This home was hands-down the best property I have ever used! It was immaculate; well appointed; welcoming; host was readily available; and the thoughtful little touches throughout the home were wonderful. The host accommodated our many special requests due to the size of our group (12). ALL sleeping arrangements were more than adequate; linens and seating availability were excellent. The beautiful back yard with covered patio was our favorite place to be, as well as the upstairs patio for early morning coffee! EXCELLENT in every way!!!!!

The house worked perfectly for our family over Christmas vacation. It was clean and was well-equipped. The host, Chennelle, even decorated a bit for the holiday for us. She was very responsive to our questions and minor issues. The layout of the house is a tri-level which is nice with more than one family. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

There were only two of us so we didn\'t take full advantage of all of the space this house has. The LR, DR, Kitchen "great room" was just perfect. The couch is great for relaxing and the TV is appropriately large. We were able to connect with relatives in Louisville and were within easy Uber distance to everything Denver has to offer.
