We liked it overall. But I was surprised at the amount of areas that seemed worn or dirty. Frequent offers of clean towels were appreciated. Laundry machines were not working during our stay. Shuttle stop right at the property was great.

Clean, good proximity to the centre of Banff, busy place when all the units are rented. Parking was often full and not easy to find a parking spot near your rental unit. The internet connection was not adequate for on-line Zoom calls, I had to hotspot. There is only one pool area for a large number of homes/units making it less attractive to use given number of people using the pool.
