. Would stay again for sure!

Myself and a group of friends were in Wausau for a bowling weekend and found this home. This home is everything as described and better! Well laid out and super clean! This was ideal for us since we were looking for a home to sleep multiple couples for an adult weekend without children which is not always easy to find. Plenty of seating for relaxing and a nice large table for game playing. Ben was an excellent host who was always quick to respond to any questions before, during, and after the stay. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Wausau area.

Ben was a wonderful host and was very quick to reply in all of our conversations. We had a large group over a long weekend and we all felt that there was plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and accommodate our big group. The beds were VERY comfortable. We would definitely consider this property again if we return to the area.

Such a nice home in a great neighborhood! We had a girls weekend and enjoyed it so much! The home is beautiful, so many nice touches and décor throughout. 5 huge bedrooms, a fantastic dining room with very large table and comfortable furniture in living room. Good WIFI, excellent TV and streaming in Living Room. Kitchen has just about anything you would need. It's even nicer than it seems on the web, we were really impressed. Each bedroom has a large, comfortable bed (medium not too soft, but not too firm), nice linens, new comforters and all are spacious. Pillows are new and very thick - if you like a little flatter pillow, I suggest bringing your own, but the ones there are very high quality, just very thick. Bathrooms are all ample with nice hot showers, great water pressure. The location is not too far from downtown and there are several awesome restaurants and supper clubs in the area. To be honest, we ended up staying in and playing games, doing arts and crafts, and enjoying each other's company. Cooking is a breeze because the kitchen is so well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Even a large selection of Keurig type coffees and a regular coffee maker (bring your own grounds if you prefer that over the Keurig). Lots of spices and a small amount of Splenda was there as well. The owner is fantastic and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process. I can't say enough, this home is just awesome, we will definitely be back!

This was our annual motorcycle riding vacation with good friends. We are a group of ten. This house had more than enough room for us all. The host kept in touch with us throughout the week to ensure we were settling in and there were no questions or concerns. The host also set us up with a few great riding routes that were pretty incredible. If we are ever in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

We really like staying here, as there are 8 of us. The bedrooms can accommodate us easily, and the living areas are spacious enough for us all. We had a couple of concerns which Ben addressed promptly; hopefully they won't recur, since he got involved and took care of them for us.

We had a great stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The hose was very comfortable. 2 separate living rooms, very nice big dining room. Good sized kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed the modernized Victorian. It was situated close enough to activity while gave us that country/mountain feel of peace and quiet. Ben did everything to insure we had an enjoyable stay. Beds were great with quality sheets. Bathrooms had all the amenities. Plenty of towels. We opted to eat out but nice to have a clean fridge for beverages. Television was in a comfy room and offered plenty of space for the 6 of us to view. The restaurant recommendations were 2/3 - We really enjoyed Lemon Grass and Tine & Cellar. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall experience was awesome. We had plenty of space, house was clean, and was 10 minutes from Granite Peak. Our families enjoyed our stay and will rent this property again if we come to the area. Thank you Ben for your communication and assistance from start to finish!

Great location, nice older home, but updated and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, rooms were all spacious and HUGE closets. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Enjoyed having a family BBQ outside and close proximity to local attractions and grocery store.

Our group had a great time. The layout of the house works well for a family get together with two nice living areas on each side of the kitchen. I spent many hours sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. Having all of the bedrooms upstairs was nice. The location is great too. Easy access to lots of fun in Wausau. Would stay again for sure!

Ben was a wonderful host and was very quick to reply in all of our conversations. We had a large group over a long weekend and we all felt that there was plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and accommodate our big group. The beds were VERY comfortable. We would definitely consider this property again if we return to the area.

This property exceeded our expectations. We loved the layout of the house, with two separate living/family areas. We never felt squished because there was always somewhere to hang out. The kitchen was well acquainted with anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were exactly as shown online. The closets in the home were massive and there was ample storage space. We loved the back entrance room and the garage to store our ski equipment instead of leaving it in our cars. The dining room table was the perfect size for our group, as we enjoy playing cards after a long day of skiing. We had a minor issue with our entrance code and Ben was immediately able to assist us. We would definitely stay in the space again! Wausau is a gem of a Wisconsin town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love staying at this property! It has the perfect amount of bedrooms with ample living space for our group. Each bedroom has enough space for all of our belongings. The built-in dresser, shelves in the upstairs hallway is an old school feature that we enjoy. It is nice having a dining room that fit our entire group. We appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities in the house. Ben, the host is easy to get in touch with. He was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Wausau has so much to offer, we highly suggest others to visit!

Such a nice home in a great neighborhood! We had a girls weekend and enjoyed it so much! The home is beautiful, so many nice touches and décor throughout. 5 huge bedrooms, a fantastic dining room with very large table and comfortable furniture in living room. Good WIFI, excellent TV and streaming in Living Room. Kitchen has just about anything you would need. It's even nicer than it seems on the web, we were really impressed. Each bedroom has a large, comfortable bed (medium not too soft, but not too firm), nice linens, new comforters and all are spacious. Pillows are new and very thick - if you like a little flatter pillow, I suggest bringing your own, but the ones there are very high quality, just very thick. Bathrooms are all ample with nice hot showers, great water pressure. The location is not too far from downtown and there are several awesome restaurants and supper clubs in the area. To be honest, we ended up staying in and playing games, doing arts and crafts, and enjoying each other's company. Cooking is a breeze because the kitchen is so well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Even a large selection of Keurig type coffees and a regular coffee maker (bring your own grounds if you prefer that over the Keurig). Lots of spices and a small amount of Splenda was there as well. The owner is fantastic and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process. I can't say enough, this home is just awesome, we will definitely be back!

We had a few teams in town for state bowling and this was far better than any hotel. We could’ve stayed at we were all together and the bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen was perfect for our meals and it’s nice just to have everybody together in one place we will definitely be coming back next time state is here !!!
